Hotels near Charlie's Denver, Denver

Nice room and lovely hotel but why do some hotels have nice balconies with not a chair anywhere to use to enjoy relaxing in the fresh air???? We pulled out a desk chair and the other oversized chair and put them out on the balcony. We chose this hotel solely because we love to sit out. Even folding chairs would have sufficed. We put the room chairs back inside before cking out but I was tempted to leave them in hopes housekeeping would alert the property for the need for chairs out there…but they have enough to do as it is. The hot tub was great! The shuttle drivers were stellar and prompt! The view from the room was lovely.

Lisa at check-in was the best! While juggling several incoming phone calls, she - with graciousness , poise & efficiency - was able to procure the coffee I needed, provide a courtesy check-out time and recommend what turned out to be the best breakfast restaurant recommendation ever! In large last because of Lisa, our stay at the Magnolia was wonderful!

Upon arrival I was greeted by a courteous and professional front desk team member who checked me in quickly and answered all my questions. He helped schedule my shuttle to the airport and the shuttle arrived and departed on time. Great experience!

The Hyatt Centric really exceeded my expectations! It was a beautiful, modern hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was great and I had no complaints whatsoever. The bar and rooftop terrace were my favorite amenities. Will definitely be returning!

For your information, I had a suite on the top floor, and as soon as I arrived I took the trouble to tell them that speaking in English was not easy for me and that it was not my original language. And jusye WOW I loved my stay with them. I have no negative points, very comfortable, the bed like the sofa, lots of space, the internet works really well, for the shower for me the water pressure is high and I was not disappointed, because the pressure of the water jet was perfect (not too strong, nor too weak), very good soundproofing, I heard nothing, I even managed to sleep like a baby, the staff was super nice, friendly, and they Helped me find the cheapest route back to the airport and even showed me where the nearest goal stop was. They were all very helpful. As for lunch, WOW!!! 1st thing I noticed is that in other places they don't do this kind of service, a super nice person comes to pick up your plate when it's empty, every morning there was a little something that changed so you don't always eat the same thing, there are of course certain things that remain normal and what's more, they were the most popular, I loved being able to make waffles every morning, there were a lot but really a lot of choice. Do not hesitate to choose this hotel for my part if I have to return to Denver I would use this hotel again. Airport shuttle is shared with a few other area hotels. Check in was quick and friendly. Room was spacious, as expected since it was a “suite” type hotel. There’s a kitchenette in the room, which had a microwave, ref, stove, sink, basic utensils, plates, mugs, drinking glasses. Separate area for the closet and bathroom. Breakfast was basic fare, nothing great.

I have so much to say! Phenomenal hotel and service💚 Jason one of the mgrs at the front desk went ABOVE and beyond from check-in, to me losing my eyeglasses, to spoiling me with amenities and check-out. There was a young woman hate I forgot her name but she was awesome. The gentleman from security who reviewed video footage, thank you! I was suppose to be at the Courtyard 15 mins east but happen to be driving around and just stopped in...canceled the other room and stayed here. New designed rooms was chic, lobby is amazing, Starbucks bevs onsite and restaurants. Keep it up and I will be back!!! One hiccup the lady that greeted me when I first walked in at the Hilton Honors counter needs to show better customer service skills. I always ask to see a room before check in and I’ve been an Honors member for 14yrs. She insisted “we don’t do that!”. Not sure what she thought I was attempting to do as I would left my passport or what have you but she was not kind! Short small frame woman with glasses and dark hair. I purposely avoided her the remainder of my stay. Once she verified with a mgr (Jason🥰) she had someone escort me. That’s all I wanted...but not friendly. Yeah I remember you you left an impression. Thankfully the rest of the crew made lemonade from lemons☀️

JUNE 2024 I brought my 14 year old daughter to Denver for a concert. This hotel shares a parking lot with 7-11 gas station and a Chick-fil-a. I have stayed at this location once before in September of 2023 and since the last time my husband and I stayed here it wasn't as bad. This time it was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! First, I paid 292.00 for a 2 night stay. My daughter and I decided to go look at our room prior to hauling our luggage inside. The minute we stepped inside, I went to the restroom and the tiles in the ceiling were falling, there was a ROACH crawling on the door frame of the bathroom door. I quickly ran to the sink to wash my hands and there were more inside the sink! I went to the front desk (where there were now 2 different sets of guests checking in) so I waited in line. When it was my turn, I asked the attendant if he could switch us rooms. He asked why and I politely said I would rather not say out loud why due to the other guests who were checking in. I asked him for a piece of paper and a pen and I would gladly write down my issues. He provided me when pen and paper and I wrote ”there are roaches in the bathroom and sink”. He didn't seem surprised at all and gave us a new room. My daughter and I did the same and checked out this room before we hauled our luggage in. The door keys did not work, so we had to go back to the front and have them activate the new key cards. When we entered the new room, there was a giant spider sitting on the top of the curtains hanging in the window. I looked for other issues like bugs and I did not find anything further. We brought our belongings to our room at that time. I hadn't sat on the bed before bringing our stuff up, but once I did, the bed was broken. The sheets weren't dirty, however they smelled musty. As if the sheets had been put on damp or haven't been washed in a long time. After we checked in, we visited the mall until about 9pm and came back. We decided to stop at the 7-11 by our hotel and when I pulled in to the parking lot, there were 3 men sitting outside the gas station doors. (This is normal for Denver, nothing I haven't seen) however since this was my daughters first time in the city, I decided to park furthest away from the men sitting down. Once I pulled in to my parking space there was another man standing around the corner of the building. (I didn't see him until I pulled in) he was dancing and singing to himself so I really didn't feel like he would be an issue. (I spoke to my daughter on the way to Denver about how to behave in the city, to not make eye contact with anyone and get to where you're going. I grew up in a big city, as did her Dad, but my kids have not experienced denver or any big cities) anyway so we open the car door and all of a sudden the dancing fool started making his way to my daughter narrating ”oooo look at these girls gettin out they car”. My daughter quickly came around to my side of the car so we could walk in together and he rushed hims

The hotel is not bad for the money. location is normal. I booked a room with a king size bed and a bathtub, but got two regular beds and a small shower.
