Excellent
RRCute decor. Prime location but basically no amenities. The gym and laundry are like micro rooms and it feels like people live there. The hotel has a strange aroma and smells like a nursing home. Also they don’t have room service, water bottles inside the room, and no vending machines for snacks or beverages. So if you’re hungry or thirsty in the middle of the night you’re on your own.

ZZ4214NRnunyaThis hotel was remarkable. It is usually sold out so it’s hard to get rooms normally but when you can it is well worth the money. We would stay here every time if we could it has a amazing pool area with a full bbq area and a fire pit and also a full kitchen in your room.

Really clean and great hotel. Staff was really nice. I was treated like a true Hilton honors member not one thing out of place in the room. Would highly recommend. I was having an issue with my luggage and couldn’t quite pull it to the elevator so a very nice lady at the front desk helped me bring my things to the elevator and it’s so nice to know that there are great workers out there still. Unfortunately, I forget her name

GGuest UserI am writing this review from the hotel lobby at 12:11am. I dropped my bags off at 2pm and was given a luggage tag and told my room would be ready shortly. I was told I would be called when my room was ready. It was confirmed and there was no question that I was here and ready to check in. I went on with my planned activities including my dinner plans and now coming back to the hotel have been told they have no room for me. I have never ever had such an experience. They have offered to relocate me to a hotel outside If Cincinnati. This was a quick vacation trip totally ruined by this hotel experience. Under no circumstances will I ever book this hotel chain again. They massively overbooked and have relocated many guests. I have been told on the side by a sympathetic employee that this is standard procedure. NEVER BOOK 21C!!!

Got something from alacarte charged 25.00 when it was 5.00 don’t stay unless you like getting nickeled and dimed 160.00 hotel cost 225 plus 100 extra on card for the forseeable future they claim up to 30 days its been over a week now, might not evwn see it enter my account at this point and i wouldnt be surprised.

WWEIMINVery good hotel, the room is large, clean, the staff is very friendly, the night is very quiet, the breakfast variety is good, the taste is good, there is a self-service washing machine on the first floor, you can dry clothes. There is a supermarket not far from the door, walking is easy, taxi is also very convenient. I took my child to the university for an interview and stayed for ten days. I will stay here next time.

GGuest UserI was hesitant about booking this hotel based on lots of negative reviews but we really enjoyed our time here. We had no issues with check in or check out and hotel stored our luggage our last day since we had a late flight. Booked months ago when we found a cheap flight to Cincinnati for a long weekend. Used Hilton honors points (50000 per night) since the rates were thru the roof expensive. We had no idea it was the weekend of BLINK and no idea what BLINK even was so we kind of swerved into a really fun, activity packed setting. Hotel location is 10/10. We walked north as far as Rhinegeist Brewing and Findlay Market and south thru the banks area, across the purple pedestrian bridge into Kentucky. The free trolley was circulating throughout the area; we just didn’t chance on it when we were headed places. Took the cheap $1.50 2X airporter bus to and from CVG. The stop is very close to the hotel so very manageable and a fraction of the cost of an Uber. We did receive an upgrade to a large corner room on the 29th floor which was nice and roomy with views over Fountain Square, Washington Park, the river etc. fall colors were beautiful. Yes, room could use some TLC. Ledge on one side window was falling apart from the wall. Towels were thin. I probably would have been disappointed had I spent premium rate price $350-400 a night. Bar is gorgeous, service was attentive, nice beer selection, fun live musicians each night we were there (Friday and Saturday). Bar offered a happy hour from 4-6 the Friday we were there. $5 drafts. I asked about breakfast and learned buffet is $24:95 per person. We chose to eat at the nearby Hathaways Diner for far less. I’d stay again if the price was right.

GGuest UserThe staff is great: warm and friendly. The hotel was clean and felt safe inside. The bed was pretty comfortable. The AC worked. The condition of the hotel was not great. There were big holes in the carpet; ugly caulk around the toilet; the tub was stained from water drips; the bathroom fan was loud (although effective). There was a portion of a cloth bathmat in front of the ice machine in the hall - not even a full one, but part of one with a frayed edge. My room faced the interstate and it was really loud. This is the kind of place to stay if you really need a reasonable rate and aren't going to spend much time in your room.

I stayed for 2 nights with my cousin. It is conveniently close to a lot of eateries and only 26 minutes to Jungle Jims. However, the staff are hands down the best I've come across in a long time! Polite, efficient and extremely helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, the refrigerator was a blessing because I needed to store my insulin. It is budget friendly with lots of hot water and cable should you need to relax before sleep. I would not only stay here again but would also recommend it to anyone who is passing this way!
