GGuest UserAvoid like the plague! Hands down the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Booked online through a third party site because we needed a place last minute. Got there after 11 at night. Our room had a balcony facing the pool. There were lots of obnoxious guests having a party at the pool. Very loud. We immediately tried calling the front desk to complain, but the phone in the room didn't work. I used my cell phone to call, and the person at the front desk said he was aware that the guests were staying at the pool past curfew, but they wouldn't listen to him when he told them to leave the pool. He said he would try again. We thought OK, let's take a shower, and maybe by the time we finish, they will be gone. Went to the bathroom and turned on the light. No joke, the overhead light was flashing like a strobe light at a discotheque. It would have been enough to give someone an epileptic seizure. We decided to just ask for a refund. We went to the front desk and turned in our keys, and the guy said someone would process our refund in the morning. After 4 days, no refund and getting the run around when we call to check on the status. Horrible!!! 0 stars!

This was probably the nicest Wingate by Wyndham we have ever stayed in. The room was so nice and clean and very modern. It had a beautiful stand alone shower and it even had a little coffee bar and frig and microwave enclosed below. We ask to be close to the elevator and we were right around the corner first room. The girl at the front desk was so friendly and told was where everything was and which way to go without her even asking. I will say this the “breakfast bar” and that is exactly what it was, was very limited but had your basic. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again

SSandra SOur recent stay at Embassy Suites Murfreesboro TN. was so bad that we packed up and left before our check out date and went next door to Court Yard Marriott. The suites are filthy and smelly, shower moldy, they are not cleaned often enough and they need a serious update. We usually stay at Hotels with 4 stars and above to avoid the unpleasantness of poor service and poorly maintained hotel. Hilton shows this as a 4.5 star on their site, at best it is a 3 star Hotel and one we would never look at if it were accurately branded. Even other third party online reservations shows this as a 3.5 star hotel. We had 2 reservations rolled into 1 for a 6 night stay. By the 5th night and lack of cleanliness at the hotel we called corporate and left for Court Yard Marriott next door. It was a breath of fresh air literally . Embassy Suites smelled terrible and Marriott was fantastic. We could not get the room at Embassy Suites cleaned daily as requested . All the Front desk would ask in an accusatory manner was did you have the do not disturb on the door. We did not. When they actually (cleaned) the room it was mediocre at best not the service of a 4.5 Star hotel and not what I would expect of a Hilton brand. Twice we returned to the hotel after a long day away only to have to wait for someone to service the room. Trash removal, refill coffee, soap? Is that too much to ask for? If Embassy Suites was unable to provide this service they should have said so. Manage our expectations instead they insinuated it was our fault. This is not my expectation of a 4.5 star Hotel. If I had to compare it to 2 brands we know well, Embassy Suites would be Walmart and Court Yard by Marriott would be Target. I have requested a refund still waiting for someone to get back to me. If you have a stay coming up go to Court Yard they are literally next door to Embassy Suites. Save yourself the hassle.

Check-in was swift, and I was soon settling into my room, which exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Despite its budget-friendly rates, the Super Eight Hotel did not compromise on quality. The room was well-appointed with modern amenities, including a comfortable bed, a spacious work desk, and a flat-screen TV. The complimentary Wi-Fi was a welcome bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

We booked this room as a halfway point on our way to Florida. It was easy to get to and near many eating and shopping places. Check-in and Check-out was simple. They had a pool although we did not use it. The room was clean and it was a smoking room so that was a bonus to us. You can request a nonsmoking room. The road above was a little noisy but that is nothing they can control. Breakfest was ok, a lot was not restocked and the selection was not the best in my opinion. It was a good value for us to use as a rest overnight stop.

MMeng LMy room had flaws. The microwave was dirty. It had food from god knows when still left in it. The ceiling light was falling off from the ceiling. And worst of all… the tub. The tub needed some drano because it wasn’t draining fast. I went down to ask if the staff can put some drano in for me. The staff handed me a plunger. At first I thought he had heard me wrong and thought I was talking about the toilet. But when I clarified that it was the tub I was talking about, the staff said that they don’t have drano and only use the plunger to plunge the tub when it doesn’t drain well. I turned down the plunger and just left it be. Maintenance is very much needed for these issues.

KKim AIf I could assign a negative number I most certainly would. Walls stained with food? Drink? Who knows what. Almost a C note for this nasty room. Got caught in torrential rains and ran late so we had to find a place after 16 hrs driving. Husband took first room in hotel that would allow our Chihuahua. I have never written a review for a room before but after seeing 4-5 ratings for this dive I felt someone needed to warn people. Paint peeling, horribly stained chairs, scarred rickety furniture, old spills dried on the walls, bathroom floor so slick with something that husband nearly fell when he walked into the room. We usually travel with our trailer and stay in campgrounds but couldn’t this trip. I’ve stayed in rustic campsites that had shower houses covered in dead moths that didn’t repulse me like this room and they were less than $20/night. We will never again stay in any Select Inn again and I doubt I’ll get any sleep tonight.

EeerleeLinens were fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. BUT; we arrived tired and frustrated for unrelated reasons, so we brushed our teeth and went straight to bed without further inspection.(Mistake) Slept well. But as we were getting ready to depart, I noticed a french fry under a chair that was not ours. Spouse believed the floor had not been vacuumed . I needed light to see into my travel bag, so I looked at the floor lamp in the corner that would not come on. Ha! No bulb! Just below the lamp was a deposit of pet excrement (dog poop! We didn't have a pet of any kind) I reached out to the front desk.. manager would not be in until later. Manager offered 25% discount. I felt it should be free or equivalent points deposited for another Wyndham property stay. Finally settled for 50% off. Not a satisfactory experience. Word to wiser folks than I was; Check your room thoroughly before you commit!

JJehuddI was driving through town and saw a motel 6 with an affordable price. I am thankful for the person that helped me get the room. I was warm and out of the cold. It was an extremely nice room. I had a heater and I had a nice shower.
