BbethgY7960HBI didn’t expect to write a review of the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Rohnert Park just 10 months after writing my first one, but the passing of a family member brought us back to the area. The last time I mentioned the friendly personnel at the registration desk, the many healthy breakfast options and the well-equipped gym, and all of those elements are still there. What I didn’t need until this trip was a washer and dryer, and I was delighted to learn this time that they’re available - and free!! - at this hotel. The management of this hotel obviously has high standards for staffing, cleanliness and customer service, which makes this a great option if you’re in the Santa Rosa area.

GGuest UserOur son had a reservation and became ill on the day he was supposed to travel. There was no way we thought the hotel would provide a refund, but ANNA was incredibly kind and went out of her way for us. As a result, we now plan to book a 3 day stay there ourselves. She has a great attitude and I look forward to staying here!

XXIAOJUThe room was not soundproofed. Woke upstairs numerous times the first two nights. It would be much better to live on the third floor. The service was welcoming. Breakfast was ok. The hardware facilities are average.

GGuest UserStaff was excellent, but room was sub standard. A couple of big stains on carpet, bathroom towels were quite thin and they have seen their day. Most disturbing was the hotel room walls were paper thin. Neighboring door kept slamming throughout evening and some loud conversations/arguments. Heard and argument in the parking lot (separate from room next to mine) that filtered through the door. Finally left at 11:30 pm cause of the noise.

冯冯so so! Many road construction workers live here. The rooms are not big, as big as Home Inns. The bedding is relatively neat, but when you open it to sleep, they find that the quilt to be covered is not as white and clean as the surface. The shower in the bathroom has been dripping. No matter how you turn it off, you can't turn it off, the light in front of the desk cannot be turned on, and the noise of the refrigerator can surpass the sound of cars outside the window. The price is affordable, which is the only thing that is remarkable. Breakfast is available but very simple, no hot food. If there are other options, I suggest to compare other hotels
