Hotels near French Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Morocco, Maarif

I've been staying with my husband and my two young children. I recommend this hotel, mini ketchette, fridge, oven, washing machine, small living room with TV, there was a TV also in front of our bed. Balcony with a table and two chairs. Room very clean, bedroom litter very comfortable, the sofa bed, on the other hand is not comfortable, but the children don't realize it. Two small bottles of water, as well coffee and tea are offered. The room was not in the room, we asked again and the room woman. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

La salle de réunion est entièrement équipée. Les grandes fenêtres laissent entrer la lumière naturelle, créant une atmosphère lumineuse et propice à la concentration lors de la réunion. L’équipe sur place se distingue par sa serviabilité et son écoute attentive, prête à répondre à toutes les demandes. L'appartement offre un espace assez spacieux avec un canapé convertible. Le parking privé en sous-sol est équipé d'une borne de recharge pour les véhicules électriques, ce qui garantit une solution pratique.

- Location: Near downtown Casablanca, within walking distance of Massira Bvd. and the Kenzi Towers. The Moh V stadium is not far so expect some crowding when there is a football match but nothing disturbing. There are many restaurants in the surroundings : French, Korean, Turkish, Lebanese, Pizza & Fast-food, etc. If you are willing to stay longer and want to cook, there is a carrefour market, a butcher and some grocery stores next to the hotel. - Room: I had a great small flat with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. It is modern, organised and well decorated, clean and tidy. The kitchenette is well equipped, just be careful not to leave sweet food on the counter or you will be invaded by ants. There are many practical storage spaces in the bedroom and the living room, so even if you bring heavy luggage, there is enough space to feel comfortable. - Rooftop : Cosy space to chill out on sunny days and spring/summer nights (Too cold in winter). - Other services : A convenient and free underground parking lot (-1 & -2), two small fitness rooms (-1 & +1) the one in the first floor is just for cardio, the other has a bench and some basic dumbbells. A laundry in floor 0 (extra 60 MAD/machine and 30 MAD/Dryer), the wifi is good. - Staff : They are the highlight and the backbone of this appart hotel. They are professional, helpful, kind, lovely and always smiling. Wether at the lobby, the rooftop, the parking or the room service, this team is wonderful. They made my 2 months stay literally a 'Home trip'.. They deserve all the Best from Accor. - Summary : Whether for a short or a long stay, personal or for business, go there with confidence. I highly recommend.

The room is large, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, hot water comes out of the shower quickly, the service staff is polite and responsive, the wifi speed is OK, the location is not out of the way, the surrounding is safe, and you can find a restaurant within 300-500 meters' walk. Disadvantages: There are many types of breakfast but the freshness is not good. Butter, cheese, and yogurt are easy to deteriorate when stored at room temperature, and some of them seem to have mold spots. Too much perfume was sprayed in the room, the windows could not be opened, and the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Therefore, the quality and smell of the indoor air were not comfortable. The windows are covered with a semi-permeable film with spots, which blocks the view and prevents the view of the city that should be seen from the upper floors.

I stayed here for 6 nights. The room was big and nice, and their breakfast was very good. All staff is nice and friendly ( except the guy at the front desk). I specially want to thank a tall guy with glasses in black uniform. He helped me when a stranger talked to me in front of the hotel. This sttanger told me that he was a traveler and he needed money, so I promised him that I would give him some, and went back to my room to get my wallet. Then this tall guy with glasses came and told me that the guy was actually a local and pretending to be a traveler so he could ask for money. This staff saved me from the trouble. I really appreciate that he paid attention to a customer and made sure ai was safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visi Casablanca. I am looking forward to staying at this hotel next time, I will definitely stay here again the next time also!! It is a hotel in the garden, the environment is very quiet, elegant, clean, highly recommended for female travelers. The furniture in the hotel is also very fashionable, the impression of the Moroccan and European style mixed. The flowers that fall from the book can be seen on the courtyard every day, which is as beautiful as painting. The staff sent me flowers. Although the shower room is small, it has a hair dryer, large and small bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc., which is very convenient. Breakfast is also delicious. The dining environment is also very elegant. Very romantic hotel, I am very satisfied and like it very much, I will definitely choose if I have the opportunity to go to Casablanca next time.

Das Courtyard Casablanca Downtown liegt an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. Das bekommt man im Hotel jedoch nicht mit. Der Lobby-Bereich ist sehr chic. Das ist zunächst leider das einzig das Positive. Wir haben in diesem Hotel eine Nacht verbracht und können es leider nicht empfehlen. Wir haben ein Standardzimmer gebucht und haben auch Wort wörtlich ein Standarzimmer erhalten. Unteres Geschoss mit Blick auf die Wand des Nebenhauses und dessen Klimaanlagen. Das Zimmer war funktional. Jedoch hatte man den Eindruck, dass der Zimmerservice vergessen hatte die Möbel - Sessel, Fußhocker und Tischchen - nach dem Reinigen wieder in Position zu rücken. Beides war in einer Ecke übereinander gestapelt. In der Dusche lag eine Gummimatte, wir wir sie aus dem Fußraum eines PKWs kennen. Vielleicht sollte sie als als Rutsch-Schutz dienen. Ein Duschgel-Spender hatte sich von den Wandfliesen gelöst und lag auf dem Boden. Wir kennen das von den Courtyard Hotels, dass man wenn man nur eine Nacht bucht in ein ziemlich düsteres Zimmer verfrachtet wird. Somit waren wir nicht so sonderlich überrascht. Auf der Dachterrasse befindet sich eine Roof-Top-Bar. Wir haben dort eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen bestellt und waren sehr enttäuscht. Es sollte ein gemischter Teller an Marokkanischen Tapas sein. Preis-Leistung war leider mangelhaft. Das Frühstück war leider auch eine Katastrophe. Die Auswahl bescheiden. Und die Speisen, die angeboten wurden waren leider nicht gut. Die warmen Speisen, wie zum Beispiel Rührei, Würstchen, etc. schwammen im Kondenswasser der Wärmebehälter. Das Obst und der Rest waren sehr war überschaubar. Der Kaffee war kurz nachdem wir die ersten beiden Tassen aus der Gastro-Maschine rausgelassen hatten leer. Eine kleine Nespresso-Maschine wurde daher aufgestellt. Zu allem Überfluss wurde man mit schrecklicher lauter Musik beschallt. Wir würden hier nicht mehr buchen.

I've not been having the best luck with hotels in Morocco - my recent experience at Atlas Orient in Oujda brought to mind one of the great questions, who (was rating that wretched place highly in the 21st century)? My experience at Ibis Abdelmoumen brings to mind another, HOW THO? Like how is this one of the best rated hotels in Casablanca and what does this say for the competition? Let's start with getting in. I 'checked in' online and the email I received boldly stated that my cards would be waiting for me at 12pm. Yo Ibis, maybe be a bit more modest in your aims yeah? 20 plus minutes later after an exhausting journey me and my new closest friend in Morocco (judged by time spent together), the front desk clerk are still finishing off some kind of process (I was just standing there). Needless to say, having stayed at hotels around the world this was longer than all other check Ind by an order of magnitude. Not only this, but my new closest friend tried to charge me the whole price of the stay despite me already paying a deposit - et tu, front desk guy?? (Luckily I wasn't so jetlagged to not notice). At least after such an exhaustive process he endured I got a decent room...oh wait, the toilet was broken and was continuously flushing - which we could hear from the hallway approaching the room. I guess if we'd spent another 20 minutes at the desk they might've caught it. Also these rooms are noisy bruh (Niagara toilets aside), like for real. We were on the 10th and then 8th floor with the window closed and there were so many car honks that you'd think Morocco had just won the World Cup (they hadn't). If 'urban chaos' sounds like your kind of audioscape get down to Ibis Abdelmoumen - just be sure to calculate in to your stay time to spend at the front desk.

This hotel is really super five stars! The younger sister and brother at the front desk were very enthusiastic. The room is equivalent to a small apartment, the space is large enough, and the hygiene is good! It is much stronger than many hotels in Casablanca downtown, very comfortable, there is a living room enough for two people, Burger King KFC downstairs, McDonald's next to it is very convenient! Really super five-star experience
