The hotel is clean however, the bed's a little bit small for two. Also, the aircon is not working. We figured, that's why they had the electric fan inside the room. Room's on 5th floor and no elevator. Please also prepare a 1000 security deposit if you don't wanna be shocked.

There is no need to talk much about Shangri-La. It's an old high-class hotel. The service and everything are very good. The room is comfortable and warm, but the swimming pool is not as good as that of ASCOTT. It is still recommended. Remember to joint their membership to collect points.

The location is kinda hard to find. You cannot go there directly by car, as alleys are narrow. The place is cheap, the room is small, but good enough for those who just needs a place to sleep. The place is clean. The place has wifi, but connection is poor, it will show connected, no internet. The phone signal is weak as well.

The address of the hotel was very near but some of their facilities especially their rooms although they were new but it's not good.

There are also dedicated cleaning ladies who go door to door in the morning to collect household garbage. Environment: Very comfortable. The entire residential building is a high-end apartment. The internal security work makes people feel a strong sense of security. The entire community is also located in the busiest commercial area of ​​​​BGC, and many entertainment venues such as shopping malls and food can be reached in about 5 minutes' walk. Service: Service is the highlight of the entire accommodation experience. The Chinese-speaking butler is attentive and on call 24 hours a day, and the home-away-from-home service concept is no less than that of a five-star hotel. Moreover, if you choose to stay for a long time, there will be unexpected surprises. ! All in all, this apartment hotel gave us the most unforgettable accommodation experience in Manila. It’s what you get exactly of the price. Room was big enough and comfortable to stay for a night. There is a cabinet for the clothes but gotta clean it first because there’s dust. The Tv was making another background noises that’s why we didn’t really use it. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay and it’s safe

The room is spacious, with fresh towels, beddings, and sheets that are amazingly clean and white. The WiFi is excellent! Everything you need is available. There was just a minor glitch—no conditioner was provided—but overall, it was fantastic! Price is affordable too. Jen gave us a great view of the vicinity from the 20th floor. My parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It made my holiday from overseas memorable. Thanks Jen. We’ll definitely be back.

I have the pleasure of staying at this fantastic property for four nights I had a clean spacious sweet with a great location inside BGC The friendly staff was awesome I was pampered my entire stay.Ranilyn Mancilla was very professional. She went out of her way to help me with all my administrative needs so I was able to take care of my personal business with no problems. I would give this place five out of five stars

This is a great studio apartment with views of Venice Mall and canal. Very short walk to the vast number of restaurants and shops in Venice Mall. Be sure to have contact phone numbers with you or check in, as the concierge won’t assist with check in at all. Once you reach the property manager, the service level is fantastic (thanks Josie). You’ll need cash for the security deposit also. One suggestion is to improve the level of detail for the address and check in, it’s a very difficult building to find.
