Outstanding
GGuest UserI had a prepaid booking. They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the “Approved” status. We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment. Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping. Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment. We spent 1 hour locked outside by this “system error” The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff. The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner. I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what they’re doing. You can get only inroom dining after 10pm. Shuttle service only to Disney parks.

I've been coming to WDW since 2000, my husband since he was a baby. Our family usually goes about once a year but it's been getting harder to do so as we have 2 dogs. We decided the cabins would be a great idea so we can have them with us. Later, when we opted to leave our furry babies with family instead, we still kept our reservation as we were curious about the ”'Rough' it in comfort,” claims. It is Disney so it should be great, right?! Well, I traveled from Europe and was jet-lagged the first day. I only checked in to drop off groceries as my children were waiting at MK. I didn't think to check for cleanliness, just did the usual check of the beds and left (it is Disney, so it should be super clean is what I thought). Got back extra tired at midnight and went to shower. Found 2 used toothbrushes in shower along with a thick film of soap in shelving. Asked my husband for dish soap and sponge and scrubbed and showered. Too tired, I went to bed. Next day, got up early and left to parks. Again, paid little attention to cabin. Got back at 10pm this time. Look around, the filth was horrible. Dirty windows, stained dirty nook in kitchen, cobwebs, dust everywhere (behind furniture, ceilings, baseboards, moldings), mold all over bathroom ceiling, dirty floors, and TO TOP IT ALL, we grabbed what was labeled as clean linen with a seal for sofa bed to discover a gritty blanket with a BLACK sheet. I called the front desk and told them about bedding and everything else. Was told they will make a report. I said I want lodging up to DISNEY STANDARDS and that this wasn't it. By then it was 11pm and my son fell asleep. I asked for manager to come see me first thing in the morning. Manager comes and I said to please just come in and look around, He took pictures and I showed him mine. He asked that I send him the pictures I took. Didn't even have to argue, he could see exactly how bad the cabin was. He offered to put us in another cabin but given what I could see here, why would I switch cabins? It's obvious what their standard of cleanliness is so I asked to move resorts. The manager was very understanding and without me even asking, he refunded one night's stay. It really was that bad. My advice, if you're going to stay here, take a GOOD look around with lights on and open windows so you can gauge whether you are comfortable. Between being jet-lagged and entire stays at parks, also trusting Disney cleanliness standards, I stayed 2 nights too long. My second resort was a gem, and super clean. Exactly how Disney is supposed to be.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for two weeks during September 2022 and really couldn’t find any fault with the hotel, especially for the price paid. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and gave great customer service. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable, with two pillow choices available (labelled firm and soft) which we thought was a great idea. There are also lots of charging ports fitted into the room which come in very handy. The rooms are on the basic side but for the price paid they’re great value. Housekeeping was also every day which many places surrounding Disney still weren’t offering at the time we stayed, and was one of the reasons we selected the hotel in the first place. The included bus service to the Disney parks is also excellent, and much better than the Disney resort provided buses in our experience. They ran every hour to every park until after closing time and were always on time, with good a/c and a seat available. The hotel is also only a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs, where you could then use Disney transportation to resorts if needed for dining reservations etc. We also stayed during Hurricane Ian and we couldn’t have felt safer there. Every staff member was outstanding and went out of their way to make sure we felt safe, with many working longer hours to do so. The bar and food service stayed open for the duration of the Hurricane too which meant we didn’t even have to worry about getting food/water. All in all this was a fantastic stay and we will be back.

BBOWONAdvantages 1. Free shuttle bus to Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcat, Hollywood Studios, Blazard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, and Disney Springs. Very convenient access to 4 parks, 2 water parks, and Disney Springs. 2. Early entry to the park is possible 30 minutes early. 3. Swimming pool available at the resort There are no fancy facilities like water slides, but it is spacious and comfortable, making it great for playing. disadvantage 1. Not enough places to eat There is a food court within the resort, but the menu is limited so it was not easy to eat. 2. Cleaning service was not available every day, it seems you have to request it. 3. I didn’t feel that it was very friendly, and I didn’t receive Disney-style friendly and friendly service.

GGuest UserNot even sure where to begin, the stay was THAT fantastic! Lindsay at the Front Desk was just amazing in helping us prior to arrival day and just a wonderful person. Arrival was easy despite being a very big property with many business and conference travelers around the lobby area. Parking was plentiful and close by. The room was recently remodeled and was done VERY nicely. The pools and gym were just wonderful- clean, up-to-date, enjoyable and well kept. Perhaps the best part of the experience was the proximity of the property to Disney Springs, to I-4. to Publix and to the outlet mall were all just wonderful. For comparison, the following night after departing, we stayed at Disney's Contemporary Resort and my wife commented that the Hilton was just as great as that hotel. In future, I don't ever see myself staying at another Disney resort and that THIS is my Disney hotel for all future stays. My daughter stayed here over Spring Break from college a few months prior to our stay and she had great things to say about her experience on that stay; she grew up on Disney resorts and Disney cruises I had taken her on, so she knows what a nice hotel feels like and this hotel has raised the bar on all future hotel stays....it was THAT great an experience. Kudo's to the staff and the management team for a well run facility and a wonderful staff.

GGuest UserWe stayed here during low season in September. The rooms were fairly spacious, housekeeping, maintenance and breakfast buffet restaurant staff were excellent. Good little on-site store, but otherwise limited options. But it didn't matter because Disney Springs is just a short walk away. Bus to the Disney Parks is free, which is fantastic. But don't talk to the desk about the free welcome pack. It was a very hard sell and left me and my family feeling very uncomfortable. The only real downside to our stay.

GGuest UserAbsolutely a beautiful and Comfortable stay! The pool is really nice and the bar by the pool was nice too! We were in Orlando for 2 weeks so had to use the laundry room at the hotel and it was clean and nice but keep in mind $4 to wash and $4 to dry 1 load. I was charged a resort fee of $30 a night and parking was an additional $20 a night. I did not know this until.check in!! I asked to have parking removed because an extra hidden $50 a night cost was alot!! They did remove the parking said it was because I was an Annual Disney Passholder. I feel like you should know all the cost before you book. Other than the additional fees the hotel and our stay was great!

GGuest UserBooked this location for a two night stay for our 5 year anniversary for the purpose of visiting Universal Orlando and Islands of Adventure theme parks. Called a day before arrival to see if I could have a bottle of wine or champagne waiting as a small surprise for my wife. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite but informed me that this location didn’t offer such a service. He did say he would make a note on the account that is was an anniversary trip. Upon arrival the following day, the concierge who greeted us offered us a congratulations as we checked in. We were upgraded rooms to a junior sweet and even had our parking fees waived. It was a very thoughtful gesture and really got our trip off to a great start. Every staff member we encountered was very polite and welcoming and we really appreciated it. Room was clean. Did not have a single issue. Only a 10-20 minute drive from Universal with a car rented.

HHAIYANI took my two children to Orlando Disney during the summer vacation, and I am very satisfied with the hotel. The service is very good, there are doormen to help open the door when getting on and off the bus. View room, you can see the hotel's swimming pool from the window, the view is very good. Two double beds are big enough. The hotel has buses to and from the four Disney theme parks, which is very convenient. There is a coffee machine, refrigerator, and no microwave in the room, but there is a microwave available at the vending machine in the lobby. The hotel staff come to clean and make beds every day, but there are no toothbrushes and slippers, so you have to bring your own. The hotel is very close to the Disney shopping mall Spring, walk for a few minutes and buy a lot of gadgets

GGuest UserWe're still here on our honeymoon but since we're waiting for our door battery being replaced, I thought I'd write a review. Despite our trying to make the most of it, the stay has been pretty rubbish. We were first placed in the most far away room possible, right beside the loading area for the conventions which meant it was really loud and we couldn't sit out on our balcony. The plug points didn't work around the room and the iron overheated which was pretty dangerous. When we asked for a new room they told us to come back (didn't apologise or seem bothered). We went back again a few days later and got moved to the outdated Island building. At least the plugs worked and it wasn't as noisy. Well today we got back from Disney Springs and our door wasn't working. We went back up to reception (which is a trek) and were told security would be down to replace the battery. That was 50 minutes ago. Not what we were hoping for on our honeymoon. Overall, it feels like no one cares and the convention guests are more important. We don't feel special and in fact would have been better at a Disney hotel, even if they are more expensive with lower stars. We've still got a week so I'm hoping to update this later once we've had a full stay.
