AAnonymous UserGet out of the airport, turn right and it is within 5 minutes walk. Very clean, except the fact that I got another person’s hairband in the carpet and the carpet was a bit smelly. Good breakfast.

This hotel is horrible Management allowed its employees to be extremely disrespectful to many guests in our group. We were there for a baseball tournament from out of state for a week and had many rooms booked. When we approached Brett the GM about the issues, we were all told by the front desk if we didn’t like it then leave. This is how the Hilton allows their managers and employees to treat paying guest with children. The employees lied and he had no problem with another guest using foul language to antagonize one woman in our group. The manager had the nerve to call the police on our entire group when we wanted an explanation about their lies, hanging up on us when we questioned them. ! We all contacted corporate to file complaints . Corporate even spoke to Brett who refused to open the pool for us when they said he should. Unfortunately it all started when one of our babies had a swim diaper on and had an accident in the swim diaper while in the pool. The manager was telling guests Checking that our group was the reason the pool was closed and that was a lie. The pool was cleaned, shocked, and the water was tested and found to be fine. They just didn’t want to open the pool and admit they were rude and wrong. The GM was rude, raised his voice to a mom and other woman. Very very bad customer service!!!! Terrible place to stay.

One downside was a loud neighbor, but she settled down about 10:30. Unfortunately, she woke up at 5:30……
Not in control of hotel, I know. But next time we use this hotel, I will be sure that my room doesn’t have an adjoining room door. Made the sound like it was in the room.
Despite the noisy neighbor, we will definitely use this hotel again. Everything else that was in control of the hotel was very good.

RRowsdower2014After looking at the reviews for some other hotels in the area I came across the Fairfield inn and suites. I have had good experiences at these hotels so we gave it a chance. Happy to report that everything was amazing. Ally at the front desk was wonderful. She checked us in and was very helpful. Price was nice. Clean hotel and rooms. Great breakfast included. Pool was really nice. And across the street from all sorts of food options. Also it was about 5 minutes from the Brevard zoo. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will be returning.

GGuest UserAfter a long flight from the UK it was great to pull out of the airport in our rental vehicle and arrive at the hotel only a few minutes later. We had booked a junior suit with balcony and were not disappointed. The staff on the desk were really friendly and provided everything we asked for. We ate at the restaurant within the hotel and was really surprised at the food choice available, considering it was quite late in the evening. The young lady at the restaurant was really good. She was very polite, professional and had a great sense of humour. Check out the next morning was seamless before we set off to our final destination. All in all I would definitely recommend the hotel and the staff. Really pleasant one night stay. Have already booked for our next stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel was great. I loved the oceanfront view, especially higher up. Mr. Joe at the front desk was very courteous and most helpful. The restaurant inside the hotel was great. Brian who rent out the umbrella and chairs (get there early to rent for the entire day $40) was also very respectful and laid back. The only problem I have is paying for parking at $9.95 per day. It is a hidden cost that if a person is on a tight could run into problems at the end of their stay. Oh, since COVID, you must request housekeeping ahead of time if you want your room cleaned. Overall love my stay and hopefully will return soon.

CCarlStayed there for a soccer tournament in the area. Everything was great. Nice bar & lounge for watching sports. Guest laundry washing & drying machines was a plus! Will stay there for future games in that area!

GGuest UserI have 3 daughters all under 8. We stay here long term and we love it here. We’re comfortable and the place is clean. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. Shelly is amazing behind the desk and Symone makes sure the place is always clean and under control. The pool gets cleaned regularly too! Highly recommend staying here with family.

AAlison AThis hotel even though it is older, had the best staff ever! They went above and beyond to ensure my family's stay was great! The bed was very comfortable honestly to my surprise, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean even though they were older. It was nice and quiet even though it's right near the highway. The location of the hotel was just perfect with easy access to I-95 and had a lot of restaurants nearby too!
