Excellent
GGuest UserIt is a hotel with excellent price quality ratio. The staff is extremely friendly and available. The rooms are modern and functional. There is even the topper above the mattresses! The room is cleaned every day. The tower's roof is very well-organised, with various locations to cook, if you want. The hotel is huge, so it will be easy to be satisfied. The outdoor neighborhood is not the best, but it is not their fault, all Malate and Ermita are not very much. So it is great when you come back, having such a comfortable hotel.
AAnonymous UserI booked a Luneta Suite but was upgraded to a Tower Suite upon check-in, as my room wasn't ready, and I ended up waiting for about an hour. While the Tower Suite was spacious at approximately 30 sqm and comfortable, the view of the Port Area was a bit disappointing. I was hoping for a Manila Bay view.
However, the staff did go above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. I requested to have breakfast in my room instead of going to the buffet, and they graciously accommodated this, which I truly appreciated. The service overall was attentive and courteous, and the in-room breakfast was a nice touch.
The hotel itself is rich in history and charm, but the long wait at check-in and the view from the suite did slightly detract from the experience. Despite these minor issues, Manila Hotel offers a classic stay with excellent service. I would consider staying again, hoping for a smoother check-in and a better view next time.
MMaCE 11Once again, Century Park Hotel made a momentous and worth it experience for us and our guests! Thank you so much again to the very accommodating staff and crew who made my hubby's birthday a truly memorable one ♥️♥️♥️. You made him so happy! In addition, love the new look of the garden and pool area and the Palm Grove. Century Park Hotel never failed to deliver and surprise ALWAYS ♥️♥️♥️
Thank you sooooo much from the bottom of our hearts 🥰🥰🥰
CCartagena2019This hotel is under management of a grander Manila Hotel. Rooms are large and modern, the servgice ipeccable, and breakfast is great. It also has a very good Chinese retsuaryrant. Curiously, it does not have the bar. I stayed two months until it closed due to covid. It is only about ten minutes walk form large SM shopping centre . Highly recommended
JJustin DupuisMy wife and I along with our son stayed there for two nights. Check in was easy and we were greeted when we opened the door. The hotel is very busy and tons of people coming in and out. I was shocked because it seemed very old on the inside but nice. Quick and easy check although I was asked to pay a 2,000 php deposit fee that I got back when we checked out. Room was okay and bed was comfy. The AC had to be turned on and off and turned all the way up but still was hot for us three. Hotel seemed very strict and didn't feel too welcoming as we seemed to be watched the whole time especially at breakfast. The buffet was okay and the food wasn't that hot. Coffee was way on the other side along with the juice which didn't have any labels to what it was. My biggest complaint was the door latch though. Even if locked you could move the door back and forth as if it was unlocked oh and of course the AC. Water pressure was excellent and water temp was perfect if not the best. Might stay here again due to price and location.
GGuest UserWe stayed at Winford overnight to celebrate my brother's birthday. I could say it was a very nice experience. When we arrived, the room was already available. I even requested for a room on a higher floor and they gave me a good one. The ambience and lighting fixtures were really nice and the waiting area with sofa as well. We stayed at an Executive Suite. The room was also nice. It had a bath tub, separate shower and 2 wash basin. There is also another toilet upon entry but with watercloset and wash basin. The view was also nice though its more of houses and the rizal mountains. The pool size has a good size and not crowded and also heated. We had dinner at the poolbar since they have Acoustic band playing on saturdays. The service was a bit slow since there were lots of people and the food came from the ****** kitchen. Also, they do not accept room charging if it exceeds the 2k deposit. First time to experience this, good thing my brother brought his wallet. Food and liquor was good too. For breakfast, they also have a good selection however they do not have bacon :( sad. Nonetheless, the breakfast experience was good as well. They also sent a birthday cake for my brother. Check-out was fast too. One downside is the parking area which was on the 7th floor. It was a round swirl going up or down and caused us to be dizzy. Overall, i recommend this hotel. It is not very high-end but the service and people are good and facilities are nice. P.S. We were not able to go to the ****** as we have a kid with us.
RRenelyn Bitoon BallenaI stayed in this hotel 2 times already so far so good its worth the money you paid room is safe because its have double locked the staff are friendly specifically in lobby area and also the guard all in all it was a nice stay...
EELPGo Hotel -Ermita is legit value for money. Though it is categorized as a budget hotel, it exceeds in performance: (1) It uses keycards to swipe for entry at the elevators; (2) Its elevators are amazingly fast & efficient; (3) The rooms are spacious. Well-partitioned spaces; (4) Separate bath & toilet; (5) Change of towels & make up bed, though by request, are being done considerately; (6) Hot & cold water available on both bath & toilet; (7) Robinson’s Mall is a block away; (8) 7 minutes walk to SLEC; (9) Very accessible with plenty of transport options to choose from. Philippine Rabbit Terminal Avenida to the hotel costs Php 170 more or less via Grab; (10) Customer care is of high quality. Staff so polite especially its housekeeping team. Very fast check in. Only there is extra cost for early check in; (11) Plenty of hangers; (12) Presence of fire extinguisher, sprinklers & alarm; (13) Presence of extra chair; (14) Spacious luggage desktops. (15) There is parking space with extra charge; (16) Spacious hallways, lobby, play activities, cushioned seats; (17) Accessible light switches & big desktop in between twin sharing beds
Downsides are: (1) Airconditionjng units must have regular maintenance cleaning; (2) Tiles need extra scrubbing; (3) Accumulation of water in bathroom drain ways
AAnonymous UserCustomer Service: Won't even greet you at all when you try to check in, security deposit is required also which is not indicated in booking.
Location and Cleanliness: Very accessible to public transpo and resto. hard to fall asleep hearing all outside noises from cars outside. Room is very clean upon checking in.
Room: Even with aircon, its so hard to maintain cold room temp making it uncomfortable. Wifi connectivity is also zero lol.
GGuest UserA hard place to find, you have to call a customer service representative just to tell you where is the exact location. The Reddoorz @ grand lodge is located with in the premises of the official Grand lodge which is by the way close, ao you have to go arounr and around to find the place. Which is exhausted! And they serve bfast at 9am!!! 🤦🏽♀️ the only good thing about is the customer service of reddoorz, kudos to them they are so very helpful. But for the property not a good experience tho.
