LLMOOLMLove everything about the room! Except we got a connecting room and soundproofing from the door was bad. Like that the bed faces the window so we could enjoy the view right from the comfort of the bed. Sofa is comfortable. Also love the bathroom! Gold lounge: good service. Excellent view. Strict with dress code. Evening canapes is average. Drinks, especially cocktails can be better. Breakfast was great! Lesser selection than Prego but it has the popular food which I happened to take when I went Prego. Much lesser crowd than Prego Prego breakfast: good. Do go before 8am for lesser crowd

FFrancisco A1) When we checked in, we were told we could enjoy a 20 percent discount from the hotel's restaurants. We ate therefore at Jiang Nan Chun, the Chinese restaurant of the hotel ( total bill S$242), and the next day, at Nobu Japanese restaurant ( total bill- around $402). When we checked out, however, the discount was not given, even if the restaurant's waiter told us that the discount would be given upon check out from the hotel. ( The total amount spent on the two restaurants was S$645!) 2) The most shocking thing was that the flush of the towel bowl did not work on Sunday, May 26. We used the flush but the water was overflowing and the feces were floating about. So we tried to pour water into the toilet bowl three times by using the waste can of the toilet to fill it full with water to flush the toilet but still to no avail. Finally, we had to ask for help from the hotel staff to solve the problem. The hotel staff later gave us a plate of fruits and a short letter of apology for the inconvenience caused.

SSeat 2APerfectly situated amidst countless shopping and dining options in the busiest commercial area of Singapore. Though this is clearly a much older property, it appears to be well maintained and clean. Slept well during my stay and appreciated the rooftop pool and comprehensively equipped gymnasium. For the price paid, this was good value, especially considering how expensive hotels are in Singapore.

JJoycelynWe faced some hiccups during check-in, which was frustrating. The daytime front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly, making the start of our stay less enjoyable. In contrast, the night shift staff were much more engaging and motivated, which was a relief. Duty Manager Dahlia made an effort to address my concerns after I provided feedback, and I appreciate her attempts at service recovery. The hotel itself is nice, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the inconsistency in service left us disappointed. I hope they can improve the front desk experience in the future. Overall, while we had some enjoyable moments, it wasn’t the celebration we had hoped for.

UUAGJAQThe location is great. There is a huge mall called ‘The Star’ with many restaurants and cafes. All kinds of food are available to satisfy your taste buds. Check out Dan’s Steaks while you can. They serve some very good steaks. Any steaks on the menu will be to your liking; guaranteed. Hotel is centrally located. It’s like 10-15mins drive to the shopping district of Orchard Road.

SStaycationBearyI guess this isn't something new but the hotel is in dire need to update its rooms and furnishings. Service wise is a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars - they are such a gem and a true asset to the organisation. The view from the room was excellent - clear sight of the harbour and Singapore Flyer. However, I do not think that the club lounge was worth the top-up. Food and drinks selection are quite limited and not of the same quality as Furama Riverfront. The lounge is located at a small corner at level 2 with no view and manned by 2 staff - Ray and Ralph. As always, both of them are helpful and ever ready to serve. Kudos to the crew at Furama CC but I do hope that the management could look into revamping the rooms and furnishings soon in order to remain competitive, especially their location and service staff are currently the only ones helping to keep them with a competitive edge.

GGuest UserHere I can see so convenient on the traffic , nearby metro line train and many shopping malls , I enjoy the food , restaurants and cinema that nearby the hotel.  The staff are very polite and environment are cosy and I feel happy every day.
