This property is 80% kiosk. It was such a let down during check-in and check- out. Some of the bell staff found agents to assist my friends and I.

Filthy, unsafe, smell, zero value, uncomfortable, broken furniture, no new towels or bed made, no coffee in room, getto area, crimes and homeless on the property, walk across the street outside to off property room, no amenities with high prices, deceiving bait and switch room value didn't come close to the photo in the advertising. Never again will I stay here. The owner of CC should be ashamed to provide or offer this stay to the public.

When I arrived to our room I noticed a towel hanging over the shower curtain dripping wet . Had to ask numerous of times to have the use towels removed . It took the whole day before housekeeping to come clean the bathroom . The second day I requested housekeeping to clean the room left for hours came back to my room still not clean. Then was told we don’t clean the rooms daily . I had to request new towels each day and the amount of people I talk about housekeeping is ridiculous. I finally just gave up and clean the room myself .

It was a very run down hotel, it doesn't look that bad in the photo but when entering the lobby, it is like entering ******* house. OMG. The room feels so creepy, I personally wouldn't recommend friends to this place unless they want some free entry to ******* house. 😱 Hotel room was a distance from the lobby, not a very pleasant stay I would say.
Out of my 1000+ photo I have taken during my trip to Vegas, I only have this 1 photo of the bell desk slip in the hotel, that's how ******* it was to take pic in the hotel.
