GGuest UserNO INTERNET NOR REPLY FROM ASST. GM Hotel advertises WiFi, but as it turned out, not in the room. Tried several times to activate the WiFi, but no luck. Tried calling the front desk, but the room telephone did not work. Pushed cables in nice and tight, but the phone still would not work. Went downstairs to the front desk and the attendant gave me a code to use in place of my last name/room combo. Went back to the room, still no WiFi access, even with the code. Tried the phone again, no luck. Went back downstairs. Attendant tried the desktops in the lobby. They worked, and she just walked away saying there's nothing she could do. I ended up going out to a local restaurant to use their WiFi. Should not need to do this. Sent a note two days later to the assistant GM. John L. sent me an email with questions; I answered in a reply. Five days later, and still no word from John L. Would have given only one star, but seeing the hotel was clean, raised it to two. Bottom line, I should NOT need to go elsewhere to use the internet. Holiday Inn Express advertises internet, they should provide it.
