GGuest UserThe location is great, with many restaurants and stores close by. The hotel what you would expect, it serves its purpose. The room were clean but dark, not enough lighting for my taste. There was a strong sewer smell coming up from the shower. There was the same smell in my friends room, luckily ours wasn't as strong as theirs. The breakfast area does have a few items but it's very expensive. You are better off walking to the Starbucks across the street. The biggest problem was housekeeping. Two out of the 3 days that we were there there was no housekeeping service even when we requested in the front desk. When we called (3rd day) to complain the manager that they were short staffed and housekeeping was every other day. That didn't make sense because by that logic we would've had the service on the first and third days. Then we questioned why this policy wasn't explained upon check in, or when we requested the service. The manager got defensive and started yelling at my wife on the phone. We then requested towels from him which were never delivered. I had to call and talk to someone else to get the towels. Checking out there was one person at the front desk so I just handed my key card, needed to catch a flight. To my surprise the bill was charged wrong so had to call to get it straighten out. No one returned my call after I disputed the charges. I had to get in contact with Marriott customer service for it to get resolved. It seems the hotel's staff is either overwhelmed or just don't care. The encounter with the manager over the phone really put a sour taste. I would have to think twice to stay there again specially having so many choices around.Show less
