I like how there's a fan and aircon in the room. Switch off the aircon and on the fan, it really gives us like home vibes.

Lyf Farrer Park is an amazing property. Bustling with life and very lively. Good for long stay. The ground floor lobby has a gym, laundromat, working bay and a hep coffee and beer joint. Fourth floor is cooking bay and an area to laze around with open gym, garden and play zone for kids. Rooms are smartly done with modern interiors.

The price is good and the location is near the MRT with laundromat options nearby. But I would seriously consider spending a bit more for a cheap hotel. The cleanliness of the place is atrocious. The bed had hair and the sides of the pod had quite dirty dust in them. It’s not terrible but given how small the pod is, it only intensified the cleanliness problem. I even had flies somehow in my pod. The most important thing is the aircon! If you close the pod for privacy, it’s extremely hot and stuffy as the cooling system inside was weaker than a fan. No towels are provided too.

They have lodged a police report and contact Singapore Tourism Board and CASE in regards to this case. Hope by doing so, it will prevent the owner of Campbell Inn from cheating other tourists and disgracing Singapore as a safe country again. My 3 friends were ignorant of the various Google negative reviews of Campbell Inn and booked two nights with the Inn. However it seems that they have been scammed. It was their first visit to Singapore and she emailed and they tried to call the Inn several times without getting a proper response from the Inn. They wanted to inform the Inn about the late timing that they would be reaching the Inn. However as the Inn was uncontactable for a proper response, the 3 tourists decided to check-in physically at the premises. The Inn was obviously unsafe as it was occupied by alot of migrant workers in the premises and look more like a illegal foreign worker dormitory. The 3 tourists were initially informed by the receptionist that their room were given to other workers and were even asked to stay together with the male workers in the same room. They realized that these workers were wearing scantily (only sarongs) in the room and some of them appears to be drunk. The 3 tourists refused and left the Inn immediately feeling the whole situation was not right and unsafe. However they were left stranded on the streets in the middle of the night. My friends credit card was deducted for the nights which they did not stay in the Inn. They believed that the Inn management have planned this scam in such a manner that they can easily cheat the tourists who did not know the actual ground situation of the Inn. Also suspect several of these workers may be overstayers without legal work permits as they seems to be staying there for a long time. The Inn is definitely not a safe place for tourists to stay in. The practice of this Inn not only causes distress to the overseas visitors but also shame us Singaporeans which our country projected a very safe reputation to visitors from all over the world. The matter has been reported to relevant Singapore authorities.

It has a great location for a tourist. Walking distance from the metro station. Plenty of restaurants around. The space is really tiny. I got a single room and I had to jump on the table to access the bed. The boy kindly changed my room to an easier bed access. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom average. There is no ventilation, I felt lack of oxigen. You can hear any conversation as if they were in your room. The bathroom was in another floor...Well, I guess Singapore accommodation is hell expensive and this is what I get for this money.

I stayed here in early December 2022 for a few nights. In general, this hostel is very conveniently located. It is only 4-minute walk from the Downtown Line MRT station. It is the same station that has the closest ATMs. The hostel requires you to pay your balance using cash. If you want to pay by card, there is an additional 3% charge and you'd have to walk to their sister hostel to use their card machine. The sister site is on another street but they claim it's just a 5-minute walk. Also, if you want to print anything or use a microwave, you'd have to walk across the street to the Chic Hostel to do so since this one doesn't have it. There is a fridge but no microwave. The good thing is that they do your laundry, within the same day if you tell them to, for $12. The dorms on the 4th floor did not have a lock on the door so it didn't feel secure from anyone else who may decide to wonder up there. They did have a key card for the individual lockers though. There's only one outlet by your bed so I'd recommend getting an adapter with multiple USB ports or something. The 4th and 3rd floors share a 2-stall shower and toilet combo which was a tight squeeze and a bit moldy, which probably cannot be helped with such humid climates. Only bodywash was available in the showers. Each toilet come with its own handheld bidet. I just wished that the restrooms had paper towels to dry your hands. I did like that each bed had its own TV with Netflix and headphones (even though I never used it). The A/C runs all night which is great. I also liked that eac bed has their owne privacy curtains as well as their own drying rack and clothes hangers.

In curtin Singapore Reading, very close to the new site of the school, 15 minutes by bus, and close to Jin Wentai, the hotel provides continental breakfast from Monday to Friday, although the variety is very limited, but the breakfast is enough for nutrition, especially the ham is delicious, the hotel apartment room is what I see Singapore Hotel is comparison Big, there is a kitchen where you can cook kitchen utensils and tableware. The washing machine with dryer is very convenient. There are also food courts nearby, but there is a pasta restaurant downstairs in the hotel that tastes very good, and it is also very close to west coast park It is very suitable for running. house keeping is done on Tuesdays and Saturdays. It won’t be too disturbing to rest. Overall, this apartment is very good, very quiet and suitable for living. If you don’t like noisy, it’s also very difficult to book.

Location was great, there were many nearby food places around, walking distance to Outram Mrt. Room was cosy and I was amazed by the design of the rooms, it was modern and sleek! Reception was also very nice enough to give a late checkout, and the room cards design was super cool 😎 I really love and enjoyed my stay here.

Toilet dustbin not cleared from previous guest. Access to rooms at 4th floor is only by steps so not handicapped friendly or easily assessed by people with heavy luggages. Room is very small and tight, toilet floor gets wet after showering as there's no shower curtain or dry/wet area divide. Other than these, the room was clean, receptionist service is good and attentive. They offered 2 free beverages at the lobby which was a delight.

Facilities: Overall, it is relatively clean and tidy, but those who live on the upper bunks should be careful ⚠️ The stairs are easy to bump. Hygiene: I am a clean freak, and the bathroom is relatively clean, except that sometimes there is some water on the floor, but it dries quickly and is tolerable. But it is recommended to put a mop so that even if there is water, guests can mop it themselves, otherwise it is easy to slip. Environment: The bar is quite noisy, and it will be silent around 2 o'clock in the morning, and the bar was not open on the third day of my stay. Service: So it is. There is nothing bad, and nothing outstanding. No merits or demerits. Others: It is very close to Clarke Quay and Chinatown, and it is also very close to the Merlion. It can be reached in more than 20 minutes on foot, which is not bad. There are also McDonald's and Burger King nearby, as well as 711, which is very convenient.
