Были в ине 2023г. Очень удобное расположение, - в центре города. В шаговой доступности от Кремля и набережной Волги. Магазины, кафе, рестораны и развлекательные центры - на каждом шагу. Набережная с аттракционами, фонтанами, причалами и ресторанами на воде - 3 минуты пешком от гостиницы. Сама гостиница очень большая. Очень красивое убранство - высокие потолки, лепнина, позолота, шикарные потолочные люстры в фойе, большой и просторный ресторан. Это общее впечатление.Но не все так и красиво оказалось.Стоянки как таковой нет - машины паркуются прямо у входа, Прямо напротив круглосуточный магазин Пятерочка со стаей местных собак и перекресток с постоянным потоком машин.. Жили в люксе, но это люксом можно назвать с натяжкой, - стандартный номер, вычурная но не удобная мебель. Особо хочется отметить расположение розеток - расположены в неудобных и недоступных местах - пришлось просить удлинитель для подключения зарядок и ноутов. Сами розетки без модуля зарядки по USB. В номере нет кофемашины, - только маленький чайник и чайный набор. Мини-бар пустой. Нет разъемов для проводного подключения к Интернету - мне это важно, так как я работаю по VPN каналам и для меня это актуально, хотя Wi-Fi тянет нормально. Уборка в номерах производится ежедневно - к этому нет претензий, вода и туалетные принадлежности всегда имеются в наличии. Завтраки - стандартный шведский стол - выбор более чем достаточен и разнообразен. Теперь о услугах! Сразу хочу сказать - НЕ ПОКУПАЙТЕСЬ на громкое заявление на наличие SPA-салона и БАССЕЙНА!!!!!! Да - это все есть, НО - как оказалось ЭТО - ОБЩЕДОСТУПНОЕ МЕСТО!!!!! Кроме гостей этим пользуется МЕСТНОЕ НАСЕЛЕНИЕ! Начиная с открытия в 9 утра и до закрытия в 21 вечера - НЕСКОНЧАЕМЫЙ ПОТОК МЕСТНЫХ желающих пользуются этим заведением. Как результат БАССЕЙН ПОСТОЯННО ЗАНЯТ, САУНА ПОСТОЯННО ПОЛНАЯ. Нет разграничения времени пользования - ВСЕ В ОБЩЕЙ КУЧЕ. Приходят с детьми и бассейн превращается в аквапарк - поплавать просто НЕВОЗМОЖНО - чисто посидеть у бортика. САУНА очень маленькая и постоянно ПОЛНАЯ! Короче плюнул я на это дело и не стал ходить.Имейте это ввиду если собираетесь ехать летом!!!! Вообщем в итоге за помпезным антуражем в данной гостинице есть свои подводные камни. Цена явно не соответствует качеству. И заявленные 4 звезды превращаются в 3. Отелем я бы это не назвал.

До 5 звёзд не дотягивает. Приехали в отель, никто не встретил, оформление быстрое. Вещи поднимали сами в номер. Номер достаточно большой, по закрытых окнах тихо. Постель хорошая, вода, чайник, минибар отсутствует, только холодильник. Сейф был закрыт , предыдущими постояльцами, но мы его и не просили открыть. Бери и уноси. Халаты , тапочки, хороший , полный косметический набор. Хорошая уборка, да и весь персонал отзывчивый и дружелюбный.завтрак в целом неплохой , но в пчтизвездочниках всегда есть красная рыба и шампанское на завтрак, хотя бы в выходные. Что не понравилось, ремонт проводился на скорую руку, кое где уже плитках отваливалась , как и ограничители дверей. Про сейф я уже говорил , одна балконная дверь просто была завернула шурупом. , телевизор практически не работал. Что еще, мы останавливались в входные и отель превращался в филиал дворца бракосочетания, который находится недалеко. Свадьбы особо не досажали , тем более в 23.00 все разбегались. А вот проведение флаер шоу, могло принести неприятности как гостям свадьбы, так как не соблюдались расстояния до выступающих, так и самому отелю с гостями, особо серьезных средств пожаротушения я не заметил, тем более взвешенные частицы от некоторых веществ фаре шоу долетали до 6 этажа и как дождик стучали в окно, да и запах исходил от этого шоу не очень приятный.

You have to choose so much: either you charge your phone, or use the bedside lighting, because there is only one socket for them))) in general, the bedroom lighting is bad: only a dim bedside light and a crappy lamp on the dressing table. There isn't even a floor lamp. 4) VERY bad restaurant. Open until 11 p.m. We arrived at night, hungry, and couldn’t even buy sandwiches. We have never encountered such a thing that it was impossible to eat anything at night in the “five”. We went to bed hungry. The next day we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. They took a salad with beef, steak, fish soup, aperoli and something else, I don’t remember. Of all the above, only aperoli were edible). The steak is just terrible. Obviously the meat is not what is stated, the roast is “sole”, it is not chewable, although they asked for medium. The salad is simply tasteless. Ukha is a watery liquid with almost no fish. Are you serious?! We paid more for this “dinner” than for lunch at the Almond restaurant (an awesome place by the way). The kitchen in the ”five” should not be at this level. There weren't even nuts to go with the beer. Only chips of an unknown brand, the taste is very mediocre. Something needs to be done about the kitchen in this hotel. We travel a lot, and no city has ever had such a problem restaurant where there is really nothing to eat. By the way, there is also nowhere to eat near the hotel and no shops. One Georgian restaurant, poor. Try to eat in advance in the center before returning to the hotel. You can only drink there. There is a large swimming pool and spa, but I can’t tell you about it, we didn’t use it. In general, you can stay here, but don’t expect much)
