JJephry CheongExperience Such an amazing stay at Oriental Tokyo Bay, good service from check in to house keeping. Almost the happiest place on earth. Room Clean and very comfortable room with good space. The toilets and shower is great almost like Onsen style, had one of my best sleep and shower there. Food The breakfast is not to be missed, with such an wide and quality spread, I will need two stomachs for it. The welcome bar is such a nice treat for the guest, in the afternoons when not so crowded make a nice place to chill and relax. In the evening after a long day out, makes it a nice place to relax even when its crowded just before you retreat to your room. Transport Being a Disney partner hotel, the round trip transport to and from the park mad it easy to get around, I had landed in Narita and all I needed was to take the bus from Narita to Disney and take the partner bus to hotel. With the train across the hotel, getting to downtown Tokyo was also easy. Shopping  Just across the hotel there are three malls with great shopping choices such as Uniqlo and Aeon, food choices are also plenty to choice from.

CCreativeBeautysWe absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed here as the hotel is in close proximity to Disneyland Tokyo. We visited the park for 3 days and it took us roughly 10/15 minutes each day to get to the parks from the hotel, as the monorail is just a short walk away. On our last day in Disney it was pouring with rain and we got soaked. We had already checked out of the hotel and they were keeping our bags as we were taking the limo bus service to the airport later that night. Not wanting to get on the plane sopping were we asked if we could hav a room for a few hours to shower and dry off. The staff were very happy to help, and for just a small fee we were able to get a room. The staff were considerate and so helpful. Thank you for making our trip and ending one to remember.

BBersalesIf you have plan going to DisneyLand and DisneySea this hotel is a great choice they provide free shuttle bus vice versa to DL and DS… it comes on breakfast buffet the choices is good although same food choices for 3days straight😊 the room is good we stay on 8 floor facing sea view with king size and 1 single bed more than enough for 1 family of 3 human being😅the hotel guys they have up to 11F with indoor swimming pool and gym and many more😊 they have Lawson inside too. For the shuttle bus guys going to DL they just drop you in Maihama Station and 5 minutes walk to DL. For the DS they will drop you in Bayside Station and you need to buy a monorail ticket to DS😊 good luck on your trip hope this review will help you😊 be safe

The services of hospitality is good, the breakfast is with wide variety of food includes cold food like salad, fruits, nato, cheese as well as hot food like Japanese rice, noodle, porridge, miso soup etc. slight Western food like spaghetti and croissants are provided too. Chinese dim sum like mini Bao and sui Mai were provided. Overall this hotel is very value for money as the room rate, facility and breakfast is good

WwhaleGood choice for those who want to visit Disney. The shuttle bus is reliable and with multiple timing. We took the shuttle bus to Disney to access to Maihama metro station which is convenient. Have to walk cross the road for airport limo to Haneda but it’s not difficult, just need to catch the right timing. It’s helpful especially after long day in Disney. Room is spacious and upgraded our room from 3 person to 4 person room. Room is clean, comes with bathtub and separate toilet. The public hot spring is good idea after long day. There is cafe available nearby, 5 mins walk from hotel.

GGuest UserMy kids loved the hotel. It’s nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. Plenty of nice amenities as good as a more expensive hotel (kids toothbrushes, lounge suits, slippers). The shuttle to and from Disney is pretty good. The shuttle to the station is not very helpful. It never left at a good time for us to explore or get to airport. The earliest one goes too late for many regional flights. The breakfast is ridiculously overpriced. We’d stay again but probably would get a hotel with a more convenient location realistically. Closer to a station or more regular shuttles.

GGuest UserWhen you arrive at TDR, you can leave your luggage at Ikspiari in front of the station and check in on the spot, so it was convenient to enter the room without lining up at the counter when you arrive at the hotel after closing. I always use this when I go to TDR, but this time I stayed at the West Side for the first time. The concept of the room was ”guest room in the castle”, and it was a fun room like the decorations in the room entered the land. The room was very beautiful and I was able to spend it comfortably.

GGuest UserWe knew what we were getting into when we booked this hotel and it was truly an economy hotel to be close to Disney. They had excellent and frequent access with busses to get to the Disneyland and Disneysea area and took between 15-20 minutes each day to get from the hotel front door to the park gates. They have a free shuttle that works on a first come first serve basis but in the morning it left a little late so we used the public busses that stop very close to the hotel. The hotel is about 1 km away from each of the closest metro stations - Shin-Urayasu and Maihama (closest to Disney). The hotel is very minimal and was truly a place to sleep. We liked that we had a small kitchen with a mini fridge and kettle and stocked up on snacks and drinks each day at the nearby 7-11 to be ready to line up at Disneyland. We had the double bed and it was small but just a place to sleep so we felt rested. The rooms were warm enough in December but got a bit drafty at night. There was a desk, small work station, small TV and surprisingly a DVD/VCR combo in a cabinet. The bathroom was quite compact but we appreciated the heated seat on the Japanese style toilet and the good warm shower. They provide bath products and towels and there is the option to get additional items in the lobby like extra towels, bathing towel, shave cream, combs and toothbrushes. It is important to note that the hotel does not do daily housekeeping. We felt we had a good stay here because we wanted to be close to Disney without spending a lot of money. The stay was fine but on the last night the fire alarm went off four times around 1:30 am. They handed out a brochure at the front desk to say that if you left your shower door open the steam could set off the fire alarm and that could be what happened. After the second alarm a Japanese man told us we could stay in our room, after the second alarm the front desk made a loud announcement in Japanese over the intercom and after the fourth alarm they made an announcement in English to not worry. A little bit of a disruptive sleep but at least it didn't affect our Disney days.
