GGuest UserThe customer service was terrible from beginning to the end. It began with making a reservation which, unfortunately you cannot make online. The agent that answered my call was short and sounded extremely irritated with having to deal with me. The front desk agent never said anything hospitable. We did not get a welcome or a smile or even any eye contact. And this interaction with the hotel associates continued throughout our stay. Including the young lady who was taking our breakfast order with huge sighs and a very surly attitude. Actually, I would like to make a couple of amendments …. The young man working valet was prompt and courteous. Also, as we left our room to leave the hotel a housekeeper was very hospitable and kind. The hotel itself is very old and worn out. It is a casino hotel so your arrival experience is one of heavy smell of cigarettes. The pool and lazy river are lovely, however due to weather we were unable to enjoy it. Unless you want to gamble of play golf there is not much to do if the pool area is closed.
