Travelled with kids to Doha, we really enjoyed staying in this property for 16 nights. Beautiful and clean hotel with wonderful swimming pool and sport facilities. Very spacious rooms with amazing kitchen. The breakfast was good amd lots variety. The club lounge was very nice and great selections of food and drinks. The staff is the best all of them, they do everything to make your stay comfortable and happy. Special thanks to the hotel front desk managers both Mr Ali & Ali (you both made our stay great) much appreciated. Also Gagan from the front desk and Noufal and all his lovely & friendly colleagues at the main entrance (you guys were the best). Will definitely come back again next visit to Doha.
In the past 4 months, I accompanied my children to go abroad for a continuous competition and circled the earth. This apartment hotel in Doha feels the best and most memorable. The room is on the 43rd floor, with a large area of more than 50 square meters. Both walls are floor-to-ceiling windows and the sight is very good. Although it is not close to the sea and is somewhat blocked by the high-rise buildings in front of it, you can still see the Persian Gulf. There are no high-rise buildings outside the floor-to-ceiling windows on the other side, the city view and road conditions are unobstructed, and you can also see the National Grand Mosque and the football World Cup stadium. The breakfast buffet is very rich and the environment is very good. I made it myself at noon and evening. I bought the ingredients at Carrefour in the largest local shopping center in a quarter of an hour's walk. I made it with the induction cooker and microwave in the room. It was very pleasant to enjoy the food while enjoying the view from the window. The Voco Apartment Hotel in Doha is the best in all aspects of the 8 hotels in four countries in the past four months.

During my brief stopover in Doha, I booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. While the room and bed were perfect, I encountered issues with the internet, which was non-functional despite repeated requests for assistance. Additionally, the cleanliness of the toilet left much to be desired, possibly due to oversight on that particular day.

Just a short ride from Hamad International Airport ($5 Uber) and another short ride to the Al Corniche Street area to see many sites ($3 Uber) is this incredible Holiday Inn, I have never experienced a Holiday Inn like this before. Very reasonably priced that includes breakfast , a breakfast that you would see in high end restaurants, the staff is spot on and easy to communicate with, taking the time to talk and explain in detail your every concerns. The conversation always ends in a “ no problem sir” for example: I have a late flight leaving Doha today, asked for a late check out “no problem sir” asked at breakfast if I may return for breakfast after sitting for coffee “no problem sir” I was going to jot down names of the people who helped me….. everyone that I spoke with helped me! No need to look for any other hotels, this place is it. Many options for food and drinks on site, exercise facilities are immaculate, pool is inviting and the rooms are spacious.

At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. This Doha hotel provides parking on site. Germaphobes can rest easy - the level of cleanliness is highly rated at this hotel.

I was lucky to check in this hotel, my room is a one-bedroom suite which is located at the upper floor. First of all, the services are warm, effective and professional. All staff take great care about the guests'needs and try to solve any problems. Very quick to response and understand vere well the exact demands of the guests. There are varied resturants nearby, seafood, cafe, Mcdonalds, Burger King, Arabic food and etc. Facilities are new and well-maintained, mattresses, bed sheets, comformters(duvets), pillows are comfortable. For my room, the most important is spacious. If I feel exhausted owing to jet leg or walking too much per day, then my room is a perfect place for relax.
I was hurry to check out on Feb 29, unfortunately I forgot to grab the fruit knife stored in reception. My room number is 1412, the luggage storage tag is 03209. The reception of the hotel please contact me via email. Your receiptionist Ms.Vadun has already taken down my phone number and email address. Thanks

As someone who travels a lot & stays in a lot of 5* hotels.. this is by far the biggest let down of any 5* hotel I've stayed in. I was just in Atlantis the Royal in Dubai October 2nd 2024 (3 weeks prior). So when I say the biggest let down Fairmont.. the biggest let down. We flew business from London & arrived in Doha for our anniversary & my husbands' birthday trip. Let me get the positives out of the way: it's a very modern hotel, very aesthetically pleasing, very very modern. Lobby area is very tidy, they wipe down the monitors used for the lifts very frequently which I appreciated. The rooms are beautiful. Ok now our experience. Day 1: We booked the Gold package which meant initially we were on the second floor as all Gold members are reportedly on the second floor.. which I'll upload what it is meant to come with. We arrived to a very modern but subpar room. Again, a 5* hotel requires me to be this critical.. the mirror in the room was broken and the room was just dirty.. stained carpets, stained walls, the glass for the seaview I had booked specifically was filthy! When I saw the bathroom walls were also dirty I said absolutely not and sent a message to the ”personal butler” (I'll come back to this) at 3am. The next morning I woke up and they had replied apologising and informed us they'll move us to another room. I advised we'd be ready to move at 4pm. At 4pm I sent a message to advise we were ready & I received a message at 4:17 to say they'll help us move room. At 4:37 I sent a message asking for an update - my message was read and ignored. At this point my husband and I had been waiting for 45 minutes.. he was getting frustrated waiting around and left the room to find something to eat. I called reception who advised they'll get back to me & at 5pm, a Gold supervisor appeared at my door. I will not name and shame however he did not apologise for lateness but was ready to help me move. So we moved rooms.. to what they labelled an upgrade. I guess they assumed a room with a balcony was an upgrade but I went from a seaview room to a SMALLER room with city view with a balcony. At this point I was too tired to argue or complain.. I sat and waited for my husband. 5 minutes later a gentleman knocked on the door and said he had been advised to remove the drinks in the fridge from the room. I was beyond shocked.. you'd think the drinks he was removing were champagne.. Instead Coke, Sprite and sparkling water. I laughed out loud. This could not be. This was terrible. At least do this before moving us. 20 minutes later my husband appeared with Bilal. You'll see Bilal's name mentioned in a few reviews and I see why. He is the only staff member I believe I interacted with that went that little bit further.. he adds that personal touch several staff are missing.. he immediately saw the room and said this room is smaller and this isn't a sea view. I looked up, shocked I was talking to someone who seemed to have sense and I said I know. He mad

DDr. Saleh Alkawariamazing hotel in location and best customer service culture, which is noticeable at the doorsteps of hotel entrance by valet parking staff to receptionist and all over the hotel. restaurants and food are second to none. We had our first lunch at the Italian restaurant Sel & Miel , the food and staff are amazing, they surprised us with cake and flowers for our 50th wedding Anniversary and took alot of pictures for us by their Polaroid camera. Special thanks to the best housekeeping ever who surprised us with the setup of our room. we were touched by invitation from Nassira and Huda to have moroccan tea at the lobby bar. I would like to give special thanks to all staff of Lagoon restaurant, Suhila, yasmin, Hatim, Elma, Duwi ,luyoni, and lovely Balaneeis girls who take care of us during our 5 days stays. we definitely will come back and recommend The Ritz Carlton to our friends and family members.
We had booked a club room and got a diamond upgrade to a very spacious suite, which was very nice and clean. There was also a turndown service in the evening and all was clean in any moment. We also had our personal concierge Sandeepani, who contacted us already few days before arrival if we have any special needs, i asked for a wheelchair, and it was no problem to borrow it from the hotel. We could always reach her in whats app if we had any questions or needed reservations. The hotel has a very nice pool on the top floor, the only problem there was, that its very slippery outside the pool, the staff where cleaning the water always away, but they had no chance because the water dont run up like it should. As hotel guest you also have access to a beach club named Doha Sands near the hotel just a 5 to 10 min walk. It was very nice there, i think its one of the best beaches in Doha. The breakfast was also very delicious, you could order egg dishes and sweet things like french toast from the menu. It was the first hilton where we had really good european (Austrian Bread). I wish they also had a little more from european brekfast like more cold cuts, and i know its an arabic country but in conrad dubai for example you also had pork bacon and sausages, you could use just special plates for it. I also would have wished more salmon to choose and a real soup station like in conrad abu dhabi where they had prawns, beef and chicken and vegetables and the boil it short for you and put fresh hot soup over it. This all is no criticism just tips to make this nice hotel more perfect. In other hotels i also found it nice that they had an diamond area, where you could order other things too. And at evening a diamond happy hour would be also no mistake. But we had booked a club room and had access to the west bay club lounge in the 36 floor where Jasper our personal waiter made us every evening the best drinks and made our evenings unforgetable. I am sure he will make his way. The food in the lounge was quite nice, you had cold cuts and salats and bread, and also every day a very good creme soup, and also 2 or 3 hot dishes, which was from high quality and had good taste, my father somehow missed a little bit of sidedishes like rice to the maindishes like chicken, fish, lamb or beef. Jasper mixed us also cocktails from the things he could select of, like a espresso martini. His english was perfect, as of many other staff in the hotel i never had it in a hotel before that everyone had a very good english. If i compare to level 45 club in conrad abu dhabi, they had a little cocktail card and the food you selected from the menu was served on a tray. But i liked the food in the waldorf more ;-) The club lounge is connected to a cigar lounge which was very comfortable. The only problem was that it was very cold in the west bay club and it was not possible to change that. If you go there you need a jacket or a pullover. All in all it was a perfect stay, and
We had an incredible stay at W Hotel Doha, celebrating both our wedding anniversary and my birthday! From the moment we arrived, we felt the warmth and generosity of the staff. Mr. Niccolo did a fantastic job welcoming us during check-in and check-out, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Tunc at check-out, who greeted us warmly and made us feel valued. Dinner at Spice Market was a highlight—without a doubt, some of the best sushi in Qatar! The ambiance and flavors made our special evening even more memorable. The surprises in our suite were truly amazing, one of the best we’ve ever experienced. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our day so special! The lovely cake and balloons were a delightful touch that really made us feel celebrated. Our experience was topped off with a fantastic breakfast the next morning. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the wonderful service we received. We will definitely be visiting W Hotel Doha again. Thank you for making our celebrations unforgettable!
GGuest UserThe hotel is centrally located to tourist spots and the metro gold line. All of the staff were so helpful, accommodating and ready to help with a friendly smile. We felt very welcomed as soon as we checked-in and were offered a welcome coffee at the front desk. Staff members like Basit and Tara were always there to make our stay a pleasant experience. The hotel is right across the street from the Souq Waqif and it is accessible from an underground walkway in front of the hotel courtyard. The same walkway is connected to the metro gold line. The metro is very convenient as it is connected to many tourist spots throughout Doha. The front desk is operated all day and night, so it was very helpful as we had an early flight out of Doha. The check-out process was quick and efficient, and the staff helped us with transportation and luggage to the airport.
GGuest UserOn January 19th we had an event in this hotel, it was my 18th birthday and I celebrated it in the Crystal ballroom which went amazing by the way, when we checked in, the staff were so lovely and approachable, especially Miss Chayma and Miss Akbota, they had mentioned that since it was my 18th birthday they had decided to give us an amazing upgrade. The whole hotel was so nice and all staff had pleasant personalities. Me, my family, and my friends had an amazing time staying there, by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in!
DD-MitriiI stayed at this hotel in July with up to +45C on daytime and still enjoyed to walk around because at Souq Waqif labyrinth of trade streets you will always find a shadow and things to watch&buy. Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels are actually a chain of nine hotels scattered close to each other around the same area of Waqif market, so be aware that your room, reception desk (Al Mirqab hotel) and the restaurant (Al Bidda hotel iirc) could be in different buildings. Its not a problem though, because the hotel providing you a free electric car transfer for the breakfast. I stayed in Najd hotel which is right in front of the Al Mirqab and I love its interior and location right next to the Ali Bin Abdullah Street exit of the Souq Waqif metro station - you can get there right from the airport. There are plenty of restaurants and small cafes around for every wallet, plus few popular attractions such as Museum of Islamic Arts, Corniche promenade and Islamic Cultural Center are within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wish to feel the Qatar vibes while enjoying the good service.
GGuest UserIt was great! We arrived very early ( before 7:30am ) and never expected our room ( superior room double queen ) to be ready. But indeed the night manager was there to extend a very warm welcome and served us drinks and damp towels to freshen up , then proposed to show us another room if we were interested so we had a choice. So he brought us to view both---the one we originally booked and a one bedroom apartment in another building that he thought we might want to see. We found the latter more spacious and brighter and the affable manager immediately offered us a complimentary upgrade even before we made our decision. So we eventually went for the apartment and within minutes all our suitcases were brought up.
The nice apartment has a living room cum a dining area , and a small balcony. There is an open kitchen with complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge, plus assorted tea sachets and coffee capsules. Fresh bottled water replenished daily and it were the little things they put after housekeeping left that made the stay extra comfy e.g. the little book mark placed on one of our books, or extra velcro ties for our cables and chargers casually lying around the desk.
The main bathroom is spacious with all the toiletries daily replenished while there is a separate toilet at one end. In the living room there is a nook with a desk and stationery, plus all the cables and cords for any type of phones and gadgets.
We never had to ask for iron and ironing board because they were already provided, placed inside the wardrobe. The safe was not functioning properly ---failed to lock when we first checked in, but soon they sent some technician up and got it fixed the next day.
Bedding is starched white , very clean and very white. Air con is at a comfy temperature although it was over 44C when we were there it was never too uncomfortably chilly.
Concierge is pleasant and helpful and UBER taxis are convenient.
There is a Harrods cafe just down the hotel pathway, a rough 3-4 minutes walk , plus other restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours in the area. There is a Chinese restaurant that is under MO that boasts the best Chinese cuisine in Doha.
The Souq Waqif is within walking distance, but the place only comes alive after 5pm when the sun is less scorching. In the day time hardly a soul is found on the streets. People just flock to malls. There in the souq you can find rows and rows of shops selling herbs and perfumes, clothes and shoes, as well as restaurants, cafes , grocery stores and souvenir shops.
MO Doha is in a safe area even after midnight because at night there are security guards stationed at almost all street corners where the streets all link up and lead you back to the hotel. Doha people are friendly and nice , and Doha is a very disciplined and safe place so there is no problem for anyone , or specifically women , to venture out on their own any time of the day or night.
MO Doha certainly has top security at every entrance and exit , the hotel is very clean and comfortable albeit the shower could be a bit more powerful. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay there again.
Every staff were polite and helpful with smile. i love them Room Facilities were welled prepared included toiletries but no toothbrush but if i would have asked for they might provide but that's fine for me. Air con / Air temp was too cold and unable to adjust. Only of fan could be adjust. even turn off its still cold. Pillow were soft for me but its personal comment. other things were great!
JJelenaPA beautifully designed hotel with symbols of Arab tradition and culture. Friendly staff, breakfast like at the imperial table.
The pool is pleasant, suitable for a multi-hour stay.
An excellent Japanese restaurant with a large selection of dishes.
The only drawback is the connection between the hotel and the shopping mall. It is so complicated and unnecessary to go around almost the entire hotel and the car entrance to get to the shopping malls car entrance again. It's as if someone deliberately wants to delay the transition from the hotel to the mall
TThiam MengEveryone made me feel really at home in my 4 days there. Irfan and Muhaidi and the others at Front Desk listened carefully for my requests and tried to help wherever they could and provided information for me around town. Gamal introduced me to the room and also took the initiative to guide me around the neighbourhood the next day. Staff at the Lounge also made watching World Cup matches there comfortable and enjoyable, sometimes coming over to make small talk about the football and was able to attend to our every need. For location, the hotel is within 5min walk to a Metro station and amenities like restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies.
Room was great, but found deposits unfortunately at the kettle spout.
Thank you, Millennium Central Doha.
