When I asked for a shuttle bus reservation from Sapporo by phone, I said that the reservation was confirmed first, so I made a hotel reservation by airmail (arrived around 14:00) on the web, and when I called (bus: 14:00, 15:00, It was recognized that it departed at 16:00), but now it is full only at 14:00. Therefore, I am tired of the bus stop near the New Chitose-Sapporo-Makomanai-Hotel ３. First of all, I wanted a guide of ”full seat” only at 2 o'clock. ２． Check-in was smooth (travel discounts were not used), but the shuttle bus to Sapporo tomorrow morning was ”full and I couldn't wait for cancellation.” ３． The room (T / W on the 10th floor) was wider than I imagined (reservation of an inexpensive main building) and was easy to use, but the equipment, closet, bath / toilet, etc. were ”quite old” for a few minutes. However, the view is good in the river side room, There was no difference in use. However, I felt that the safety box and costume tray in the closet were placed on the floor, and that they would be considered and equipped in the user's position by attaching shelf boards. ４． I used the bath on the 1st and 16th floors. It's a large hotel that is not ashamed of, and it can be used by a large number of people, but when using it, there were few users, so I was able to spend my time to my heart's content. There are individual differences, but I felt that the hot water temperature was a little low. ５． Meals (evening and breakfast) were lined up at some counters, but I thought it was unavoidable. The variety was diverse, but honestly, I couldn't feel any characteristics now. For example (dinner), a large amount of steak was prepared and it was at the counter, but the arrangement (grilled, served, decorated position, etc.), and (breakfast) seafood bowl (rice, seafood, etc.) was also served by each person. I prepared only rice (normal and small amounts of ２ seeds) in advance, and felt that the flow of people could be smoothly made, so that it would be fun and delicious. There are also many waiters and waitresses, so why not engage in service plus service such as lowering tableware and serving meals? ６． The next morning, I asked the front desk (whether or not the shuttle bus was available), but the same was true. When I had a copy of the time and boarding guide map of the route bus (a Sri Lankan nationality woman in charge), I would like to thank you for your kind and polite response. ７． The checkout was smooth and good. I asked again to use the shuttle bus to Sapporo, but it was completely full and could not be used. ８． When I came to the front door to go to the bus stop, a Sri Lankan woman who asked at the front desk in the morning flew and told the driver of the shuttle bus to Sapporo that had just stopped. Negotiate the possibility of boarding 々 did. As a result, I was able to board the shuttle bus. There were still many vacant seats on the bus 々. No matter how much service bus I felt, I didn't care about the front desk, but I was grateful and impressed by the wonderful response of this woman who flew to the front door! !! !! ９． Therefore, I arrived at Sapporo Station in about 45 minutes, and I was able to save an hour from the route bus and subway, and I was able to go to the next accommodation, Otaru.

The breakfast was very delicious and rich in variety. I also work in food and drink, so I can understand the hardships very well. Of course, the commute time will be early, and the number of items is so large early in the morning. I think it's hard to get together. The polite customer service was very pleasant and I felt refreshed from the morning. Thank you early in the morning. The rooms are spacious 々 and clean and I've been staying for a long time. I want to be convenient in front of Shin-Sapporo Station. I would like to come again.

From All the hotels we’ve checked in, Royton has the biggest and spacious rooms. Mr. kazuki has helped me with my lost luggage. He was very accommodating with all our queries.

Very happy with our two night stay - good food, drinks, service, onsen and very clean premises. As other reviews have written - there are so many amenities and complimentary offerings here - afternoon tea including wine, after dinner drinks, well-stocked mini-bar all inclusive, and lovely breakfast and dinners. The rooms are very comfortable. For onsen, there is on- premise one outside onsen and we enjoyed two others at the close-by sister hotel, including the detached bathhouse throw-back to an all stone and wood onsen. Marvelous.

SappoLodge is a great place to consider for those who want a budget accommodation in Sapporo. The location is in an extremely central location near Susukino, which means you’ll find many good bars, pubs and restaurants nearby. There are also two convenient stores a block away as well. The bedroom and showers are extremely clean. The staff thoroughly clean them everyday. The front desk staff are friendly and super helpful. And most of my fellow guest were all really cool and interesting adventurers who enjoyed various sorts of winter sports. Small reminders to keep in mind: full front desk service is only available in the afternoon and evening. And the shower rooms are not available 24 hours, so no late night showers after midnight. Next time i come to Sapporo i will definitely keep SappoLodge in mind.

It was my second stay, but the room is different, but there is a massage chair, and the room is 12 minutes wide for single stay. The cleanliness of the room is normal. Because it is a clean person, it may be a beautiful person. I borrowed steam iron, but the front desk was saved by bringing it to the room because the hand was blocked. I was happy with hospitality. Breakfast can be selected from Japanese and Western food. It is simple, but it was very grateful that it was free. There is a Family Mart near the hotel and it is very convenient. I would like to use it again when staying around Sapporo Station.

As mentioned by many, the location is ideal, smack in the city center. Near Odori park, lots of restaurants around, shops and things to see. To make justice to the hotel, despite not having its own car park, now it's possible to add into the bill the parking service in a multi storey car park just opposite the street (some reviewer mentioned in 2017 that the hotel had no car park, but facts change along the time, so the truth is that now there is a parking facility, as close as possible, just need to cross the road). Now, being a good place and having a decent room (not spacey but it seldom happens in Japan), would make it an ideal place to choose, being even fairly priced, wouldn't it? Well, there's a but (as in the title of the review): one of the worst logistically organised bathrooms that I've ever found - and I've seen many in 27 years of travelling around Asia. There a not-so-tiny step to take from the aisle and the bathroom. As you try to enter, the WC occupies almost all the space till the wall. So either you try to jump over it (starting from a lower level, remember the step?) or I set one foot in the minimal space available and then you turn like a classical dancer to try to bring the rest of your body (other leg) inside and step in front of a weeny sink. Same ordeal to get out of the bathroom. Imagine doing this when you're still moist, after a shower. Maybe I was just unlucky with the room I was assigned to. But there should not be any architech who studies - and then decides that it's good enough to use it without being a breakdancer - such an unpractical configuration of bathroom. The other - minor - thing, is this (but it does not really bothers me much): having placed the ”make my room” magnetic sign to the door in the morning, i came back at night to find an odd black bag hanged to the outer handle. those were two clean towels. Nothing had been touched inside the room, bed undone as I left it, dirty, damp towels still in the tub. Well, an odd interpretation of what make my room means... Other than those two things, a good place to be. I was there for 3 nights and I paid the same amount (for the whole stay) of one night in Tokyo (ok, it's Roppongi and I know it's as dear as hell!). But if you get there, make sure to see the bathroom configuration, before checking into a room!

It is a very clean, tidy and warm hostel. The two owners are very friendly and kind, and they are equipped with all the necessities. There is free breakfast every day. The boss prepares delicious bread 🍞 and jam, as well as unlimited refills of coffee ☕ and tea 🍵, and biscuits that can be eaten at any time. There is a free travel guide at the entrance, and the boss will patiently answer questions. I enjoyed my stay very much. We will meet again when the snow falls☃️! 😁

Hotel is very convenient. 2 minutes walk from airport shuttle and within the market street. Breakfast was healthy, fresh and tasty. Public bath was clean and open long hours. Room was Japanese size thoughtful and well designed. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much.

It is very close to the JR train station, a 10-minute walk, the name of the hotel is written in Chinese called 时计台 HOTEL, the door face is very small, the restaurant is directly opposite the hotel, see the picture, out of the hotel, turn right and walk 50 steps to the intersection, the building on the left enters the small door, The pedestrian street is on the next floor of the elevator. The location is good and the service is good.
