RrocktheworldThe hotel location was very convenient! Just 200 meters away from the Masjid Nabawi. Very clean hotel. The pillow, bedsheet and bed were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed my stay! Wifi connection & breakfast was good too. Overall I’m fully satisfied and definitely come back soon.

BBin Mahamad ZabidinFor those who want an excellent stay not far from Masjidil Haram but do not want to pay premium for hotels on clock tower, this hotel is one of the best option. The location is not that far, just behind a tunnels, but the best thing is there are 24 hours free shuttle bus that will pick you up at Kudai bus stop vice versa. From/ to Kudai bus stop is just 5 minutes walking distance to Masjid area. I stay here for 6 nights, and every time i come down. to go to Masjidil Haram, there always a bus waiting. No need to wait, they always there. The room is clean with sufficient amenities plus a microwave. Yes, they have microwave which is very convenience during our stay. The pantry area with a sink and water outlet also is a big plus for us. Overall, we have a very good stay here. The only thing that maybe needs to improve is an issue with room's key. During our stay, we need to reactivate our room's key everyday because it is deactivated after 12 p.m. But it's not a big problem for me because reception staff is helpful.

AAbrar2483One of the best hotels near Masjid Al Nabawi! The staff are incredible! From the moment I arrived, Hassan from concierge assisted me with my bags and the staff at the reception were very friendly and they not only allowed me to check-in early but also upgraded my room with a partial Haram View! All the staff spoke English perfectly. The rooms are nice and spacious with modern furniture and the amenities provided in the room are perfect from bathrobes to multiple kits! The room was relatively clean however I’ve notice multiple finger prints on the refrigerator door as well as the bathroom door which shows those 2 areas weren’t wiped after the previous guests had left. The shower was perfect with nice hot water and the bathroom was spacious enough. The hotel has 2 towers and we didn’t know which tower to go to so we ended up going to tower 1 were the receptionist informed us that our booking is in tower 2. I had an elderly guest with me and moving towers like this was very inconvenient. The hotel should inform the guests about the tower number and parking instructions before arriving at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the Haram with just 6-7 minutes walk to both the men’s and the women’s entrance (door 11 and 12). Upon returning to the hotel, the staff were promptly situated outside the elevator doors assisting guests with the elevators. About the breakfast. It was fantastic! The options available were great and included selections of cold appetizers, bakery items, main courses including french toast and pancakes. The breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient and they never said no, especially Riaz he served us coffee and hot chocolate. The items were being refilled quickly. The 2 ladies welcomed us for breakfast with a huge smile. Suggestions to improve breakfast: 1) there was no live cooking counter for omelette. The omlette was being cooked in the kitchen and was being stocked in the hot plate. It would be great if the hotel could consider introducing live counter for omelette as it really would help us guests to make the perfect omelette for ourselves and eating it warm and fresh. Other hotels do have a live counter. 2) Though all the breakfast items were great, the French toast wasn’t good at all! It didn’t taste like a French toast. The sambosas were undercooked and very chewy so wasn’t able to eat them. Improvements on this will make the breakfast experience perfect! One more thing to add is that the staff not once said “No”. They always accommodated our requests whatsoever. I asked the reception for a plastic chair for my elderly mother to sit and take a shower, thought they didn’t have it, they offered us to switch to an accessible room with no additional costs! The hotel is not very busy and crowded as I didn’t see any groups here. I hope the hotel can maintain this very same standard or else it’ll be very easy to be like the other hotels who don’t care about guests. All in all, I’ll definitely choose Al Manakha Rotana again on my next trip to Madinah and wishing this hotel success!

GGuest UserEasy and thankfully an early check-in, which gave us much needed time to go visit Haram and attend to prayers. I had a 2 bedroom overlooking the haram on one of the higher floors, and it was special. Rooms are generous in size, well appointed with amenities, and 2 baths, which is great when you have teenagers who also need their own space. The hotel was conveniently located to Gate 36 of the mosque (about 8 min walk from door to door) and better for men than women who had to walk a bit further to their entrance. Apparently, the hotel offers shuttle services as well, but we didn't need to utilize it. With government requirements and regulations opening the time we got there, it was getting busier and can only imagine how packed it would be at full swing. Lots of groups and tour buses can be rather overwhelming to get lifts/elevators at times. Plus, with so many nationalities and languages, it was a real treat to try and communicate, so always be patient and have an open mind. Easy to order Uber services or taxi from front of hotel. Starbucks for coffee lovers are also available at lobby. Food/breakfast service was fresh and varied, and we never had issues with the service or the quality. Only issue came into play when I was overcharged at checkin for the room and although I caught it a few hours later and brought it to receptions attention, it took an agonzing number of follow ups and empty promises before it was rectified at checkout. Even then, it was like pulling teeth and nearly made us late for our departure. Although the hotel team tried to be helpful, just bear in mind that the concept of speed and efficiency is not the same as in NAmerica. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel, even as an AllAccor member. I personally wasn't offered any additional benefits which in the grand scheme would not really have made a difference given that we were visiting one of the best places on earth!

SSofianeVery nice hotel, modern and clean, great staff, comfortable and spacious room. Small downsides: problems with hot water in the shower and the distance from Masjid Ennabawi due to work in the city but the hotel provides a shuttle before and after each prayer

44khtar1My stay on 9 to 11 of Feb 2023. Excellent location, short walk from towards the Masjid - the side of the Green Dome. Also a short walk to the food market. Friendly staff and spacious clean room - good condition bath and shower (no horrible grout work)- comfortable mattress topper - clean Tea/Coffee making facilities. Hallway to room smells good with some sort of atomiser and lifts are fast, on either side of the hallway. The receptionist kindly gave me an upgrade from the usual room I'd booked. All in all, this was a pleasant and peaceful experience. I comfortably got changed into my Ihram, ready for my onwards journey to Makkah via train. Mr Akhtar

MMysteryMasterQuality and Price do not meet: 175 euro 2 nights, no breakfast. Stains on wall, showercabin 60 cm × 80 cm while water splatters into bathroom. Towelrod next to wc is unhygienic imho. Had a room at streetside, noisy because of traffic. On top of it the pilgrim guests were shouting in hallway until 23.00. Had to ask a travelagent 25 m from hotel to print my boardingpass. English at reception is basicly deplorable. The guy is friendly but since there is a language gap pretty useless. The good things are a pakistani take away (50 m) and Mosque of the Prpophet, the highlight of Medina, about 10-15 min walk. Taxi from trainstation at best 50 rial, back to station I paid 20 rial.
