There is an Oriental Palace in the next building, which is a 100-meter walk. The beef noodles and local specialties are good, and it is very convenient to eat. When I came, there was a parking space downstairs. The hotel provided free parking tickets, which was very convenient. When I checked in on the first day, there was only one bath towel in the bathroom. This little mistake was a bit low-level. There were two long hairs on the ground, and I didn't have long hair. Amazing hotel. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. The service was out of this world. They let me check in at 9 AM, accepted my parcels, send room service with milk and a little snack in the evening and gave me free breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, the front desk is very polite, and the public area is fresh. But it feels different when you go to the room! The bed was very comfortable and the toilet space was very sufficient. I saw two cockroaches. My boyfriend helped to deal with it. The location was very convenient. Although room is small it is well designed. All the required amenties are available. Loved the free use of washing machine and dryer. Excellent reception service. Location is right next to Lanzhou train station.

The hotel is in a great location, opposite the Gansu Provincial Government and very close to the pedestrian street. The front desk lady was very nice and helped me upgrade to a quiet room. I have stayed at Hilton hotels many times along the way, and this brand is trustworthy. My favorite thing is the breakfast vegetable salad at Hilton Hotel

The location is very good! It is very close to the night market, shopping malls, Zhongshan Bridge, etc. The room settings are also good. I booked a twin room with comfortable bedding and pillows. The shower water is big and hot. The only downside is that the aromatherapy in the corridor is not good and the attitude of the female receptionist at the front desk is average. The parking lot attendant is very nice, but I am not satisfied with the female receptionist at the front desk.

The first question: I can’t believe that there is only one elevator in the entire hotel. I encountered elevator maintenance that day, so I ran up the stairs and collapsed! (The guy at the front desk carried my two big suitcases to the sixth floor) My child is less than two years old, so he has to be carried upstairs by adults! Second question: There is only one check-in counter in the hotel lobby, so how can one be enough when there are many guests? There was also a self-service check-in machine at the counter, but I was told that it couldn't be used. In the end, I had to check in at only one counter! The third question: There is a fence at the entrance of the hotel. You cannot enter the hotel immediately after getting off the taxi. You must get off at the intersection a little behind and walk to the hotel. This is not recommended for those with children and a lot of luggage. You must walk to the intersection every time you go out to take a taxi. . The fourth question: On that day, I offered to voluntarily add money to change to a larger and better room type, so I referred to Ctrip’s pictures. I was later told that the pictures were different from the real rooms because the room type pictures had not been updated in time. As a professional hotel brand, the above points are very disappointing! I don't give negative reviews because I don't want to be disturbed.

We had a amazing stay. Lovely beds, shower and the food for breakfast was delicious and had such variation! The staff were incredibly helpful. Li Wenqiao was particularly superb!! He went out of his way to help us we any questions and needs we had during our stay (often before we even had the chance to ask!). This included sorting us out car hires in Lanzhou and beyond. Despite the language barrier he made a sincere effort to make us feel welcome and check we understood everything we needed to know. Wang Naipeng was also amazingly helpful! Coming to the rescue when we ordered takeout to completely the wrong place 😂 We wish were returning to Lanzhou again soon, so we could stay in the hotel again! :)

My family and I came to Lanzhou for a trip. We booked the hotel on Ctrip several days in advance. It is in the center of Lanzhou, not expensive, and in a good location. There is a commercial street right outside the hotel, which is very lively and prosperous. We booked a room without windows. The hotel designer was very considerate and installed a window on the wall. The curtains were fully automatic, and the window showed the scenery on both sides of the Yellow River. The lady at the front desk of the hotel was also very patient, and the environment and sanitation were even better. The toilet was also advanced and fully automatic. There was also Xiaodu in the room to play soft music before going to bed. In short, it was a very good experience! Come again next time!
