The perfect hotel for the religious Jew. The amenities were basic, but the service was very good and the location is right next to the chabad and they have minyans every day. Also there is a very helpful tour office down the block where you can rent bikes and also get guided tours. All in all, I had a very good experience at this hotel.

OMG where do I start? A FANTASTIC little hotel just off the beach on a side street slap bang in the centre of Larnaca in the Finikoudes beach area and in Larnaca's old town. Absolutely, frigging, marvellously fantastic! Check-in was a breeze, the hotel super clean, the room huge and also, surprisingly SUPER CLEAN. It was absolutely spotless - whoever they have hired to clean the rooms does outstanding work. If I could bring them back to the UK to clean my own home, then well, how great would that be? There is fast Wi-fi, modern bathrooms with superb power showers and the room, for the budget prices it offers, has a wonderful selection of milk, tea and coffee. However, what is most surprisingly of all is the superb, efficient and excellent customer service provided by the manageress named Nadia. Not only is she one of the most pleasant hotel staff members I have ever come across but she is astute, assertive and extremely efficient, having helped me sort through a few hotel and non-hotel travel arrangements without hesitation. This excellent customer service, coupled with a bright, modern, fresh, efficient and superbly clean (almost hospital clean) hotel, confirms that Hai hotel IS my number one place to stay every time I visit Cyprus. Without question. Without hesitation. I will certainly be returning next year and look forward to staying in one of its wonderful rooms and dealing with their wonderful staff. First of all, the location of the fault is a bit difficult to find, there is no parking lot, the balcony can not see the scenery only garbage. Besides, the advantage is that the breakfast is very rich, there are various restaurants around, it is very convenient to go to the beach or the old town to go shopping and the attractions, the old town is very small to walk anywhere.

The room was clean and well outfitted. The bathrooms recently renovated and had all necessary amenities. The breakfast was outstanding! Freshly made spresso coffee - latte, capucino, whatever you prefer - and wonderful full breakfast with home-made hummus, olives and olive oil from the farm of a family member of the waiter & cook - nice juices. It is also located 5 minutes from the city center and the sea. Great hotel at a great price.

Positive: Location, Room size, wifi speed, big balcony, free toiletries, fast elevator, microwave works, water boiler works, fridge works, free towels, toilet works, many restaurants nearby and a nice cleaning lady. Negative: Balcony door does not lock. Staff came to check it and said they can not do anything about it and told me there are no criminals and we dont need to worry at night if it is not locked and we can leave the valuables in the room even if the balcony door is open and the neighbours could easily just jump over the balcony. Nothing happened luckily and we were happy. There was bird poop in the balcony, but the cleaning lady was nice and cleaned it. There was no sea view and no sun chairs as in the photos. The staff said they cant do nothing about it. But the cleaning lady clean the bird poop and I just sun tanned then on the balcony without the sun chair and it was also nice. Sofa was a bit broken, dishes were very dirty and the toilet smelled very bad. The water in the shower was not hot, only warm.

Brilliant hotel. Very unique decor (urban graffiti) mixed with modern aesthetic. Nice big rooms, nice balcony and 10 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast was included (good mix of hot and cold food, pastries, was sometimes a little cold) nice staff and even had one of the guys make me a pizza when I arrived late and he was about to finish his shift.

Loving it here in lock down went to see a local doctor today by the name of Harold Shipman he gave me the local jab I said doctor Shipman will I survive he said of cause you will your not over 65 got to see him in 12 weeks time for another jab loving it here at the hotel so friendly nice and clean WiFi is so good cleaner's are very good I can't say nothing bad why is it when I say I could murder a pint everyone runs off I feel like I am at home I've got plenty of head and shoulders in the bath room can't wait for lock down to lift so I can see my mate jack the ripper best hotel the sunflower is

Great hotel by the sea. Not all rooms have a balcony, refrigerator, hairdryer, kettle. The hotel is not dilapidated yet. Fresh and pleasant. It is very convenient to take bus 425 from Larnaca Airport. The price of this trip is 1.50 Euros. It is best to have a room with a sea view, because on the other hand, all rooms face the road. Disadvantage: There is a room directly above the restaurant. We know that because of this, the kitchen opens the window while cooking. Therefore, the room smells and has no smell, that is, the kitchen smells. It is very difficult to close the balcony door, otherwise the smell of the kitchen in the room will increase. Ask for rooms as far away from the kitchen as possible. We are obsolete-in March (2020). They eat breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is good, but dinner is a la carte, you have to choose a dish from the menu. These are mainly fast food. Maybe the seasonal dinner and breakfast are also buffets. I don't know the designation.
