GGuest UserWe stayed here for three nights this past weekend. I received an email that I could check in online, so I did. As I confirmed the check-in, a notice showed up at the bottom stating there would be no housekeeping during our stay. For the prices we paid, this is unacceptable. We own several hotels as a side business and struggle with workers being hired like anyone else, but the rooms get cleaned. Covid is no longer an excuse. This is not an extended stay style property, and guests expect daily housekeeping. We did request it once to see, and nothing happened. The hot breakfast items were cold and unappetizing. I ate there the first day and didn't bother the next two mornings because it was so bad. The front desk team is not very friendly, and two of them could barely be bothered to get up from their seat to help us when we requested more towels. One said that we could have had housekeeping service if we requested it, but we tried that and we didn't receive it. The room overall was clean when we checked in, but there were certain areas that did not receive updates, such as the bathroom. Our tub faucet and handle were very worn and old; our shower pressure was quite good. The toilet flushed twice every time you flushed it. We had also reserved our room a year in advance due to college graduation. We were assigned a different room type. When we came back to the front desk, the attendant told us they were out of that room type. All of a sudden, he found one. What? The next day, we were talking to one of the front desk attendants and they could not find our name with our room number because the prior attendant never moved us in the system.
