房間雖然不在市中心，但是在地鐵1號線沿網上。距離蘭州西站兩站，中山橋也只有7站，不到20分鐘的車程。房間也能看到遠處的黃河。而且下了地鐵馬灘站走最多5分鐘就到。房間也打掃的很乾凈，每天都有4瓶水和4個一次性浴巾和4個一次性洗臉巾。比起中山橋又貴又不乾淨的酒店，這裏絕對是最好的選擇。

公寓步行至馬灘地鐵站幾分鐘，交通十分方便。房間清潔乾淨，晚上睡覺安靜。周邊有很多餐飲店，吃飯非常便利。

房間地面有灰塵，穿一次性拖鞋在房間走幾圈，拖鞋就變得很臟。床單被罩不乾淨，上面有散頭髮，有飛蟻在穿上爬，跟老闆反饋後，讓免費使用一套一次性床上四件套。服務意識不好，連住三天，只有主動跟老闆説打掃房間，他們才打掃，才補充一次性用品，不主動説，不會有人打掃房間，不會補充一次性用品。

酒店位置非常便利，房間設定齊全，乾淨衞生，主要是暖和暖和暖和，公寓門口就有停車場，周邊設施也很齊全，樓下有個零食鋪子和牛肉麪，味道超級棒，老闆也很熱情，溝通起來很爽快，下次首選，強烈推薦（^_−）☆

房間是複式結構，樓上兩個雙人榻榻米，可以住四個人，但中間沒有隔斷，沒有私隱，適合家庭出行。房間新裝修很乾凈，但有裝修味道，加上西北乾燥，嗓子不太舒服。有開放式小廚房電磁爐小冰箱，未使用。沒有洗衣機洗衣服不方便。衞生間不大，但功能齊全使用方便。老闆服務很周到，有問題馬上回復，非常貼心。美中不足的是空調在一層，且功率不大，樓上基本沒有冷氣，非常熱。空調應該裝在二層，利用冷熱氣流壓差效果更好，或者二層再加一個空調。蘭州最高35度，並不涼快，早上被熱醒。

衞生整潔乾淨，房間上下兩層，空間大，提供一次性浴巾，洗臉巾，適合家庭入住，交通方便，離地鐵站很近，走路2一3分鐘，樓下有拉麪館和烤肉店，羊肉串40元20串，牛奶雞蛋醪糟很好吃
