Very Good
This hotel is very close to the refineries so it made going to work easy. The location makes it convenient to access the highway and get to work. The kitchenettes come with dishes fork knives pots pan coffeemakers etc. so I did not have to worry about buying those essentials. The hotel has a good gym compared to most hotels also. Gilbert at the front desk was very helpful and Sandy kept the breakfast stocked all morning. This hotel is also very new so the looks and cleanliness are there. I will be back soon.

GGuest UserRooms are nice, soap dispensers installed in the bathroom, of course I have to travel with my road dogs and I always come to the red roof on Ruth st here in sulphur, La. 10/10 would recommend. Blackout curtains as well for those who work nights and need to sleep in the day, A/C blows cold. Right next to Waffle House, got to love it.

GGuest UserThe property was decent but the real Rockstar was Jupiter and the other front desk staff. I have never had staff work so hard to make sure I was accommodated. There was an issue with cleanliness and she fix it and then some. The staff the next morning was equally friendly and accommodating.

The lady at the front desk just brings the property value down. Her attitude is nasty But the young man may need to give her some pointers. Who wants to go and stay somewhere when you are not being greeted properly. She acts like we getting on her nerves for coming to extend our room.

NndstruktAfter our power went out and cell phone service went down following Ida, we decided to head west and luckily we were able to find a room available here. Certainly not the nice or best hotel I've ever stayed at, but it had a decent bed, cold A/C, and a warm shower, and that's all I needed at that point. I suggest asking for a 3rd floor room; otherwise, you'll hear the people above you. Unfortunately the guests in the room above us sounded like they were re-enacting WrestleMania all night, but I had earplugs with me so I was able to drown out most of the noise. Overall, I was satisfied.
