Puteri Gunung Hotel named after local deity "Goddess Gunung Putri" is located in a very peaceful surrounding between Bandung city and Lembang area, at 18 km distance from Husein Sastranegara Airport, Bandung city and 17 km from Bandung Train Station. The facilities like Bath Tub, Hair dryer, Mini refrigerator, TV, Electrical kettle, and amenities like Swimming Pool, Restaurant for Breakfast, Natural air conditioning, Internet access, room service is up to topmost standards and well-maintained huge Forest area, fish pond, Trees, Garden, Drainage system. Breakfast food is carefully made by topmost chefs and very delicious, must give it a try between 7 am to 10 am. Smooth check in and Check out with No security deposit ... Weekends are busy at most of the hotels in Lembang. If you are fan of loving Mother Nature then, Good option for weekend to be considered. Highly recommend for couples and family .. TERIMA KASIH !!!

This was my favorite place to stay in Bandung. I would have given it all 5 stars if I stayed there 20 years ago. That’s my only complaints about it. Must have been amazing when it first opened. It needs modernization and to be brought back to its former glory. Besides that, it’s clean, beautiful layout, very cool that it had its own balcony. Great breakfast and excellent staff. The quality you get for the price is great.

best view and ambience but unfortunately cleanliness is really lacking I hope my criticism can make the Puteri Hotel Hotel even better in the lobby bathroom the smell of urine is strong... in the villa's bathroom there is a cigarette butt, probably a former cleaning room employee, the room smells of damp, the terrace has not been swept, there are used cutlery that have not been taken, tissue, and the grass and plants around the room are poorly maintained

The room is probably older, the facilities are so-so, and the overall environment is very good. It's about 20 minutes' drive from the top of the volcano. The only thing I'm very dissatisfied about is that it was already past 12 noon when I arrived on the day of check-in. I asked the front desk to look at the room. Is it empty? If so, can I check in early? The front desk didn’t even move. They just said it must be after two o’clock.

Actually, everything was ok, it's just that when there was an event there, the sound from the sound system came into the room and was quite annoying. The wifi speed is not good, the TV is not yet a smart TV, the breakfast has a variety of menus and the taste is really good, the staff is also friendly from the middle school security inside.

The hotel is clean, the breakfast is complete, there is a kids corner and for children's food there are Yupi candies, donuts, marshmallows. My child likes it. The swimming pool is large, clean and there is a hot tub. There are houses for rabbits and deer. Children's play area. Friendly service. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in the middle of the mountain, with a good environment. It is close to the farm and strawberry picking garden. The shortcomings are old decoration, backward facilities, limited hot water supply time, and I feel that it is not the best choice.

Staffs are great, friendly and approachable. Room is not bad. Weather over here is perfect. However, the animals area is unsightly, they look unhappy, and feels like been tortured. Especially the deer that's wounded. Release him. Stop abusing animals for your entertainment.
