Excellent
This is an excellent property, and I would highly recommend it. Among its favorable attributes: 1. It is modern and clean and sleek and well maintained. 2. Rooms are comfortable and spacious; bedding and linens all good. 3. The fitness center is spacious with a variety of modern, health-club quality equipment. 4. It is extremely convenient to London Bridge and the adjacent touristy area; you can easily walk to it all in a matter of minutes. 5. Parking is easy and abundant. 6. The complimentary breakfast is standard HI Express fare, which is to say appetizing and with a variety of offerings . . .with healthy options like oatmeal for those so desiring, and more indulgent options (like HI Express's signature warm cinnamon rolls) for those who let go a bit while traveling. An attendant did a nice job at keeping everything stocked and the food area neat and tidy. 7. Hotel personnel are friendly and helpful. A couple of drawbacks were relatively minor but worth mentioning: 1. The AC/heating unit was annoyingly noisy. 2. Ice machines are located on only the 2nd and 4th floors, with the 2nd floor machine out of order during my visit. It'd be nice if the in-room refrigerators had a ”freezer tray” that guests could use to freeze those plastic re-freezable ice blocks, which would negate the need for an ice machine in the first place. 3. The only white milk available at the breakfast was skim. It's be nice if they offered 1%, 2%, or whole milk for those of us who don't like watery milk. To be clear, 5 stars as I understand the TripAdvisor rating scale does not mean it's a ”luxury property” (nobody will mistake a HI Express for a Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton). It means that for the price paid and the general lodging category (mid-tier in the case of HI Express), it was a very pleasant experience and exceeded expectations on many fronts.

CCathyThe location was perfect- looks right out on the London Bridge and Lake Havasu. There’s a nice walking/biking path on both sides of the river. Easy access (stairs) from the river to the street, across the bridge to the other side. Might be a bit tricky in a wheelchair - there’s an elevator at the Heat a hotel, but might be easier to drive across to the other side of the river and go down the steep path? Not sure - should be doable but would take longer. Javelina Cantina is very close.decent food, not good margaritas! (Skinny). The brew pub right next door and another restaurant we’re closed, but there were open restaurants across the river where you could dine outside (crap margs there too!). Anyway- hotel room is big, nice patio, nice folks at the front desk. Happy hour with nice outdoor seating. Boat docks out front, if you’re fancy like that. I thought it was a bit pricey, but for the location, chill factor, and views, I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!!

GGuest UserThe rooms are large and are all suites. The room has a microwave, a small oven, pots and pans, and a dishwasher. It is more friendly to family vacations. There are children's play pools, gyms, bars, etc. in the hotel. Unfortunately, we stayed for a day and had no blessing to enjoy. Going out is the London Bridge and the lakeside trail, not far from state park, SARA park . Free parking. The room does not include breakfast. The disadvantage is that wifi is really difficult to use, always can't connect, after registering the mailbox, I receive an advertising mail, not suitable for business travel.

MMalandaWe are very pleased with our stay here! Everything was very clean and the staff was so friendly. The location is great, located on London Brudge road which isn't too busy. And also within walking distance of the London Bridge, ****** parking, a few restaurants... All in all it was a very pleasant stay. Great services at a great price

KKarl KOn September 2024, I have booked (with Priceline) a one bedroom with 2 queens beds at Quality Inn Motel in Havazu Arizona When I arrived at the Quality Inn motel, I was given a faulty key to the motel room, after waiting for 45 minutes the front desk personnel notified me that he could not fix the problem, he then recommended a room with just one bed (I paid for 2 beds for 2 people) the one queen bed room was completely nasty with dirty pillows and dirty bed sheets it looked like someone just got out of bed there. After all that, I told the front desk manager that I am completely unsatisfied and want a refund, and that I will go to another motel, the manager told me that there is nothing he can do with the refund, and I must deal with Priceline to get my refund, did all that to no prevail. I then disputed the charges with my bank, at first I got the refund but 2 weeks later Quality Inn reinstated the charge. I strongly recommend to never rent a room there, they are an absolute joke, and totally mismanaged

KKathrinEnough space for a family of 4. Room was basic, but had all that we needed. Basic breakfast, made us full. It was extremely hot outside (120° F), so we were very glad to have good aircon, free cold water and a free to use ice machine in the motel.
