Outstanding
GGuest UserThis hotel is the most perfect hotel I have ever stayed in. About the price: The hotel is currently a four-star hotel, but it is implemented according to the seven-star service. Considering that another building of the hotel is still under construction, the hotel gives a four-star experience price. It is worth staying here. About the service: Free airport pick-up is of course a must, the hotel can delay check-out until four o'clock, the hotel gives snacks from time to time, and the hotel provides free water entertainment bicycles, boats, mountain bikes, etc. About eating: The real chef is not a local, and the food is better and more exquisite than what I ate in a five-star hotel. And the price is not expensive. About the hotel: The most perfect artificial physical architectural aesthetic design in history, all brand furniture is provided, and the design is completely humanized. The experience is very good. About the staff, all are young handsome men and beautiful women, greet with a smile when they meet, and pay attention to whether you need service or help. Meticulous. In short, this hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. If there is a chance, I will come again next time.

GGuest UserFirst of all, let me start by saying how much we LOVED our stay. The location is absolutely stunning, and we had an amazing stay. First and foremost, I want to thank to all the staffs esp to Aj ( who made our stay extra special. The food for me was exceptional, they had a wide variety of cuisines, and I was there for 2 nights and didn't have a bad meal while I was there. I felt the food price was very reasonable given the location, service and quality Astoria set the bar incredibly high and for someone who considers themselves to have a vacation I would highly recommend this place.

EEnrique MiceliI had an amazing stay at Panja Resort Palawan. The views from the hotel are simply breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque environment that made my stay incredibly relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel environment was perfect, with lush greenery and a tranquil atmosphere that added to the overall charm of the place. The pool area was fantastic, offering a great spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The service was outstanding, with the staff being attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality truly enhanced my experience. Overall, Panja Resort Palawan deserves a full 5 stars for its excellent amenities, stunning views, and exceptional service. GGuest UserThis place is obviously still struggling from the effects of the Covid lockdowns. The staff is the best part of this place. The air conditioner is undersized & has a daylight gap all around it. The room refrigerator is worthless because its electric circuit shuts down when you leave the room. Who wants to come back from a trip & grab a warm drink from the ref? Breakfast buffet is pretty slim. They post signage asking you to conserve water, but they don't even include water saving faucets or shower heads. And then there were the bugs. If I had known that they are offering 'Hourly Rates' I would have avoided this place.

RResort12347556191This is supposedly the only 5 star resort in the area which is sad as I think competition might actually inspire them to do better. The place itself is very nice and initial impressions are quite excellent. But the longer we stayed the more we noticed the lack of upkeep in the rooms. The size of the bathroom is big but there is not a single electrical outlet inside so you cannot plug in anything not even the hairdryer. The shower glass door does not close shut and with the very strong water pressure you can be assured of a very wet overflowing floor outside of the shower enclosure. We paid for 2 extra persons in the room which they informed us meant sharing the beds and breakfast inclusive but they don’t automatically provide the extra towels. Even after calling them to request for more towels they still took more than 2 days to give us our extra towels. The water in the pool is quite warm and not refreshing as the heat of the sun kept it quite warm but some of our friends actually liked it that way so it’s more of a personal preference. The drying rack in the balcony is a nice touch as we can dry our swim clothes there. There are also water dispensers in the hallway which is great for refilling the complimentary glass bottles of water provided. Buffet breakfast is included in the room rates but don’t expect anything extraordinary. The Italian restaurant in the resort does not seem to be ready for the tourist influx as food came out ever so slowly and we felt bad for the foreign tourists who don’t complain as much as the locals so we did get our food faster than they did. The resort is expanding so there is construction ongoing which is a positive sign of tourist revival in PP which I’m happy about for them but I wish they would also pay closer attention to the upkeep of the existing rooms.

XxtrasmallMy bed was sooo big it would fit 4 people😅 Room was clean and all amenities work. Had a swim on my last night and I had the pool all to myself😍 Staff were courteous and helped me with my way around the city. Staff at the dining area where I had breakfast were also nice and helpful. Location wise, its in front of a mall(where I bought some personal things and had dinner), near a spa(where I had a sauna and massage), and 5-10mins walk from our seminar venue. It was also near the airport, 5-10mins multicab ride. So it was a very convenient place. All in all, I had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

IIssaFrankThe stay was a great escape from the city noise. The place is pretty remote, so it’s super peaceful and quiet. When we checked in, most of the other guests had just checked out, so we were the only guests for the day. This made it even more relaxing. The reception was awesome, and the receptionist was really friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. The pool was a bit of a letdown. We wanted to take a dip after checking in, but there were a lot of fallen leaves from the trees, which made it look like it hadn’t been cleaned for the day. Since the previous guests had just left, I assumed they were just about to clean the pool. It’s too bad because the pool area could have been a great spot to chill. Our room was spacious but didn’t have a fridge. The receptionist mentioned that none of their rooms have fridges, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, since the room is spacious, it took a while for the air conditioning to cool it down, which may not be ideal on hotter days. There was a table and chair for two just outside our room. We brought cooked crabs with us and ordered rice from their restaurant. The staff allowed us to use the table outside and even assisted by bringing the rice, as well as plates, utensils, and other items, to the table. They were very helpful, allowing us to enjoy the food we brought. Overall, it was a nice stay because of the quiet location away from the city. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway and don’t mind a few minor issues, Acacia Tree Garden Resort is a good choice.

KKenDucsWe recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say it was one of the cleanest hotels I've experienced in Palawan. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access local attractions. However, there was some noise from a nearby bar late at night. It wasn't too distracting for me, especially on the higher floors, so I recommend requesting one of those if you’re sensitive to sound. The hotel itself is well-maintained, likely due to its recent renovations. The elevator, though small, was smooth and always clean, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The bathroom was a highlight—very clean and comfortable, although I did find the water heater a bit challenging to adjust. Each room features a smart lock and a smart TV with Netflix and other apps, which is a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was reliable, even on the highest floor, allowing for seamless browsing. One area for improvement would be the bedding. While the mattress and pillows were decent, a thicker comforter would enhance the sleeping experience, as the provided blanket was quite thin. The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While this may not be a luxury hotel, it offers excellent cleanliness and customer service, making it a great choice for travelers. I would certainly consider staying here again!

AAnonymous UserHotel was awesome! It’s right by the sea, and our room had a fantastic ocean view. The pool was great, perfect for a swim or just chilling out in the sun. It's well-kept and a nice spot to relax. We loved the on-site resto/cafe. I had an americano and it was on par. It was a great place to start the day with its super cozy and welcoming vibe. For fun, they have a dart board and a Pinoy pool table. We had a blast playing both in the mornings with my family. Overall, Microtel Puerto Princesa was an amazing experience with its great location, awesome amenities, and fun activities. Highly recommend it for a laid-back seaside getaway!
