There was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.

The room is pretty good, the price/performance ratio is very high, the breakfast is also quite rich, you can see snow-capped mountains in Chile in winter, the scenery is so beautiful, I hope I can stay here again next time

The location is very good. Las Condas is a wealthy area with relatively better security. Breakfast is OK. The room is very very small. The so-called twin room is a large bed ”cut apart”. Be careful when booking a twin room.

The stolen hotel money should be an interruption to the health of the aunt. The front desk manager is a gentleman. The lady at the front desk was nice and enthusiastic, and she even upgraded me to a penthouse suite. But the breakfast was a bit bad. It is very good to live in this area at this price.

This is good, the supermarket is very convenient to eat nearby, the room is very clean, the only downside is that if the room type is on the road, there will be a little road sound in the morning, but the overall is OK, breakfast is OK.
