I recently stayed at Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg and found the location to be excellent, with easy access to key attractions and public transport. The room was spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to move around, making it a pleasant environment to relax in. However, I did find the bed to be a bit too soft for my personal preference, which affected my sleep quality. Overall, it's a great hotel with a fantastic location and generous room sizes, but if you prefer a firmer mattress, you might want to consider that aspect before booking.

I couldn't be happier to have chosen this hotel for the weekend in this wonderful city. Both the city and the hotel exceeded all expectations. I must say that all the hotel staff are extremely polite and attentive. The hotel has an old-fashioned style, but it is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our room was very spacious and cozy. The breakfast was fantastic, and the location of the hotel is perfect. A perfect 10 out of 10!

I recently stayed at the Novotel in Luxembourg, and I had a wonderful experience. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They provided great recommendations on places to visit and, even though the hotel was fully booked, they managed to accommodate our request for rooms next to each other, which was a huge plus for our family.
The buffet breakfast was impressive, with a clean and hygienic setup and a wide variety of options. The only suggestion I have is to add labels to each food item, so guests know exactly what’s being served. Despite this minor detail, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying.
The rooms were also very clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luxembourg.

Clean comfortable room. Easy check in. Breakfast was continental in style and better than expected. Coffee, teas, cereals, fruits, pastries, bread, hams and cheeses. Very close to the train station and a short walk to the main part of the city to explore as a tourist.

The hotel is pretty much far from the city center and the airport. There's no bus stop near the hotel and you have to walk around 12 mins to the nearest bus stop. It's located in a national highway also so quite dangerous when walking towards the bus stop. If you mistook booking in this hotel and you don't have a car the best way to go to the city is go to Bettembourg Fankenacker bus stop you either take the bus to Bettembourg station and take the train to the city or ride the bus all the way from Bettermbourg Fankenacker to the city center.
The hotel is not equipped with a mini fridge and blow dryer but neat and clean and the hotel staff allowed us to check-in before 2 pm. So it was nice afterall.

GGuest UserThe place is gorgeous. The apartment has everything you might need for a short or a longer stay. Everything was convenient, and I enjoyed the stay. The location is overall good in terms of reaching the very heart of the city (~7 min walk), and the tram station (~3 min walk), but the gare district feels a bit creepy for a solo traveler at night. Luckily, the hotel is at the border of the district and the center, so you do not really have to experience the district. Would totally recommend.

流流浪的小miumiuThis hotel is very expensive, half price, but the location is super good. Remind everyone of two things, First, you can drive to the hotel entrance, but the navigation will be problematic. It should extend west of the highway ring outside the old city, from north to south (ie, Boulevard Royal to the south), turn left into Rue Nutre-Dame, 50 meters. Turn left into Rue Philippe II, cross two small streets, pass the Hermes Hermes store, turn right. Second, the hotel is mainly for luxury stores and downtown attractions, but all the businesses in the city (90%) are closed on Sundays, so try not to live in this hotel on Sunday, it is very boring.

刘刘This hotel just opened in May 2021, it is very new and worth staying once. There is a coffee machine in the room and the bathrobes are also very nice. This grey series made us feel very relaxed. There are also childhood memories. The most classic style of Playstation 1 and Marshall speakers can sing on the bedside. The hotel front desk is very friendly

GGerald PWhile it is a bit of a walk from the nearest tram station, the room was amazing. As a well designed physical space 10/10, interior design 10/10. Refrigerator and beautiful mid 20th century design red chairs were a visual knockout. The wall next to the bed had a panel that had to have been a hand painted “mural”, from floor to the ceiling a gentle blue gradation that was a joy to experience from the super comfy bed. I would definitely book a room the next time I visit Luxembourg City.

BBassloThe room is big enough for us. There is a restaurant which serves food in room for 24 hours. The food was quite good too. It is just a 7-minute walk to the airport. If you have an early morning flight, it will be a great choice.
Unfortunately, the air-conditioner is not working very well. The room is quite hot.

The building itself is old, but it is clear that it has been well-maintained. However, considering that it would have cost around 220 euros without the discount, I don't think it felt like a good deal.

IIgorTravelled to Luxembourg with two friends, 3 people overall. The location is spectacular, very close to the main station as well as the city center. Just great. The room itself was alright, nothing fancy, generally clean. Towels were provided. No AC, so be aware of that in summer time. The beds were not very long, but if you are below 1.85m you should be fine!

Unfortunately, my experience was not good and I feel Queen luxury robbed me! I responded to an email and share my arrival time. more than three hours later When I got there on time 30 min after the allowed check in time , I had to wait for the cleaning lady to finish, 20 mins later.
There were lots of hair around (on the floor, in the bathroom, even the bed cover.
I had issues with their internet and couldn't access site and complete my work. I requested their help at 10:35 and was promised a technician promptly. I had to use a nearby coffee's Wi-fi. Five hours still nobody! I called again and was told the technician forgot to come by trying and fix the issue. Eventually they did reach out to help but I left the place a day earlier.

WWydehawThe hotel is located right across the central station which also has a tram terminal. Basically, from the hotel, the old town is accessible via the tram, of course one can walk through the main avenue (which is also not a bad idea). Do not expect the type of “service” that you get when in other hotels though. But it is all good.
