There are a variety of foods at the hotel’s restaurant. There is cooked food for breakfast, dinner and lunch. They have breakfast buffet. The staff is polite and helpful. It is not far from the airport. The bathroom and bedroom are clean. The walls are thin so you will hear the person in the other room when they speak or make noises.

Good service, can't fault it. We stayed for 1 night with my mum who has mobility issues and wheelchair user. . Free shuttle to the airport. Polite staff and yummy breakfast. Looking forward to stay again thanks to Felicity staff. Mabuhay po.

Pretty average. I'd say, for the price there are also other places that can provide you with similar accommodation. One gripe I have is that the room that I was assigned to had zero noise cancelling. I was assigned to a room on the upper floor. I struggled to get a good sleep. The reason why the general experience was average instead of poor is because the staff were accommodating and helpful. Plus the room included usable slippers, free toiletries, hair blower and a water dispenser was placed in the common areas.

It was a great stay. Near airport and restaurant. Good service and nice staffs.

The location is nearby Cebu Airport and convenient for travelers who need to reach airport within short timeframe. Breakfast buffet variety is decent enough to fill the stomach. Family room are clean but it’s not big . Decent shower room as well. The best part is the their staff hospitality and willingness to assist us in many ways.

The hotel was closed enough to Mactan airport and they got free pick ups and drop offs. The staff especially the men are very accommodating when you have inquiries. Our room have 1 single bed and 1 queen size bed which kinda fit with me and my 3 kids. There’s no Netflix and the WiFi kinda slow. The room is simple. The area is in the highway so you won’t get the “vacation” mode. You can even hear the other hotel goers echoed voice. Their breakfast buffet is kinda expensive and selections are not much for the price. If you wanna go close to Cebu City it’s far, man. I can say that’s it’s not top of the experience that I want to spend with my kids though.

I like the place, it is super clean... Medyo na hirapan lng ako with airport service nila since yun ang main reason why i chose this hotel. But over, i like it and super sulit talaga.

I love the free airport transfer, it was very convenient, and the staff we’re so friendly and courteous. I will surely book this hotel again in our next family trip

10 minutes away from the airport with round-trip transportation. It is a perfect deal indeed, especially since it avoids heavy traffic.

I love this hotel, it's a close walking distance to the malls, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. This hotel also offers free airport transfers not to mention that they are also 10 minutes away from Mactan Cebu International Airport. This hotel can easily accommodate a large group. When we stayed there we stayed at a Family Room/Barkada Room good for 8 persons. Their bunk beds are equipped with safe deposiit box for each of the occupants. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you want to be close to the airport. Thanks Felicity Island Hotel! Very accommodating staff. Close and easy access to malls, stores and airport. Room has hot and cold shower. Room size is adequate.airport transfers are on time. Over all nice experience.

The room and hotel premises are clean and with no stuffy smell given the limited space— very impressive for a small, budget hotel. The staff are polite and accommodating. I picked this hotel for its close proximity to the airport. A big plus for the free shuttle service going to the hotel— I had to leave at 3:30am to catch an early flight and the shuttle service was waiting and drove off on time. I highly recommend this hotel.

I like the round trip airport transport freebies. I like the location from the airport, jeepney and UV terminals and banks and resto. I like the kindness and accomodating staff but I hope they could do better on the sounding proof of the rooms and the drainage on the shower room. Nonetheless, its a great choice for solo traveller like me.
