Best experience ever ✅ I requested for seaview and doubled bed . They gave it for us. The view was amazing ❤️ staff very friendly and gave us supervision✨ Thank you so muchh!

Signage is not clear. Receptionist counter has no people sometime and no bell to ring, you have to wait. No slipper when check in and no one answer the phone, have to come down to counter to ask for it, and you have to wait. Everything is kind of self service. Only the view from restaurant is nice, but it is too pricy, rm38 for limited food selection.

We stay at water chalet (not premium) and the room slightly small compare to others we stay before. My baby sleep on the small bed near window and we suspect there got bed bugs because her face and leg are being bites. However our bed no problems. This is a old resort but overall still acceptable. We are there during school, breakfast time are too crowded until we can't even get a plate. But can see the staff there are trying their very best to handling these scenario.

There was no hair dryer, the toiletries were not refilled. The lobby was pitch dark on our first night, we had to use our torch on the mobile phone to walk from the lift to the unit. The bedsheets are not clean, the floor is not clean. The aircon is noisy. The sea breeze was great, it would be great if they placed some chairs on the balcony to enjoy the breeze. The scenery from balcony was wonderful and the beach is within walking distance.

We booked two (2 bedroom) villas side by side. The cleanliness was better than what we expected. The room service was prompt. Food in the restaurant was good. The only thing that was disappointing was that the water fountain with light show and the boat rides were closed for maintenance.

1) Room and toilet was clean and comfort to use. 2) hotel provide nescafe and cameron tea which is better choice. 3) hairdryer & iron provided in the room 4) check in & checkout fast - no problem just deposit rm100 is too expensive. 5) breakfast was simple - chili padi fried rice, fried mee, nasi lemak, white bread, fruits and some salads..

The view is awesome. The room is simple with basic amenities. Good enough. Not all the lift at the North block is working, we need to wait a little longer for the lifts that are working. Reception is attentive and efficiently help us to exchange the aircond control that was not functioning. Thanks

I can accept hotels that were built ten or twenty years ago, but I can't accept this sanitary condition. There are lots of bird 💩 at the corridor and balcony,which gives off a bad smell in the room where I lived. Hopefully, it can be solved.

Our 2nd time here with different types of room. My kids love the pool. The room is spacious with 2 king beds. I love booking hotel with trip.com because it’s much cheaper than others. Thanks again!

We last stayed here almost 20 years ago and decided to visit Port Dickson again. Our room was the Premium Water Chalet and we asked for one what wasn't overlooking another unit. For those chalets facing the sea, a top-up of RM200 was quoted..........But the reception was kind enough to give us chalet 200 which was facing back to the beach and not directly into another chalet. Interior condition hasn't deteriorated much and was clean and comfortable. The bathtub looked new and big enough for 2. The shower had a translucent roof which made it bright however, only bath towels were provided. The glass floor looking down into the sea was more uncomfortable than attractive as we were concerned about slipping over it. Those staying nearer the beach may not be used to the loud waves sound. Our chalet was about halfway out and the incoming waves are quite loud. The breakfast area is really too small despite having seats outside and in the lobby area. Food selection is nothing great but okay. Swimming pool is also too small for a hotel this size. The weekend was a super crowded due to the long weekend holiday and off-peak weekdays will see very much less guests. Carparking along the road and multi-storey carpark seemed sufficient as we stayed on 1 November the day after Deepavali and still could get a lot when we returned from dinner around 10pm. Security is comforting as they will check the cars coming in. Location is off the main road and many eating places are short drives away. There are 3 different Lexis hotels - this Lexis Port Dickson is next to Grand Lexis. Grand Lexis costs about twice the rates of Lexis PD but all chalets and rooms have private swimming pools. Lexis Hibiscus is the top of the range, newest and most expensive, about 22km from Lexis PD and worth a stay
