GGuest UserAlthough it is a little more expensive than a typical business hotel, you will be more than satisfied, and you will feel that it is better value for money than staying at another business hotel for just a few thousand yen. It's a little far from the station, a 10-minute walk, but it's close to Aoba Event Road, the center of events, and the downtown area. A hotel I would like to stay at at least once a month. While there are many hotels that only use sterilization, the inside of the building and rooms are all antibacterial. I think it's more important than looking pretty. There is an automatic coffee machine in the cafe on the first floor, and a variety of cold drinks are available in addition to the automatic coffee machine in the lounge on the second floor. The food service (limited quantities) from 5:30pm includes authentic curry and salad (from the pesticide-free 808 Factory). The hot spring SPA can be used from check-in 3pm to 10am the next morning. The sauna is an automatic Roryu iki stove. The breakfast is far beyond what you would expect from a business hotel. All of the food was of high quality, and I was surprised that they even had crema coffee. A high-grade hotel with a view of Mt. Fuji even for singles (cannot be specified).

CChinachotI recently stayed at Hotel Wing International Shizuoka and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city and access local attractions. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel welcome and cared for. (Staff can speak English) One of the highlights of my stay was the buffet breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, offering a delicious start to the day with both local and international options. Additionally, the hotel features an onsen and a relaxation room, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The onsen provided a soothing experience, and the relaxation room was a great place to decompress and enjoy some quiet time. Overall, Hotel Wing International Shizuoka is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area. The combination of a prime location, excellent staff, delicious breakfast, and relaxing amenities makes it a top pick. I would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserIt's difficult to travel long distances, so I booked this hotel because I can use miles and only need to travel within the prefecture. In a room with an atmosphere of a renovated old folk house, we had a plan with breakfast, but it was delicious. In the surrounding area, there was a hot spring with a beer bar (the fried rice bowl in the dining room inside was delicious), a stylish cafe, and a restaurant where you can eat as well as seafood. Nihondaira, Miho no Matsubara, and Shimizu Port (where we boarded a pleasure boat) may not be flashy, but I think it's an area where you can easily enjoy sightseeing. To put it bluntly, the pillows in the room didn't match (although we all have different tastes in the first place). Also, since it is an old folk house, it is easy to leak sound, so be careful. I felt that the room was especially pleasing to foreigners.

YY SI only had a place to stay at a reasonable price on a sudden business trip, and I saw the word of mouth that it smelled on the hotel reservation site, but I booked it as better than overseas hotels. It was a room of about 2DK when I was told at check-in that there was only a large room. It was old and dusty, and the toilet cleaning was appropriate and above all, the smell of sewage was full, and I was worried about whether I could spend a day. Even if I turned all the ventilation fans in the bathroom, toilet and kitchen, I couldn't get this smell and closed the partition of the bedroom which was still better and stayed at night. It is a very unpleasant stay and a business trip that requires a sudden stay, and if there is only an inn here, I think it would be better to go to a different station and stay. One good thing is that there is a tuna specialty store called Shimizu Port Minami, which is popular for tourists, next door. I will never stay again as I say many times. I stayed at such a smelly hotel for the first time.

Hhkg2009hkgLocated just a block from JR Shimizu station, this hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the fish market. Access from here to the pine forest beach is also faster. This part of town is central but a bit more quiet vs. Shizuoka's main station, but you are just 10 minutes away by train and the price is hard to beat. Ask for a high floor room and you might be waking up to a view of Fuji from the window. For that, I give it top marks!

陳陳查禮Excellent location within walking distance to the train station, shopping alleys, museum and the fisherman market which serves good value seafood. Hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and a lady actually recommend a less expensive carpark next door (500 Yen 12 hours comparing to 1200 Yen Hotel parking). More like a business hotel which provides no other leisure facility. Room price is a bit less competitive relative to other hotels I stay in other locations during this trip.

島島魚The location is right after the interchange. It's within 30 minutes from both Shimizu Port and Nihon-daira, so it's very accessible. The Sawayaka Shizuoka Inter store, which I was looking for, was also a 3-minute walk away, so it was the best location for this trip. I was also very grateful for the permanent sauna. It was the Obon period, and there were foreign guests staying there, so it was almost full, but the sauna was almost never used and it was almost reserved for us. It's a pretty authentic sauna with aromatic water, you can do loyly freely, and it's outdoors, so I think it's the best sauna if you choose the right season. (I used it during the Obon period, so the cold bath was too warm and I couldn't fully relax.) The staff were very kind, and there were always staff on hand who were very conscious about customer service. I think the free drinks are a great way to differentiate the place. The all-you-can-drink craft beer was great. There was also all-you-can-drink lemon water and soft drinks, so I was able to enjoy a leisurely drink in the open space instead of having to drink in my room. I think it's very good considering the cost performance.

GGuest UserThe large communal bath before the renovation was reserved. Turn the bills over during common use ～. When I stayed for the first time in several years because of the renewal this time, the usage time was only two hours in the morning and night by the men and women replacement system. This cannot be used unless the time is adjusted, and it is small even if it is a large communal bath. There were only two locker keys. By the way, I used it after 18:00, but I'm already using it alone. At most, there are about 3 people, so take a bath while paying attention. However, I was able to relax a little after one came out, so I think it was better than taking a room bath. I ate the breakfast buffet for the first time, but it was renovated and beautiful, and I think the price was good for 700 yen, but the chair is a stool on a counter table like McDonald's, so it's good for a light meal. But it's not like enjoying the buffet slowly. Also, I was happy that there was a homemade pudding made in a small bottle, but I couldn't eat all the bottom because there was no small spoon for dessert (laughs). The set may be better. Also, it is a negative point for me that the windows in the room are not open. In conclusion, although the room rate is cheap, is it a large communal bath of the population hot spring? With! ?? There is a drink service and there is no discomfort in the hotel itself, so I don't think the overall evaluation is bad, but it is still a difficulty that it is quite far from the station. Since Ichiou is a population hot spring, I felt that the satisfaction would be better if I paid 500 yen per person for 45 minutes by charter reservation system (in that case, I would like to have a morning at a nice cafe in Hitoshuku Town even if it is far away, so stay again I want to do it.
