GGuest UserThis is a fairly typical Hampton Inn, but very near O’Hare with shuttle service to / from the airport. Pictures of the front, entrance lobby, eating and bar areas, swimming pool, and fitness center are attached. There are also many restaurants nearby within easy walking distance, we went to Moretti’s across the street that was very good. We had a two queen bed room, #320, that was very nice (picture of bedroom, bathroom, and view out the window are attached). I found the instructions on how to use their “business center” - not really a business center , just a printer with difficult to follow instructions about emailing to get a code, then using a web browser to find the printer too much for me to grasp. So instead I asked one of the lovely young ladies at the front desk for help, Karla Ramirez was a big help and offered to print my boarding passes for me if I emailed them to her. When I came back down about 30 minutes later shw had them waiting for me. That’s the type of customer service this hotel should be rewarding. Thank you Karla!!!

GGuest UserI was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews on here. Front desk staff is friendly. The rooms are really nice (although the pillows are not comfortable) and you can not beat the location. You can take the airport shuttle to the hotel (great service) and it's maybe a 10 walk to the Rosemont Blue Line L station which will take you downtown. If you're seeing a show at the Rosemont Theatre it takes you maybe 5 minutes to walk. The breakfast was good (friendly omelet makers and clean up staff) although the evening drinks could be better. Some people complained about noise from atrium which is really only a bother if you are still sleeping when breakfast is served. I would definitely stay here again.

刘刘Hotels near the airport. There is a parking space at the door. 5 minutes drive from the airport. There is a fashion mall opposite, which can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, or 3-5 minutes by car.
The room is relatively spacious, the bed is very large, the quilt is very comfortable, the sound insulation is super good, and I sleep until 8 o'clock in the morning.
The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the airport, which departs every 30 minutes. The driver is very kind and will help with luggage. Remember to tip.
The front desk staff was average and not welcoming. No breakfast

GGuest UserIt's fine for where and what it is. Unfortunately I waited forever at the airport for the shuttle and it never came so I had to hop on a neighboring hotel's shuttle and then walk over. BECAUSE I GUESS THE SHUTTLE DRIVER NEEDED HIS AFTERNOON NAP.

GGuest UserMy child's wedding was there. The hotel staff at the event were very helpful and friendly, and we appreciated them. The event itself was lovely and it was set up as we requested. I am giving the ”very good” rating because of that. But, regarding the room we stayed in, we had no hot water in shower for two nights - so we had only cold showers as we dressed for the wedding. Planning was also more difficult than we would have hoped/expected, because the designated caterer for our event (which was a large part of why we had chosen that venue in the first place) changed less than three months before the wedding and we didn't have a menu with pricing until 6 weeks beforehand (the day before invitations had to go out). It isn't clear when the hotel knew about the change, but it never notified us (we learned only when the ”old” caterer told us), and the process led to a lot of last minute stress, and increased costs. Finally, the hotel billed the bride and groom for a room for a night they did not even stay at the hotel; when we questioned that we were told the charges would stand because they hadn't notified the hotel 72 business days in advance (further in advance than the caterer was even set up). In addition, the hotel had agreed to comp us another room but that did not occur because we initially had given the hotel the name of one couple we thought would stay in that comped room - when we learned that couple had not stayed at the hotel overnight, the hotel was unwilling to switch and provide the cost of the comped room to another guest (or even to offset the charges to the bride and groom for the room they did not use, as noted above). We were frustrated by that intransigence.

GGuest UserMy connection was canceled and I had to spend the night at the Hyatt Place. So glad I chose it! I had the standard room with a king size bed. It had a nice living area in the room! The bed/pillows were very comfortable. Room/bathroom were very clean and spacious. The bartender was the most friendly employee! He was the one who made me feel welcomed. The kitchen is beautiful, bright and spacious! Good sausage patties and hash browns. I wished they had scrambled eggs instead of hard boiled. Hot oatmeal with toppings, bread and bagels to toast, yogurt, apples and oranges, juices, coffee, tea. Many tables to sit at. Overall I was impressed with this hotel! Highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThis was only an overnight stay to connect us onto our next flight. The hotel is quite dated, old, we were surprised. The hotel wasn’t cheap in cost; but it felt like we were staying in an old motel. I tried to convince myself, “it’s only one night”. We waited over an hour for the shuttle bus to take us to this hotel, less than a 10 minute ride. It was very tiresome and frustrating. The bus is a shared bus with The Marriott hotel. So the front of the bus is labeled Marriott and the side of the bus says Hilton. So we could have missed it by only reading the front of the bus. All in all, I wouldnt recommend this hotel. The shuttle was unreliable. Unlike other Hilton hotels, this hotel did not have a 24 hour free-flow coffee table.

AAnonymous UserThe staff at the front desk are friendly, they provide free airport drop-off, and the driver helps with luggage, which is very good👍The foyer is small and has a sense of design. Didn't order breakfast. Very close to the outlets, within walking distance. Not far from the airport or blue line subway, but requires a taxi. The view outside the room window is great, you can watch the highway and planes taking off and landing, but of course it's a bit noisy. The room is generally hygienic and the facilities are quite complete.

GGuest UserBack here after a few months, and the level of service standards appear to be lower. Firstly, your status with Hilton is not recognized, and you don't get credit/points for your stay. When I got to the room the bedsheet looked unmade, i.e. it was very wrinkled...as if it had been slept in. While there was no malodorous condition, it did not look made. Changed rooms, and the second bed was just as bad. The front desk staff explained that the sheets were cotton, and that's how they look. Well, it's not my first trip, and I've been around.....I can tell the difference with a bed that's been made, and one that looks like it was just a rush job. Breakfast was so-so, the spread is nothing to shout about, pretty boring stuff actually. Fitness room was adequate, but the treadmills need to be either replaced, or at a minimum, maintained. Some keys on the control panels need to be fixed.
