AAdam AshraffI have never stayed as good as 5 stars hotel such this Hyatt Regency in KK. Starting from reception, buttler, and front desk- all are so good in order. The receptionist who check me in was very helpful. The room perfect. Hot water is good, room is very spacefull and stunning. The decorations are just perfect, migh be Merry Chritsmas is coming. Just next time, maybe i will stay sea view. Better as have great view of KK ocean view.

TTVery surprised that a 3 star hotel is highly upkeep. Very clean, comfortable and absolutely amazed me. From the service staff to facilities- fantastic. Safe didn’t work at first and the security came to resolve the issue. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

MMr TravellerThis hotel totally awesome place to stay with friendly front desk staff, comfortable bed to rest, nice amenities to use while staying, delicious breakfast with various menu to choose. But it is nicer if check in progress can be shorterned. Waiting time for check in process a bit long compared to other nice hotel. But good thing is, safety deposit is not mandatory here compared to other hotel in KK.

GGuest UserLove the stay! 😍 We stayed at Studio Premier Queen Room and it was perfect for my husband and I as they have literally everything! From the kitchen utensils, pots & pans, toaster, chopping board, knifes, they even have microwave! They even have iron & iron board! It really feels like home ❤️ Oh, also they have complete facilities too such as public washing machine, gym, swimming pool, meetinh room & more ~ Citadines Waterfront Kota Kinabalu is just located at the city centre, it's so convenient! Thank again for the pleasant stay, love the friendly staffs too 💞 Definitely will be back again with my family next! 🥰

SSallyNurseExcellent facilities 😁! Cleanliness is good. Upon arrival around 3pm, no bellboy at the hotel to assist us with luggage. The reception who helped us with our check in is very unprofessional. 2 of them have keropok on their desk and eat in front of me. Later they even exchange each other’s keropok. I didn’t see her wash hand before handling my hotel room key/document! Other service, for aircon and hot water issue, after cll them, they came quite on time to fix problem. The only reason I will return will be their hotel room size, excellent room view and breakfast view. Thank you

NNanie Idayu MMy husband and I spent two nights here. The queen room size is suitable for family with 2 children under 10. During our stay the tv channels had problems due to the change from analogue to digital tv. We asked for help from the maintanence and he showed up...3 times but the problem unsolved (my husband was quite upset because he wanted to watch the Malaysia Cup final between JDT and Kedah... lol). We have not tried the food because breakfast was not included in my room rate. Mini bar is not provided in room. The room and bathroom are clean. The hotel provide a newspaper every morning. The location is good even for those who come without transportation...just a few minutes walk to Imago, Craft Market and KK market

GGuest UserThis is a very clean hotel. They are doing renovations to maintain its quality. Front desk is very helpful. Rooms a nice clean and spacious. Breakfast is not huge but you won't go away hungry. Very close to several tasty restaurants and there is a coffee shop. Very nice mountain view at cafe level 6.

GGuest UserNothing much that i can say. my family and I have amazing stay at Borneo Beach Villa karambunai for 3 days 2 night. The villas is clean, the pool is clean and the beach is so beautiful. My family really enjoy with the stay. However the reason i give. 4 star because our villa has some of broken chair at table outside and the door is very hard to open because of rusty. I think maybe the villa itself is too old. Mybe it just our villa not sure with another. It will be nice if they can check regularly maintenance for each villa Some of things need to remind while you in here: 1. Villas doesnt have WIFI. Only have at receptionist, thus if you want to do work while chilling make sure you bring your own wifi. 2. Make sure to buy any groceries that you want before reach to villa because the distant with mart is far away they didnt have their own mart, only restaurant 3. This villa didnt provide any lobby service. But aboVe all that we are really enjoy staying here.
