Пишу по свежим следам. Вернулись 2 дня назад с Алании Отель конечно не 4 звёзды Но это хорошая твёрдая тройка! Если вы привыкли ездить в 5 звёзд - вам не понравится 1. Расположение: норм, мы любим пешком ещё ходить. До центра час, на автобусе 15 минут. Ходит часто - поэтому доехать до достопримечательностей и кафе - труда не составляет. По пешей дороге очень красивая аккуратная набережная, с видом на крепость, гулять - супер. По пнд и чт открывается рынок, очень вкусные фрукты/овощи, а так - там есть абсолютно все. Рядом с отелем: бим, шок, мигрос 2 штуки. 2. Пляж: не очень. Грязноватый. Есть места с плитами и камнями, но собственный, с бесплатными лежаками (они конечно повидали своё) советуем на пляже идти в правую сторону, там плит меньше. Честно, мы ездили последние дни на автобусе на Клеопатру. 60 лир за лежак, море чистое, песок сказочный. 20 минут ехать точно, но оно того стоит 3. Номерной фонд: номер достался хороший, раковина туалет душ - ничего не текло. Иногда несёт канализацией :( Кровать шкафы тумбочки - не новое, но все ок. Все балконы выходят либо на улицу либо на бассейн, вида на море тут нет, в номере есть холодильник, сейф, кондей (у нас был старый, который трещал и не регулировалось направление, но спасибо что дул) 4. Питание: шикарное. Правда супер. Да однообразно, но были меняющиеся блюда, все очень вкусно не жирно, не кисло. Мы были счастливы там есть. Никто не отравился) Бар - ужас. Кроме пива наверно брать нечего) соки - тоже треш, пьёшь только газовки, чай, кофе 5. Обслуживание: все убирали, полотенца меняли, бумагу давали, воду по литру тоже, лебедей крутили, мы периодически оставляли на чай, в целом ок. 6. *Вай Фай есть только в лобби, работает ок, остальной - платно. Резюмируя: отель подойдёт для непривередливых, вы тут не отравитесь, будете всегда сытыми, живности никакой нет, есть бассейн, свой бесплатный пляж и много магазинов рядом (аптека тоже кстати). Есть свои минусы, но они не критичные. С пренебрежением русских - не встретились. Все в порядке *лиры снимали через корону, их можно снять только в головном офисе почты!!!рубли везде меняют, но курс спорный. Решайте!

**Long post but worth a read if condidering this hotel** This hotel was booked as our first and most probably last family holiday (due to mums health issues). There was 8 of us in total on the holiday this included myself, partner, 2 daughters, mum, my brother and partner, and another brother. On arrival I was extremely upset to find that my family had been booked into a room that sleeps only 3 when I had put in the original booking 2 adults and 2 children sharing, after telling the manager that I was extremely uncomfortable with my daughter not being in my room or us all squeezing in the small room the only option I was given was to pay 350 euros for a family room. I think this is absolutley terrible, this was refused as I simply couldng afford so this set us of to a bad start. The next issue was that my mum is disabled and cannot walk, she was put into the furthest room (only accessed by at least a 10 minute walk under the subway) I asked for her to be moved closer this was refused I genuinely thought she may not make it home after all the walking. We tried in vein to hire some type of mobility scooter, searched both towns and found nothing, however, the hotel was more than happy to hire a wheelchair (not fit for purpose) for 25 euros a day 🤯 that is literally 5 euros less than hiring a car. This didn't make it much easier for us as we had a steep hill to get up each night and she is quite a large woman. On many occasions I thought we was both going to be rolling down the hill, this was supposed to fulfill one of my mums final wishes, a family holiday, she told me she just felt like a burden. The rooms if big enough was ok, comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities, shower gel, 1 2 English channels on TV (news) was bearable. However, each day we hung the sign on our door to have our mini fridge restocked and this didn't happen once? I'm not quite sure why? To be honest I got the feeling that the staff just didn't like us 😕 which as you can imagine made us quite uncomfortable. The beach I cannot fault at all it was absolutely beautiful and literally on the hotels doorstep, managed to get sun loungers no problem each day. The sea also is stunning beautiful colours and beautiful sunsets each night. The weather also was in the 20s each day which was a very pleasant suprise. The pizza bar by the beach was great freshly made pizzas and salads was very nice and the downstairs barman seemed friendly. We also tried the mock tails and milkshakes at an extra cost (4 euros) was worth a treat. The upstairs restraunt had plenty of options and the food was enjoyed by the majority of the party. Always seemed to have something available for fussy eaters and the English pallette. To eat on the balcony with a sea view was a really treat. The nighttime entertainment was also very good always translated to English to so we could all understand some fab dance acts. Excellent hotel, great food, great stuff, nice beach and swimming pools.For the price paid, more than sattisfied. Thank You!!!! The only thing i did not like are some guests of this hotel from the former SSSR, such a stupid way of having fun there:( It is obvious that they had such a terrible and poor history behind theirselves. It is obvious that they were starving, since they had filled their plates with bounch of food and of course they could not had eaten it:).Disgusting, inded.Also , we had met some extremely nice people from Macedonia and Germany:) With love....

Firstly, how anyone can say this hotel is disappointing is craz! We loved our 2 week stay as a family of 11!! 1. Sunbeds - never a problem if your up and down before 8 (we had 11 together everyday) 2. Food - So much to choose from, fresh omelette, pancakes, fruit, yoghurts, salad and much more for breakfast, Lunch is the main restaurant had so much to choose from i couldn't list it all, snack bar is THE BEST , fresh chicken, rice, salad, burgers, nuggets and chips and the most incredible Pizzas made to order!!! Eveing meal was again, plentiful, always something for everyone and lots of our door cooking which is lovely! 3. Staff - i never had any issues with staff around the hotel, the reception, bar, restaurant and pool staff! A smile goes a long way and a thank you! We had a great relationship with the lobby bar staff and had some great nights with them! 4. Animation/Entertainment - OMG - these guys are 100% - all of them , they work so hard and always try to include everyone! THESE GUYS MADE OUR STAY!!! THANK YOU!! 5. Pool Area - very slippery but clean, slides are great for kids and the pool games and water polo are great fun 6. Beach - gorgeous beach, beach bar and fresh fruit is a nice touch - very busy beach but gorgeous! 7. Watersport - The Aquaman is always helpful and did us some great group deals, he isn't pushy and he is great to find out local information 8. Drinks - Typical All Inclusive cocktails and spirits, EFES - could not complain All in all a great holiday - will return in 2026 when we re visit the beautiful Turkey!

We’ve just got back after an eight night stay. Very impressed with this hotel. Pool area is lovely and modern, is well maintained and kept clean by staff. Includes a big sized pool and a small splash/kid’s pool under a canopy. Managed to get sunbeds everyday without having to wake up at 6am to reserve. Possibly because of the time of year. The hotel provides towels for you to use by the pool. Slides were great fun and the lifeguards that were on duty were really friendly. Slides were open for a few hours twice a day. Food was good! Lots and lots of choice with different stations set up for freshly made pasta, grills, dessert, pizzas/foccacia and salads! They should label the food more clearly though and some weren’t labelled at all - I imagine this must be frustrating for people who have allergies. Kids liked the food too! Dining room was quite dated with dark furniture and it got really hot in there on some evenings, it’s nicer to get a table outside by the pool or up on the balcony upstairs where it’s much cooler. Drinks were ok - wine wasn’t great and came in small glasses. We asked for the free imported spirits (Gordons, Smirnoff etc) which were included. Cocktails were nicely presented. Snacks were served in the reception area every afternoon - donuts, biscuits and small cakes. This was a great addition! An evening buffet was held upstairs too if you felt peckish at night. The ice cream fridge was opened every day from 3:30-4:30 which was fine. The ice cream parlour on site was great and served really delicious ice cream desserts/slush it also had a really nice member of staff running it - this was not included in All Inclusive. Small shop on site too selling snacks and pool inflatables / souvenirs etc. Most of the staff were nice. We sat upstairs on the balcony area most days as we found the staff there to be welcoming and were absolutely great with my 1 year old! I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names! And also would like to mention one of the chefs with glasses who always greeted us at dinner with a huge smile on his face and would give the kids sweets! Reception staff were great and welcoming when we arrived. Pool bar staff were hit and miss - you felt sometimes as if you were bothering them when ordering drinks. I felt that the staff became nicer to us once we became familiar to them. Like other reviews - Beware of guests who don’t understand how to queue and just think that they can be absolutely rude to staff. Room was modern, spacious and clean! Aircon worked brilliantly and the bed was very comfortable. Balcony was safe too allowing the kids to go back and forth safely. Fridge was replenished daily with bottled water. Towels and bedsheets were also changed consistently. The cleaners work really hard at this hotel. Entertainment was okay - We had no idea what time the mini disco was on for the little ones, so we only caught it once during our 8 night stay. I feel they could have used notice boards to make people aware of what’

We checked in quickly, the room was clean, bright, there was a refrigerator, air conditioning, wi-fi, and a hairdryer. Room on the fifth floor with a spacious balcony overlooking the city and the mountain of the Alanya fortress. This balcony had side walls, so when the sun goes down you can sit privately on the balcony. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a restaurant with delicious food, such as mixed seafood. There is a small cozy pool on the roof. I didn’t use the pool, because I think that tourist pools should be used by children and women. The beach is within walking distance. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you Hotel Kleopatra for the warm welcome!

A great hotel, super friendly employees everywhere, reception, breakfast room, general housekeeping who always smile and have good advice and are willing to help and go the extra mile Super wide breakfast selection with various warm dishes, cold cuts, all kind of cheese, cereals and of course many different salads, yoghurt and dried fruits - I could not think of anything missing Different coffees from Americano over Expresso to Latte and fruit juices Less than 2 minutes walk to the red tower and 5 minutes to the harbour. Seaview really perfect to see the “pirate” ships coming and going and also sunrise in the morning. As close to the harbour also close proximity to all kind of restaurants, bars and the shopping bazaars. We were super happy and will come for sure again, we really had a great time and enjoyed every single day 😎

It couldn't be better option to stay in my holiday than hotel May Flower. The location is good in the middle of the city, the staff are great and helpful, and my apartment on the ninth floor was absolutely stunning with a view of the mountains and over the city to the sea. May Flower's Corner Cafe & Bistro was also great. Foot was delicious and it was nice to eat while listening to live music. The staff in both, in the hotel and restaurant, were very friendly and caring. They asked every day how am I and is everything okay. It felt nice becouse I was travelling alone. Everything went great at this hotel and I can warmly recommend it to others as well.

It was the second time we stayed in this hotel after having had a wonderful holiday in Alayie Kleopatra last year. We insisted that our travel agency found a place in this hotel also this year. We did not want another hotel. It was the hotel staff that made us wish to choose this hotel again. They were very welcoming, helpful, friendly, polite, well mannered, flirty and funny, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. We were happy to meet the same people as last year. The sunbeds at the pool are limited, but we are not fans of tanning at the swimming pool. There were enough tables with chairs around the pool, so plenty of space to enjoy your time at the pool. It was nice to come from the beach at 11.00 and enjoy a swim in the pool which found itself in the shadow until 12.00 so we did not have to worry ab getting sun burn. I believe this hotel is not quite suitable for families with children as the kids' swimming pool is small and the bigger one is deep. The gym is outdated with older devices. There is an indoor swimming pool, as well. The rooms are well equipped and cleaned every day. The food choice is not very varied, but it is healthy, well cooked and tasty. I like it that this year one could find sweet Turkish specialities like Baklava as opposed to last year. I also find it very practical that one can get 500 ml water bottles anytime. There are 3 entertainment shows to enjoy during a 7 night stay which is perfect as you also have time for walks to the city center and the harbour which during the night offer an incredible and impressive view. Alanya is a night city and if you are lucky you can see the waiters dancing in syncron in the restaurants. There are many activities and trips that one can undertake from local agencies. The beach is very close to the hotel(1 min)and is wide, with lovely ticker sand and very warm water. The view with the mountains and the sea turn Alanya into a paradise. On the water one can admire the pirate ships and the paragliding. If we ever visit Alanya again, we will definitely go to this hotel as it suits our expectations and idea of a perfect holiday. We are grateful to the hotel personnel for making our stay wonderful!!!

In the middle of 9 days here. Excellent location. The views of the sea and mountains are breathtaking and everything is just on the doorstep. The staff are lovely, especially the cleaning lady, breakfast staff and night reception. The breakfast is the best breakfast I've ever had. It makes me laugh when reviewers complain that it's all Turkish style food...newsflash we are in Turkey. The choice and taste is outstanding. It is a lovely, quiet and clean hotel with very comfortable large beds,lots of hot water,toiletries and teas and coffee. OK there is a bit of noise in the evening from the harbour restaurants but I knew I was booking a central city hotel and brought earplugs, but it was never a problem. Alanya is a very chilled out, interesting city with glorious beaches, mountain views,history, walking and lots of shops and restaurants. I hope to return and would stay in this hotel again.
