The hotel is strategically located, a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle, not far from the bar corridor and commercial street, and not far from the seaside. The reception at the hotel's front desk is warm, the interior decoration is modern, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich.

The hotel is really good, the staff is friendly and they do everything possible to make your stay pleasant. However, the room did not have a double bed but two comfortable single beds all the same. But the most annoying thing is the simple glazing and the curtains which let in light. For a four star and quite surprising but the stay still went well and the kindness of the staff really adds to a satisfactory experience, thanks to their daily work! Ps: don't hesitate to have breakfast, it's buffet style and it's really good! In addition, if you have to take the plane the next day before the buffet opens, you will be entitled to a good pic-nik prepared by them ☺️

We had a small family reunion in this wonderful hotel. Simply can't praise the staff enough, from efficient and friendly reception staff,to the staff at the snack bar as well as house keeping. The rooms and facilities are spotlessly clean and all provisions for our comfort were met. For those of us who had the breakfast thought it was of high standards. The location of the hotel was excellent with a bus stop close by for trips to central Palma, or a quick downhill walk to Porto Pi commercial centre. Thank you Agusta for such a wonderful stay. You are all amazing.

Wow, wow, wow…. What a peaceful and serene hotel to stay in, right in the historical centre of Palma. Overlooking the Basilica de Sant Francesc and so close to the Cathedral, train station, beach and promenade, all within a 10-15 minute walk through the picturesque streets. So close and yet so quiet. The team here are one of the best we’ve had the pleasure of staying with. They go above and beyond in everything they do to make your stay a memorable one. From Blanca, Javier and Miguel in front desk, through the kitchen staff and housekeeping. Nothing is too much trouble and it’s all done with genuine pleasure and desire to make your stay a perfect one. It’s the little touches that make this place, one of the best… From the welcome drink in the inner courtyard, a perfect way to decompress from your journey. To the inclusive mini bar in your room with Molten Brown toiletries, pool towels and a pillow menu… The plunge pool on the rooftop with an honest bar and if you want wine or sangria it’s brought up to you. They have great recommendations and tips for restaurant and things to do, thanks for the advice Blanca on getting the train and tram to Soller. Plenty of choices for breakfast with a hot and cold buffet and you can order pancakes and omelettes. And then don’t forget the choice of local pastries as well. Fancy a day on the beach, they have you covered with beach umbrellas and towels, a nice touch. If you are looking for somewhere in Palma you won’t go wrong with staying here. We’ll be back and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We stayed for 4 nights, a taxi from the airport was very quick and only €20. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Our room was on the ground floor and had a patio with a hot tub, which was great to use after a days sightseeing. Lovely Loccitaine toiletries in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast each day, there was a nice choice and we liked that it went on until 11am so we didn’t ever have to set an alarm to get up, the chef was always really cheery too. Very clean hotel, did expect a turn down service for what we paid though, mainly as our shower soaked the bathroom out every time we used it. The rooftop pool was a good area to get some sun and relax. Up until the last two days that is, when a big group checked in who had really badly behaved children. You could hear them screeching and shouting wherever you were in the hotel, they took over the pool area and destroyed the previously calm and relaxing vibe. They were leaning over the wall to our patio and spitting down it. I’d of given a 5* rating if it was adults only. I do appreciate not everyone with children is selfish and lets them run ferrel like this, but being adults only would avoid this risk. Before they arrived the atmosphere was really tranquil and in keeping with its surroundings.

We were excited to stay at Belle Marivent while we were in Majorca for a wedding but sadly - overall - we were left disappointed. Firstly, the positives - the reception area is gorgeous, and almost lulls you into a false sense of security. Smells lovely and looks lovely and actually Lucia on reception was really great. The rooftop pool is also great, albeit extremely small with barely anywhere to sunbathe. The hotel itself just gives the overall feel it is very understaffed and is doing anything it can to save money. The rooms are crammed into an extremely tiny area - your sink is practically at your bedside, there is no bathroom per se but just tiny rooms of a shower and a toilet. Breakfast is really awful. All three mornings they had 'run out of yoghurt because it went off'. With a supermarket down the road, they could have easily replaced this. There was only one waiter in the room on each morning. This meant the (extremely limited) buffet frequently ran out, and was not replaced unless you got up and walked to the kitchen/bar area to ask the waiter/waitress to replace it. The jugs of water were empty for around 15 minutes which was really frustrating. When ordering a hot breakfast prepare to wait 20 minutes for it to come, even if there is literally no one else in the restaurant. Another shocking moment was when I called reception and asked for a small jug of fresh milk to have with my self made coffee from the coffee machine in our room, as I really dislike the tiny long-life milk pods. I was told sorry there is no fresh milk. I asked whether I could just be brought some from the kitchen - to be told that the restaurant is not in fact connected to the hotel at all. Just found this baffling, as I've never ever been refused some fresh milk at a hotel before. The coffee cups in our room were also dusty and unclean. Lastly, while the man on reception and Lucia were great, the cleaning staff were extremely rude. We were getting ready for a wedding that started at 2pm so naturally we were showering/getting ready at 11am. The cleaners repeatedly banged on our doors insisting they needed to come in. When we said we needed another 20 mins or so, we were met with eye rolls and sighs. I understand it must be frustrating as they have a schedule, but it is also a very small hotel. All in all, I would say the Belle Marivent is absolutely not worth the price we paid. A few glimmers of greatness but overall a disappointment.

Just back from 6 nights in this hotel with friends. Good value, good location base and good food, but most importantly great staff and service, so friendly, helpful and attentive. Would I stay again? Definitely yes.

My fiancé and I got married on the island with 80 of our family and friends flying over from the UK. We recommended Puro as we had stayed there a few times on the run up to the wedding, visiting the island. The attention to detail that was given by all of the team was unbelievable. We had approximately 20 rooms booked by our party, and everyone that stayed said they’d all had the best time. My mother-in-law has issues with walking far, and she has expressed how easy the staff made her stay, by helping her get to her room and around the hotel with ease. The breakfast service was great, and a special shout out to Fernando. The food and drinks in Beatnik are amazing. This hotel is great for friends, family and couples and looking forward to our stay when we return. Thank you to Anne and the rest of the Puro team

This is a very good hotel. It’s a 15 minute walk into the old town/ harbour but the road is straight so it isn’t too confusing to find. The hotel is modern, clean and the rooms are a good size. The beds are comfy and the bathroom is modern. We had breakfast included and it’s a good menu choice. Food arrives not long after ordering and you know it’s a good place to eat when the locals come to dine there. We ate lunch there a few times and apart from one occasion when the croquets were frozen in the middle still all other meals were good. Alcohol is cheap here. €8 for a cocktail, €4 for a large wine. The pool area is clean, beds are hard to come by of an afternoon so go down to level 5 and relax there instead. My only gripe was the fire alarm went off every night. Not once but three times. In the end you had no other choice but to get used to it. Hopefully they fix that soon. You won’t go wrong staying here, it’s a quiet area but close enough to the centre. It was high 30’s of a day each day we were there and the heat is relentless, there’s no breeze. It’s high 20’s of a night too so be prepared for endless showers throughout the day and night to cool down. Staff at reception are great, Poly especially. Simon in the restaurant is a character, he’s very friendly and takes the time to talk to you which is good.

recently had the pleasure of staying at the most exquisite hotel in Palma, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The moment I walked through the grand entrance, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff at this hotel are truly the friendliest and most accommodating I have ever encountered.The rooms are spacious, beautifully. Each morning, I woke up to a delightful breakfast spread, with a variety of fresh and delicious options. The bar is the best one of the while town, best piano player I saw in my life, and provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Palma.However, what really sets this hotel apart is its restaurant. Dining at their in-house restaurant was an unforgettable experience. The culinary team has crafted a menu that is both innovative and true to the local flavors. Every dish I tried was a masterpiece, from the appetizers to the desserts. The presentation was impeccable, and the flavors were simply divine.Overall, this hotel in Palma offers an unparalleled experience with its luxurious accommodations, exceptional staff, and the best dining in the city. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Palma.
