Avoid! Such liars and indecent people. Took my payment 2 weeks ago and the cancelled my booking on the day of my arrival claiming they couldn’t process payment, No alternative was offered, I was simply thrown out on the street with my family. Horrible service and complete indecency. Never again.

Fenêtre pvc cassée et vitre jamais nettoyée. Conception du parking ratée, sous prétexe d'avoir posé des bordures pour les arbres, leur forme triangulaire rend extrêmement difficile l'accès à la place. Couchage correct et procédures de réservation aisée.

Une seule serviette pour deux. Plus personne à l accueil pour avoir une deuxième serviette. Chambre minuscule mais qd on est couché, ça va. Salle de bain très très minuscule, on sort de la douche, on se retrouve sur les toilettes, on s habille avec nos vêtements qui touchent les toilettes. Et l accroche serviettes qui se trouve juste au dessus du papier toilette, serviette et vêtements sont en contact avec le papier toilette. Si vous aimez l hygiène et ne pas entendre vos voisins, fuyez. Ce n est pas la première fois qu un hôtel b and b oublie une serviette, bizarre.

Esperienza tutto sommato molto positiva. Albergo pulito, accogliente e con un bel parcheggio intorno (anche se al mio arrivo più della metà era occupato dalle forze dell’ordine). Un po’ fuori se si vuole andare in centro ad Aix, però nel complesso lo consiglio. Camera pulita, piccolina per due ma per una persona era sufficiente, bagno minuscolo e veramente sacrificato. Doccia ampia senza tende né chiusura, ovviamente manca il bidet, però manca anche un asciugacapelli che in una struttura così avrei preferito ci fosse. Sulla colazione non posso giudicare perché ho preferito andar in una pasticceria a 5 minuti a piedi, che alla fine costa meno e sicuramente offre maggior scelta. Zona tranquilla senza tanti rumori nella notte.

J'ai eu une panne de voiture et n'ai pas pu me rendre à l'hôtel, ils refusent de me rembourser, un scandale !!! Booking leur a demandé expressément s'il était possible de me rembourser dans la mesure où je n'ai pas pu occuper la chambre, mais c'est un tarif "non flexible". Forcément je n'avais pas prévu cette panne, sinon j'aurais pris un tarif flexible...évidemment si l'on pouvait prévoir ce genre de chose...

Situato parecchio fuori da Aix-en-Provence, questo B&B è dotato di un ottimo parcheggio e l'esterno è ben curato. L'interno lascia un pò a desiderare. La mia camera doppia era piuttosto stretta, senza armadio, solo una solo una piccola soluzione per appendere qualcosa, bagno sfornito di prodotti. Era presente solo il sapone per la doccia. Il telecomando della TV non funzionava e quando sono rientrata dopo un'intera giornata di escursioni, ho trovato il letto disfatto, avevano cambiato solo le asciugamani. Mi sono lamentata con la receptionniste e mi ha risposto che era stata una dimenticanza della signora delle pulizie. Colazione classica nella norma. Buono per passarci una/due notti non di più. Voto complessivo: 5
