This time I felt an unexpected surprise and upgraded to an executive room suite. The hotel has convenient transportation, complete surrounding facilities, clean and hygienic, and thoughtful service. It is worth choosing.

From the moment I entered the hotel lobby, I was very happy. However, after I got up on the first day, the waiter came to clean the room. Because I was in the bathroom, I asked him to wait for a while before cleaning. Then we went out to do business. When I came back at night, I found that the room was not cleaned. The next morning, because I had not cleaned the day before, my toothpaste ran out. I asked the room service to send toothbrush over. It took a total of 25 minutes. The main reason was that the waiter was cleaning other rooms. After cleaning, he came to our side to give me toothbrush and clean my room at the same time, which delayed me for a long time. Moreover, I stayed here for three days and cleaned the room twice. Didn’t the toilet paper in the bathroom change? Such a big five-star hotel, if you clean, you don’t even wipe the table, and the dust on it is very thick. We opened two rooms in total, on different floors. The other floors were very good, but the 15th floor where I lived was very, very bad, and the experience was very bad.

The facilities are OK, a little old, but clean, the bedding is comfortable, and there are welcome fruits. The price-performance ratio is very high. I will consider staying at the Jianguo Hotel again when I go to Lanzhou next time.

In general, this stay was quite comfortable. This trip was mainly to accompany my son to Lanzhou University for a retest. I hope this place can become my blessed place!!!
