BBarbtravellerHyatt always guarantees quality, clean, service - no surprises. Staff is very attentive. We asked for extra towels on our second day and they were brought to the room within 15 minutes. There was no cleaning offered automatically on the second night of the stay, but it was not necessary for us. You are allowed to requested it if you wish. Street on the north of hotel is undergoing repairs, limiting some restaurant access.

YYunyoubusisengThe hotel is located in the new sub-center of the city, which is very new soon after opening. The room is large and the bathroom is large. The room is equipped with a refrigerator. The front desk and room service are quite satisfactory and the service staff is very good. The decoration style in the room is modern. Health is great. Wifi signal is strong and fast. The surrounding environment is good. The student graduation season, the price of the hotel near the school has risen a lot, this hotel is in a reasonable range, is my main consideration for choosing it.

PPatrick MThis place is great! Teh staff was friendly and helpful from the time we checked in. Our room was huge really spacious and clean and very comfortable. The shower is also very spacious with quality soaps and shampoo. The hot breakfast was deliscious I was late getting there and the woman made me fresh eggs. I also had some oatmeal and a fresh apple and yogurt. After breakfast I got a really good workout in using their well equipped gym and went for a swim in the indoor pool. It was warm and clean with plenty of fresh towels. I popped into the computer room to make some business related calls and it was sound proof and private. The computer was fast and easy to log into. I would definitely stay here again.

Aa410travelerThis was a one night stay in Gainesville that was made even better by the convenient location just off the Interstate. I was lucky enough to get an upgraded room on the top floor with a balcony. The room itself was large, well designed and lacking any signs of wear. The bathroom was spacious and well designed except for the height of the rack of dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and conditioner. Whoever installed that rack was clearly over six feet tall and I was left having to stretch to reach them. Sound funny? It wasn't!

GGuest UserWe were very tired after driving for 2 days and decided to stay an extra night in Gainesville. We saw your hotel and decided to try it. We were very pleased by everything. The staff were so courteous and nice - the room was very nice with great amenities - and the breakfast was outstanding! Cereal and yogurt are usually my favs, but the biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage caught my attention. Delicious! There was yummy blueberry muffins and coffee to top off breakfast. What a treat! We would definitely stay with you again! I've also been telling our friends how wonderful HOM is!

PPENGThe overall feeling is still good, do not talk about traffic conditions abroad, no car really can not go out, parking here is very convenient, the hotel's surrounding environment is still relatively good, there is a small pool, room facilities in general, but also clean, the front desk Handling check-in and check-out are quick. Although the breakfast is simple, the taste is still in line with Chinese taste. If it is not too demanding, it is a recommended hotel.

Even very impressed with the cleanliness of not just the rooms but the entire hotel/lot. No trash in parking lot. The rooms were very spacious.

GGuest UserI was greeted by a older black woman, whom she stated was the manager of this facility, and does NOT need to be. Her lack of professionalism, is staggering, and over due for a review of her behavior. She is way too old to act in th manner she did with my husband and I. She hold faced, lied to me and told me she was refunding me for the entirety of our stay because we were given a dirty room, she actually tried kicking me out, bc I complained about her giving me a dirty room, instead of a professional whom would have offered different accomodations, she yelled and berated me, the customer who was given the filthy room that was not cleaned from 10 years ago, much less after the last guest. Do not believe me, well look at my photos. There was a used condom wrapper wrapped up in the ball of sheets that were to be my bed for the night, not on the bed, but shuffled all over the bed, as if someone slept in th bed VERY HARD, which made the fitted sheet to come off, no blanket no pillows, just a top and bottom sheet, and the used condom wrapper. The floors where not swept or vaccumed , there was trash everywhere in the room, the baseboards where black with mold and dust, the tables had trash all over them, there was dried blood all over the bathroom floor, there was this thick black moldy green substance almost on every square Inch of the inner bathroom which stood the toilet, and bathtub shower area and I am not exaggerating in the least bit. And on top of all that, the tub did not drain, so not only was there this black sludgey mold stuff on every crevice, it was in every crack of the inner bathroom floor (see photo of beside the toilet. And there was a green/black ring inside the tub from lack of cleaning after bathing in the tub bc it did not drain left the filth of whoever was in there that night before, in this case the last ten years of it's use, it had not been cleaned. There is no way anyone had done any cleaning too this room. (SEE PHOTOS). I went and got food before we even went inside our room, but the black lady, elderly wasn't there it was a white woman who was also elderly and she was very kind, and did everything she could to make it right, she promised a full refund for the two nights bc she could not give me another room, and I didn't have the money to go set up another room for us, even if they refunded me to my card, bc it doesn't go back to your card instantly, it can take up to two weeks for that too occur if not longer, so we were stuck here, for those two days. She offered me clean sheets pillows, some cleaning supplies, but could not give me another room even though it was without working air, and/or cleaned from last guest. Something struck me as odd, when I told her what room I was in, she said, ”well, no wonder, why'd they put you in there.” This made me think they have certain rooms for certain guests, and I was just unlucky, bc the ”good” rooms were already booked up, so I got the room they have for the crackheads
