Outstanding
XxtminCome here, as expected, the environment is beautiful, the service is intimate, the spa is professional, and the manual project experience is great! The taste of the restaurant's dishes is average and needs to be improved.
I stayed at this hotel with a friend in April. When we arrived I was told they do not need to hold a credit card because I am a member. We got to our room and it had an extreme smell of mold and was damp. We requested to move because it seemed unhealthy to sleep there. They moved us to another room, which still had a slight odor but was much better. A few days later I was called down to office to provide my credit card. I was confused and mentioned the conversation from check in. They said it is a formality and was an error from check in. Then we were told that when the cleaners came to the room they saw that the bathroom mirror was broken. We told them there were many things wrong with the room but we didn't want to complain again after already requesting to change rooms and these were mostly minor issues. They asked us to write everything wrong with the room onto a sheet and said they would not be charging the credit card. We gave them the list of problems in the room. Six weeks later I had a charge on my credit card for the mirror. I've contacted them several times and the manager will not call me back but I'm told they investigated the situation and determined that we broke the mirror. The situation feels deceptive and the hotel was very broken down with many needs including the broken mirror. I would not recommend staying there.
GGuest UserThe hotel room and house keeping great. The restaurant food was good. Free breakfast could be way better. Hotel site is misleading and list the beach as an amenity. The beach is private and was dirty. If you walk around the hotel there is a clean private beach near the condominium. They rent floats near the pool and Canoes which was nice but should be free. They have projector screens which they don’t use for kids at all. I asked several times and only got “we don’t use them anymore” They should strive to be more kid friendly. Also the restaurant by the pool gets packed with pigeons when your eating. Pack food to go! Mgmt helped by removing a few resort fees which was nice but let’s be honest the damage is done. This was a once in a lifetime trip for me. I have cancer and this trip was costly. I stood 8 days!
