I like this hotel very much, very clean, convenient transportation, good environment, just like going home, every staff is very enthusiastic, because I have a lot of luggage, the front desk clerk helped me mention the upstairs, want a disposable toilet pad, they also specially went outside to buy it back to let the robot Send the room, the last check-out time of the ID card to the room, also called to inform me to pick up, very satisfied, worth five stars!

Nice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

A fantastic stay experience, this hotel is worth it! I just came out of a fantastic stay experience, and my mood is still immersed in a full sense of happiness~ This time I chose this hotel, which is really beyond my imagination!
First of all, the room is super comfortable, and the bed is moderately soft and hard, which makes me sleep well all night. When I woke up in the morning, I opened the curtains, and the sun filled the whole room, and I felt that the whole world was bright~
Breakfast is also a highlight! The rich and diverse food choices of the Western restaurant on the first floor make me, a little foodie, simply can't stop. The service is also super thoughtful. From check-in to check-out, every employee is warm and friendly, which makes me feel the warmth of home. Especially the front desk lady Koala, with a sweet smile and a friendly attitude, is really a pleasure. The location of this hotel is also very convenient, and the surrounding transportation is well developed, which is very convenient for shopping and playing. When you enter the hotel, you will like the environment and style of the whole hotel. The layout of each item in the room is very reasonable. The brightness of the lights and the location of the layout make people feel very comfortable. The bath water and toiletries, which are very important for staying in a hotel, are all OK. It is comfortable and there is no dead corner. This hotel is very close to the railway station, and it is only a few minutes' walk to the railway station. It is the first choice for passengers. I will choose to stay here in the future. The naan and beef in the beef noodle shop next to the hotel are delicious!

The hotel is strategically located opposite to Lanzhou station. However, if you have a train from west station, keep an hour in hand in peak traffic.It is a 25 RMB ride. Plenty of noodle places and small supermarkets around. Facilities are OK for the price offered. More importantly, they take foreigners. This is an important thing to consider if you travel in China, as not all hotels take foreigners. I did not take the breakfast as I had to catch an early train. If anyone searches for a starbucks, it is three blocks Behind the hotel under the Mercure hotel.

The hotel's facilities were exceptional, offering a diverse range of amenities such as a well-equipped fitness center, rejuvenating spa, and a stunning pool. However, what truly stood out for me was the captivating live music that filled the hotel. The talented musicians created a vibrant and unforgettable atmosphere, adding an extra touch of charm to my stay. RRoyWe stayed here as a family to end our road trip around Qinghai and Gansu. The hotel is wonderfully appointed with soft beds and really comfortable rooms. We arrived too late for dinner in so ate noodles outside at one of many nearby places. The view over the Yellow River is pretty good and the hotel breakfast is very good value.
The staff deserve special praise, very helpful for the checkin with all the Covid health code requirements they were very helpful.
A special mention to the concierge, Wei Keyang/ICE, the concierge on duty was extremely helpful with my last minute request to ship some awkward shaped bulky souvenirs back to Jiangsu home. I caused no end of problems which he was very happy to help with and dillgently solved, even after we had checked out and got to the airport. It is service like this that really makes the difference and is very much appreciated.

SSandy KuanI originally intended to stay 2 nights at Hyatt, but ended up extending my stay for 2 more nights because of the excellent service & the amazing view from my room. I switched rooms twice, because other customers secretly smoked in their rooms and the 2nd hand smoke infiltrated into mine, even though the hotel has a strict policy of no smoking. The staff and especially Owen, the front desk manager, was especially accommodating. He made every effort to see to my comfort during my stay, even upgrading my room and offering two free breakfasts because of the smoking issue. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel in Lanzhou - the service & room & pool & gym & food (the Lanzhou beef noodles) are excellent!

GGuest UserThe location is really convenient. The front desk staff is patient and enthusiastic, and will answer any inquiries. It is very close to the Pedestrian Street, Zhongshan Iron Bridge, Baita Temple (Baita Mountain Park), Lanzhou Forest of Steles, within walking distance. We went down the mountain and took a sheepskin raft and ate at the Asiya Xiguan restaurant. There is Watsons downstairs in the hotel, and I added lip balm, and the northwest is still quite dry. The hawthorn candied haws at the candied haws store at the door is delicious, and the sugar is crunchy. The sugar of this kind of candied haws in Suzhou is sticky. It should be enough to stay for two nights, and you can also go to Zhengning Night Market. We flew from Dunhuang to Lanzhou, and stayed near the airport for the first night. Afterwards, we felt that we should have stayed here on Zhangye Road for the first night. Another thing is that there is a Michelle Ice City store on the sheepskin raft. Next to it is a specialty store. It is really cheaper than the ones on the highway or in the airport. Very solid. I didn't think about buying cigarettes until I arrived at the airport. Lanzhou Jixiang sold for 32 packs at the airport, and 25 packs outside. It sells for 28 outside the Three Fortress, and 40 at the airport.

AAnonymous UserBecause I decided to travel to Lanzhou at the last minute, I forgot to make a reservation when booking the hotel. As a result, when I arrived at the hotel in the evening, there was no room with a double bed. The staff at Wyndham Hotel quickly gave me a solution, recommended that I book a family room first, and upgraded my room type. Considering that it would be very troublesome to change rooms later, I immediately helped to renew the room after communicating with the hotel the next day. I would like to express my special thanks to Manager Wang Xia for the proper arrangements.
The Wyndham rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the decor in the room is simple and stylish.
Overall, I am very satisfied with Wyndham Hotel. Its excellent service, comfortable rooms, complete facilities and ideal location made me feel very comfortable and happy throughout my stay.

That said the fact that only 1-2 lifts(mostly 1 while we were there) works and it takes an average of 7mins for it to arrive each time we used it(off peak n breakfast hours) leaves a lot to be desited(although the floor manager we ran into acknowledges it's an issue they have been trying to resolve).

GGuest UserI chose to stay close to the airport so that I can bound a flight easily to diffrent places. The hotel is also within 15 minutes walk to Lanzhou new area railway to give me easy train ride (40 minutes) to Lanzhou west (main) station. The only down side is if you are coming back late, there are very limited trains to the new area railway, and nothing to Zhongchuang airport railway either except private ride (around 75 km, price is 28 yuan for the shared ride or 200 yuan for solo). However, once you can manage to get to the airport, there will be free shuttles from the hotel just by calling to their friendly staffs. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone. I really appreciate the visions of the hotel founder (his book can be found when you enter the room :) who successfully created hotel homes for travellers. I felt comfortable and home there.

Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
