RWL is always our preference when we travel to langkawi for Short Vacation. The location are perfect which not far from Airport and Pantai Cenang. The most we like is about the Sea View Room with balcony. We can spend our time for chatting and sunrise with in the morning. Is worth to stay with this property!

I have a pleasant stay at holiday villa during my trip to Langkawi, it was a birthday trip and I have requested for some decorations and to my surprised the room was decorated thanks villa for your time and efforts. I really enjoy staying there especially the staff all are friendly and helpful always greet you with a smile.

Tha place is clean and very nice. All amenities are good. The do have a childens room and yoga area aside from the gym. You dont need to call room service for iron cause they have a built-in iron and blower as well inside each room which I really love cause I really need to iron my clothes each time I go out. Though the place is quite far from the airport , attractions and beaches. Dont worry with the food and shops there are some shops nearby. The hotel offers car and motorbike for rent or city tour with all the attractions so its very convenient for the tourist. They also do daily cleaning. All in all its very nice 👍 will recommend it.

A Truly Magical Experience – Beyond Expectations! I recently stayed at Berjaya Resort Langkawi, and I have to say it was one of the most magical and memorable experiences ever! I initially booked the *Rainforest Chalet*, but when I arrived at the hotel with my kids, something extraordinary happened. As I was getting ready to be transferred to the chalet, the assistant manager, Hafi (if I’m not mistaken), stopped the buggy and personally told me that they had decided to upgrade me to the **Premier Chalet on Water**. He mentioned that after seeing me check in with my children, they thought the Rainforest Chalet might not be as comfortable for us. I was completely speechless! The staff’s thoughtfulness and kindness made me feel so welcome and special, like I was being treated like family. What made this even more amazing was that I had only booked the room two hours before check-in via Trip.com, and requested a small anniversary celebration. I didn’t expect much given the short notice, but to my surprise, the staff went out of their way to decorate the room beautifully with towel and bed decor that made the occasion so much more special. I couldn’t believe how efficient and sweet they were in such a short time! What really stood out was the personal WhatsApp message I received from Ira (the guest service team) after check-in. She provided all the menus from the hotel restaurants and a list of activities around Langkawi, including night market schedule around the town! As someone who also works in the hotel industry, I think all hotels should adopt this approach. It keeps guests well-informed and makes them feel truly appreciated and connected throughout their stay. This small gesture made me feel like I had everything I needed at my fingertips! From the bottom of my heart, thank you Berjaya Resort Langkawi, I cannot recommend them enough. From the warm welcome to the magical moments they created, this was an experience that my family and I will cherish forever. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with care, thoughtfulness, and personal attention, this is it!

A long time visitor to Bali, but first time at Pelangi - silly me... Firstly, location, location, location - right on the beach in Seminyak. Easy distance to shops and restaurants. Secondly, and more importantly, the staff were exceptional. I stayed over Nyepi, and there was always friendly and helpful service, even though many of them were unable to be with their own families for this sacred celebration. Finally, I had a great room, with a full sized bath, and a view towards the pool and the ocean beyond. Oh, and the restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner, with the amazing ocean view, plus room service was great and quick when needed. Before I left, after a 10 night stay, I rebooked for 7 months time, and am so looking forward to returning. Thank you for a memorable stay.

My wife and I fully enjoy the Ritz Charlton Langkawi. This was our third stay in two years, and we will return again and again. The well-trained and super-friendly staff throughout the resort are a shining example of a 5-star resort. One of the best breakfast offerings anywhere in the world. One issue that might have been improved was upon arrival. We landed late evening and were escorted to our room - only to realize the air conditioning was non-existent. We were moved to another Deluxe room and apologized for the inconvenience.

His thoughtful gesture of making delicious tea for my family was truly appreciated and added a warm touch to our stay. The tea was delightful, and it’s these small acts of kindness that make a big difference. My family and I had an amazing time at the resort, enjoying the various amenities and the picturesque surroundings. We created some wonderful memories together that we will cherish forever. The hotel is some distance away from the F&B / eateries outside. Needed to book a cab if we wanted to eat out. However the overall environment / ambiance of the resort is very relaxing, private beach feels utterly exclusive. Staffs were helpful too, could reach them via what’s app chat which they’d reply almost instantly. Buggy service was also always on time.

This hotel is PERFECT!! The staff are amazing & veryyyy helpful! Beach club & the pool is so fun! The pool open till 1am so we have enough time to enjoy it! I request for a baby cot and surprisingly it was very comfortable & my baby sleep so well in it 😂 Please stay here!! The food was perfect 💝 Wagyu steak was just RM120 OMG so reasonable 💞 THE STAFF IS GREAT! Will be back again!! So excited 💝
