I was unhappy with the room I ws given room 328.tried to complain to receptionist but it ddnt help.
It was a very uncomfortable room

Great location. Room small and no window.However excellent service. The receptionist were warmly and excellent communication with customers.
The location of the hotel is just within the city centre.

The room is very clean, small but comfortable, just as the name of the hotel, an easy way.
The receptionist is so kind and nice, I would choose to stay in here again if I do have needs.

No luxury; no kettle, not even shelves or hooks for your clothes.The room is not spacious. It has a practical toilet and warm bed.There is a TV and and 2 hangers for coats. But no complaints for the price we paid.

The easyHotel is a good option for those on budget (although sometimes it’s not that cheap compared to alternatives) and the location is brilliant. I stayed in a room with a window but most do not have this. The room is basic, small and perfectly reasonable.

The location was great and staff were lovely but the rooms were very basic, not even a mirror in the bathroom or a shelf to put your toiletries on. Rooms had only 2 coat hangers fixed to the wall so no room for dresses and shirts once you had taken your jacket off.
Although the location was good I wouldn’t recommend I’m it was as far too basic.

The room is clean, and the location is convenient, workers are quite nice, and the hotel is really easy, there is no desk and chair in the room😂

Well yes, this is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for but I wouldn’t stay again. It was more like a hotel box than a hotel room. No window, not a single piece of furniture or a kettle, just a bed with barely space to walk around it. Shabby decor, with a stained ceiling from what must have been a water leak at some point, painted over very badly. On the plus side, very central, clean and functional shower room and it was quiet.
