Great location. We upgraded to the best king room. It was huge, very clean, updated good bathroom...but only one chair. No table to sit drinks on. Not worth the cost for the upgrade. The room was quite warm at night, too warm to sleep well, and the temp didn't seem to change despite any changes to the thermostat. The breakfast at the hotel was good, but quite expensive. The roof top bar/grill was really fun - great views, and generally less expensive than breakfast.

We went with my small family to stay due to a business trip we had. The room and the facilities were very clean, maybe some small bugs here and there, but they are common when a national park is right next to the hotel. The staff was very kind all of them with out exception, but I want to thank Hiten who was very helpful trying to help me plug my electric car to an outlet. I want to point out I was driving a tesla car from NY which conclude in a big inconvenient since there are not superchargers close to the hotel. I recommend the hotel and will go back to the same one if is really needed but due to my electric car I might not go back.

The nice lady was able to check us in early! Bernis, greeted us with a warm welcome when we returned from the races, his kindness is amazing! Giving kudos to the 2 ladies that work the bistro in the morning...it was nice to wake up, have a great cup of coffee with happy people! We liked that the hotel was away from down town ”main tourist area” but close enough to the horse track, and centrally located between restaurants. The hotel and rooms were very clean!! We didn't mind the new policy ”schedule room service”, it seems to be the new normal! Amazing staff with great location, we'll defiantly stay here again.

Very well maintained property. Very comfortable bed. Full kitchen. Excellent breakfast selections included. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping offered every 3rd day of stay, which seems to be the typical practice at many hotel properties, post-Covid. We would stay here again if our travels take us to Hot Springs.

1) Walls and ceilings so thin that I could hear - and almost feel - the child in the room above thumping, running and jumping from furniture to floor. I checked in at 4pm and the child was was and continued until 11pm when I finally took a couple of Benadryl to help me sleep. And I'm not talking about thumping with maybe a half hour quiet. I'm talking about constant thumping with maybe 3-5 minutes in between. 2) Free internet access was promised on the hotel's website. However, I couldn't find any mention of how to access it in the handbook left in my suite. I called down to the counter staff and was told to simply log onto my Hilton honors app and log onto the internet that way. While I AM a Hilton honors member, I didn't have the app on my device so I asked 'And that's the only way to access internet?” and was told yes. So, wasn't able to complete the project that was due the next day (when I had planned to still be in Hot springs). Instead, I had to ask the person with whom I made my plans if we could reschedule to an earlier time and an abbreviated meeting. (This was so I could get home early and complete my project by due date.) She luckily agreed but the rush (required by lack of internet access at the hotel) really made my trip less pleasant than I wanted. 3) Hilton Honors membership 3a) As a Hilton Honors member, I've always gotten somewhat lower rates when making a reservation through the Honor's website. In fact, the Hilton Honor's website specifically states 'Honors Members Get Up To 5% Off All Stays!' Unfortunately, at this hotel, the Hilton Honors price was $145 as contrasted with $139 that I would have been charged had I gone directly to the hotel to make my reservation. 3b) Getting 1 night free for 50,000 points WAS a good deal if one DID get the Hilton Honor's discount. But a terrible Deal when you have to pay MORE when you book through Hilton Honors. And those points are not easily or quickly acquired. 4) When I finally complained to the counter staff at 9:30 (figuring that quiet time was at 9 as is the policy of other hotels in which I'd stayed) she said she'd go upstairs and talk to them. I never got any follow-up about from here about the outcome of her visit. So I called back and the woman said that the couple was trying to get their child to sleep. I asked if she had, in any way, asked them to stop or when it might stop, she said no. 4-a) I asked if I could then get a different room. She said she only had a regular room (I had a suite) and that the rebate for changing from suite to room would be $1. We talked a bit and she finally offered $15. Hmmmm....really not enough to change a suite for a room AND have to move to a different room at 9:40 pm) Then I asked if I could get a refund and move to a different hotel. Nope! 4-b) Finally, realizing that I was pretty much stuck in that room and that she wasn't going to ask them to quit, I said to her that I'd go up and ask them myself. She

The motel is great no carpet, no house keeping during your stay which I really liked unless you want it which we did not. All you had to do was go to the front desk and bring your dirty towels and you got new ones. You can request shampoo, soap which I walked down twice in our 4 night stay and got some. I am a smoker but I do not smoke indoors, they had a beautiful patio that you could set at and smoke and drink your coffee. They are smoker friendly and pet friendly I didn't have an animal, but several people did . I would definitely recommend several nice places you could smoke without being treated like an outcast. We all loved the pool really clean the kid's had a blast. No coffee pot in the room, but it's in the lobby with everything you could possibly want. The price was great and everyone was extremely friendly. The room was spotless when we checked in and when we left it was very clean. The views are beautiful I set in several different places. Huge selection of restaurants and shops all close by and magic springs was close.

Excellent
I enjoyed staying at Microtel Inn in Hot Springs. The bathroom was small, so it might be an issue with bathing small children and maneuvering, but the room and bathroom were both very clean. The floors are not carpeted (which I prefer). The breakfast had plenty of options, and I liked that the coffee area was separate from the breakfast area. It created a better flow. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful, and the rate was reasonable. I would definitely stay there again!
The best best Western we’ve stayed at everyone that worked there extremely helpful and very willing to do what they could to make your stay the best. It is A1 place. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was the very best we’ve ever had at the Lady serving again was overly willing to do everything she could to make sure you got enough to eat.
AAllison BWe booked this for the 3 day weekend anniversary trip! Everyone there was so nice & helpful. Rooms are so nice! The breakfasts were wonderful!! Never seen so many choices and so nice and clean. “Peggy “ would greet everyone and ask how our stay was and tell us thank you for staying with there❤️we highly recommend this place.
Surprised at the cleanliness and overall good design of this property. Very friendly staff. Comfortable, well-designed room. Try to stay on top floor for quieter room. Just a few miles from from the Historic Hot Springs National Park.
TTAOThe location of the hotel is good, there is a parking lot, breakfast is not provided due to epidemic prevention, but there is good coffee. The sanitation and service are very good. The only disadvantage of the facilities is that the ”big bed” in the reservation facility is very small, and the family rooms are crowded. Remind everyone to book a double bed
We stayed only 1 nigh. Our room was very clean. Linens smelled fresh. The tub was clean too! We were very very pleased especially for the price. Staff at check in and check out we wonderful. They answered all our questions and made great suggestions on what to do/eat while in town. There was breakfast available in the morning. We stayed in October so the outdoor pool was closed but it is there for warm weather. Also the parking lot was well lit. Would recommend.
KKindra ChittumWe rented a family room so we could have 2 separate bedrooms. There's no refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, etc... The only AC was in the Master bedroom so our son got pretty hot. The towels for the hot tub had to be checked out and we had to strip our own beds and gather the linens. We have done this multiple times as we have rented houses previously but never in what I consider a hotel. The building is older but well kept. The carpet in the room was clean but there was quite a bit of dust on the dresser. The remote control for the queen bedroom was missing the back and batteries secured with electrical tape. The staff was amazing but the restaurant was very expensive. The hot tub was nice and the outdoor pool was heated and very well maintained.
I would stay again but now I am more aware of the additional needs to be comfortable. Would probably be renting the full condo. Overall for 1 night these things are minor and the staff make up for the small conveniences that most hotels provide.
