Excellent
QQiandalf CorralesThe hotel is meticulously maintained and offers exceptional service and amiable staff. My sole criticism is that the elevator can be excessively slow, particularly on higher floors at a particular time of day and night. Consequently, we are unable to utilize the telephone to contact the Front Office (FO) to request a service, and we have to go directly down to the Front Desk to request a service and amenities. Apart from this inconvenience, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the convenient location, which is conveniently situated adjacent to SM Aura.
AAnonymous UserMy only concern is they didn't provide a towel which I don't really mind but the smell of the atmosphere is like concentrated shawarma spices because there are a lot of middle eastern flocks in the area. Not to judge but I really don't like being with them as they don't maintain their hygiene. One thing is I have 2 other Filipino co-tensts and there is one other guy I think from India who is very noisy. It's the middle of the night and he won't stop video chatting where most of us are sleeping already. I went to work restless and lack of sleep and I blame him for that. Beside his bed are bottles of Gin and trash. How irresponsible. Not to generalize and to be a ****** but I recommend for the management to separate them in a different room as we don't share the same culture. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience here. Price wise and with the amenities? I have nothing to ask for. I'll recommend this to my friends and Co workers. Thank you guys for accommodating me :)
NNew-Luxe Travel And ToursNice Hotel. Super and accessible to all everything. Location is very good. Classy. High End. I will definitely come back here.
AAnonymous UserSince, we have a great time staying here I decided to extend our stay 💚 Thank u so much and God bless. Their playroom is so so good where you can view the uptown mall. Also, their Gym room has a lot of equipment only if I have gym shoes and outfit I will use it. So, next time. Will book here again 🤙🏻
KkatrinatrixieI stayed here while I was looking for units / bedspace around BGC. So sad My Space is already full for long term lease :( I stayed here overnight and the stay is great. I was able to sleep well. Staff are nice. Room is clean. Breakfast is okay.
TTechnologyGood location, next to a supermarket, and within walking distance to nearby restaurants and malls. The room was pleasant but a bit dated. The crew was friendly and considerate. There is room for improvement but overall it's a good experience.
DDebbyHuangVery satisfied with the stay!
I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a great experience! First of all, the location of the hotel is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shopping places around, and it is also convenient to travel. The room was very clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bed was very comfortable, which made me fully rested.
Self check-in with the code was very convenient, and the hotel's gym and swimming pool were also well maintained, which was a good place for me to relax.
Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and hope to stay here again next time. Thanks to the hotel team for making me spend a great holiday!
GGuest UserI stayed here for a couple of hours before an early morning flight. I figured it wouldn't hurt to stay at a cheap hotel since I was checking out at 2am. However, instantly regretted it since hotel cleanliness was a bit iffy. But with the really cheap rate (less than 2k), I guess you get what you pay for and if you just want basic accommodation, this might be perfect for you. I arrived at the hotel at about lunch time, but they said that if I wanted to check in early (2pm is normal check in time), then I would need to pay extra, the extra they wanted me to pay was almost the same rate as their daily rate (basically just 100 pesos cheaper). It was kind of insulting as it was only 2 hours earlier and most hotels don't charge extra for a 2 hour early check in or at most, a top up of half a day's rate. So it felt really unreasonable that they were asking almost the same day's rate. Anyway, they let me leave my luggage at the hotel while I roamed around until check in. They also ask for a cash deposit of 2000 which can't be done via card, so heads up to the people who don't have local currency or cash. My room had an odd smell, like someone has been smoking in it even though smoking wasn't allowed in the room. I had to open the windows to air it out. There was also hair and flies in the bathroom. The flies would land on to the towels which made me doubt the cleanliness of the facility. I was honestly very paranoid staying here. I don't know if I would stay here again, possibly if I am desperate and short on cash, but likely not again during the pandemic as I am quite unsure of how much they clean the rooms exactly. However, this is probably much better than the cheap motels as there was no sleazy atmosphere and most of the people I saw who checked in were travelers like me who are probably heading into the airport as well. The location is pretty near BGC, about 5 minutes without traffic to SM Aura and 30 minutes to the T1 NAIA. It seemed pretty safe, there was a 7-eleven beside the hotel as well.
GGuest UserThe address is not clear. You have to call to ask which room you want. The landlord has never shown his face. There is no breakfast. The room is not cleaned. There are no toothbrushes or combs. It is a purely self-service hotel and not suitable for long-term stays. There are cockroaches in the house. The air conditioner is very loud. The Internet is very slow. Poor, the price is high and the price/performance ratio is low.
GGuest Useractually, this is better than averaged. except for 2 things, one is too many tiny small cockroaches in the room, i at least killed 6 in 3 nights. another is they dont have washing machines. the rest is ok, even better than average. i definitely will come back, but hope the warns to be killed before that.
