The young lady in the breakfast area, Daniyah Anderson is the best worker I have ever seen in a hotel. She is friendly and is always taking care to clean, refill and help continuously. She is the best. Thank you Daniyah for making the stay extra special.

GGuest UserReserved a suite for the last night of the road trip. Glad I did! Hotel lobby was beautiful and clean. Room was just as nice. Needed a few more blankets for the sofa bed and they had them in my hands within minutes. Outdoor pool was perfect and warm. Has laundry facilities that we took advantage of too. Being from the north I have learned on this trip, it is absolutely true about the southern hospitality. And Arkansas has the most of it!

GGuest UserThis was a nice quiet hotel. A little older but was still nice. This place is pet friendly so Lots of dogs! Everybody was friendly including the dogs we ran into. Staff was super helpful an our room was pretty nice an clean. Had a fridge that worked, tv was a good size, beds were clean smelling and crispy fresh like I like them! Breakfast was Really good. My daughter and I had waffles an oatmeal, my dog hard sausages and he loved them. Coffee tasted great, definitely would come back!!!

GGuest UserWe were traveling out west to visit my son and his family and we're going to be arriving late at night, so we decided to look for a place in town where we could spend the evening and then meet them the following day. I always use Expedia when looking for places to stay as the reviews are generally useful. This property had an overwhelming number of positive reviews and it was close by. Check in was flawless. The property was clean and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the breakfast the following morning and found a wide range of choices. There is no reason why anyone should walk away hungry. I would recommend this property to anyone who is traveling and looking for a quality place to stay.

Pros: price is good, staff was courteous, check in was easy, bed was comfortable. Cons:door viewer had been removed, leaving a hole in the door that needs a paper towel stuck in it. The privacy latch was broken and did not function, smoke detector did not appear to be working (questions 1 did it have batteries, 2 was it wired to a fire alarm system, 3 did it even function?) Mandatory information with fire escape plan was not posted in the room as required by law, broken furniture, no tv guide, remote did not work, the level of cleanliness in the room was so poor that I did not want to touch anything or use the facilities, the drapes were nasty with questionable stains on them, A/C was very noisy, the gfci plug appeared to be dangerous, the safety plate did not fit properly and given the condition of the front door we chose not to use for safety precautions. This is being advertised as a Wyndham family hotel but felt more like a rent-by-the-hour seedy motel! We will never stay here again!!

Me and my co-worker stayed last night. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Great access to motorway. Good BBQ restaurant next door. Check in manager was nice person. Gave us ground level floor l. Since we were hauling long trailers. It is safe place to stay in Texarkana. We will stay again.
