Service its okay.Starbucks is expensive regular coffee is $7.

They refused to check me in despite I had paid in advance - my wallet was stolen - and they refused to help me . And refused to let me stay in thier hotel and were about to refund me and tell me to leave -

Nice amenities - they are using Byredo toiletries and newly renovated rooms. Clean and quiet. Only thing is checking in and out took a while.

The experience we have on our 2 night stay is not entirely positive. First we were asked to pay an extra $35 per night for 'an upgrade' which is more than anything else an expedite fee to be able to check in around noon time instead of waiting till don't know when. There is no free drinkable water in the room nor available when contacted housekeeping. Electric kettle for boiling hot water is not available either. Then somebody knocked our door asking if we want cleaning around 8 in the morning. I may have hesitation if someone ask me if I would recommend staying in this hotel.

As the name put it: Resort. Great multiple Swimming pools for all guests. Unfortunately the pools closed at 6pm. The food street is a wonderful add on, right next to ****** floor. Simple floor plan where you won't got lost, unlike the other ******s where it is designed to confuse the players, and you can't find your way out.
