We were on our anniversary staycation, and for the first time in all the places we’ve stayed at (and we love to travel and stayed in cheaper places), I woke up with a cockroach bite on my eye. I wouldnt’ve posted a review but it still hurts, I can’t scratch my eye and it’s been heavy so it hurts and I can’t work right since, and I do online work, so it’s been hard :( the facilities are good. The food is expensive, not much of a selection, but I hope they clean better. I told the reception and pointed to my eye, they gave us an hour extension for checkout, which isn’t really special, or compensates for the damages their poor cleaning did :/

The resort is near a piggery farm but the overall experience is excellence. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived at the resort we are greeted by their front desk with a huge smile and someone assists us to our room. There is also instance that when we order food on grab and the rice is missing the staff let us buy the rice they supposed to eat on their lunch.

Sogo is a basic hotel with affordable prices, very friendly and hard staff. The room is relatively clean. It is located in the center, next to the Dau Bus Terminal, and very close to malls, fast food chains, banks, markets, churches, etc. It becomes very busy and it's common for people to wait in the lobby for the room that will be empty. Food can be ordered. One of the main problems is that WiFi is unreliable. Overall, a very good cheap hotel.

It’s a bit scary when it’s empty in the middle of the night. The breakfast order is very slow...but it’s very quiet and suitable for self-cultivation.

It wasn’t easy when we started looking for our wedding reception around the Philippines as there are so many options to choose from. It was so easy to communicate with them even our wedding coordinator was also amazed how the chefs, managements and other hotel staff members were so professional, friendly and very accomodating. A year of preparation but it was definitely worth it, every moment we spent in Clark Marriott exceeded our expectations. The best part was every one of us enjoyed, and all our guests got positive feedbacks. We highly recommend Clark Marriott Hotel to celebrate your wedding, definitely more than 5 star for us. Staff had been very warm and responds swiftly. This is tru the moment we landed on the driveway. Check in was fast; room was clean and food was good. We love of course the bar cos it has a pool area and the cocktails are great! Location is one of its aces too and we’ll definitely consider for our next visit. The bell boy took a long time to pick up hut the front desk followed through and apologised.

We are truly blessed that we discovered the best kept secret in Luzon, Philippines and it is in Clark City, Pampanga! The park inn by Radisson secret for us to come back the 2nd time around is their excellently trained hotel staff! Almost all of their employees from guards to chambermaids are very respectful and mindful of each guests needs. The front office are always cheerful and efficient. The restaurant workers are attentive and quick. The porter and van driver are extremely helpful and thoughtful. When you visit this hotel ask for these these personnel: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, and James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy and Jessie; Room Cleaning = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Bags = John Not only did these staff gave their best at their assigned tasks but they also multi-tasked. My husband and I observed their performances for a week because we also owned our lodging facility in Virginia, USA. What touched us also, when we checked out at the crack of dawn, a sandwich with fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee were waiting for us to go with our trip to the airport. Now that is a superb customer service! Finally, I want to mention the array of food served each day is well thought-out and very appealing. Kudos to the chef - it's getting better each time! The bedroom is so comfy that my husband wants to stay inside all day! For those checking in, make sure to request to clear the deposit charged amount to your credit card as soon as you check out. My family and I will definitely plan on making this lodging facility our home while visiting our relatives in Luzon area. Keep up the excellent and professional training Radisson!!!

The Hilton at Sun Valley Clark is a welcome treat for travellers staying in Clark Special Economic Zone. A bit pricey but its worth it. Rooms are spacious and clean. Amenities are top notch. Will definitely stay there again.

Me and my boyfriend went to Midori to celebrate his birthday. The overall experience was good. The room was really spacious and well-appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly. Their food was great (even our pastry takeouts from their bakery). We got the chance to tryout their spa as well and it was very relaxing. Their ******, though small, is well-equipped. One thing we think needs improvement is their parking. Their parking is limited and It would be quite a walk to the hotel proper. Would definitely come back though, if the time permits :)
