GGuest UserInitial experience wasn’t great at check-in, as the staff wasn’t giving accurate information about dinner prices, and wasn’t very friendly. There were also a few issues in the room. But the front desk was able to coordinate with their internal house keeping and engineering team to solve the problems. We were happy with their services in the end.

We had a wonderful stay. It is right on the beach and has the most incredible views. The hotel boasts so many eatery options and lovely bars with live music. Rooms were nice and the balcony was a perfect place to relax after a big day exploring. I cannot fault the staff either. They greeted all guests with a beautiful smile and made every effort to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

GGuest UserHotel is modern , fresh , well maintained . Perfect for a relaxing vacation with gym , excellent long pool , yoga , sports area . Access to the beach is private and peaceful. Food spread was lavish Nd tasty . Staff is very friendly Nd goes out of the way to help you . We enjoyed the wide spread of food for new years gala dinner . Bar has good choice of liquor. You can take a tuktuk from hotel lobby roam around to see local life . Go to kalatura rich look store or others for cheap but good quality daily wear clothes . Beach is little rough . Spending 5 nights with hotel was relaxing then we moved to bentota to enjoy the beach which is smooth Nd one of the best I have come across travelling world around . Special thank to Tusharri to ensure we had the best stay Nd the personal touch she provided and Mr Prasad Wijesyriya for maintaining the hotel so well . You can always see them around with a smile and ensuring all guests are happy checking on them . Key feature is the long swimming pool . We are staying at Taj bentota now but we found citrus much better with pool , rooms and pricing for quality .

GGuest UserBlue Beach is a MUST visit stay in Sri Lanka. My husband and I had the best time at the venue. The owner and the staff especially Chandra sir were so kind and lovely and made our stay super special. Thank you for an unforgettable experience and especially making our anniversary dinner by the beach so lovely! It was our pleasure to have stayed at the venue. The food was top quality. Stay was super, the view is just something you wouldn’t want to miss!!. Staff is super helpful and the owners are the best!! I’ve never seen any owners being so invested in providing more than Satisfactory stay for the guests. They are very hands on!! Keep up the good work.
