There was resistance to ”night stay”... There is a terrace of 6 tatami mats in the room (there is also a table & chair) I took a walk around Atami Station and bought sea and sake on the terrace slowly! The fireworks were also able to be appreciated by great power from the terrace (^-^) The room was clean, and the joint toilet, the bathroom bath, and the living room were very clean, and I think the cleaning is also going. Hot springs were also good hot water! There are only three washing places, but the stone tub is large. However, there are only ... large baths １, so it is because men and women change in time. If you want to enjoy hot spring baths, It may be a little lacking. But there is a shower room available 24 o'clock on the different floor, so you can take a bath outside the time (however, it is not hot spring water) In the living room, instant coffee, tea, water, hot water, ice and tea ware were also free, so I made it here and drank in the room or drank while watching the scenery on the terrace of the living room. The owner and the staff were friendly and kind. It is an inn that I want to stay again (^^)

This time, I stayed in a premium view room on the top floor. All rooms have an ocean view, and you can see Hatsushima, Oshima, and the Boso Peninsula in the distance. The large public bath (with open-air bath) on the second floor is fed directly from the source, and the open-air bath in particular offers a view of the water park, Atami Castle, Korakuen Hotel, and Hotel New Akao. Dinner is buffet style at the restaurant on the third floor. There are about 80 items (it says so on the website, but I wonder if there were really that many?). I enjoyed the all-you-can-drink bran. Breakfast is also in the same place, buffet style, with about 60 items. The dried horse mackerel was especially delicious. Also, the massage chair was comfortable and suited my body! However, the parking lot is in a different building (additional charge), so it's a bit of a walk and a bit inconvenient.

旅行の良さは、１お料理　２客室　そして、３人とのふれあい　だと思っています。特に３は１、２がイマイチでも帳消しにできるところがあると思っています。 機械が苦手な主人が、私のために一生懸命、携帯とにらめっこして取ってくれたホテルがここでした。お値段も我が家にしては思い切りました。チェックインした後のウエルカムドリンクはワインやジュース、コーヒーなど飲み放題。気をよくした主人は、ワインを飲んでいました。お風呂をいただいて部屋に戻ると、うんうんうなってベットで丸まる主人。急な腹痛が襲ってきたようです。主人曰く、空腹にワインを飲んで、その後おなかを冷やしたかな、と。夕食の時間が迫っていたので、フロントに電話しようとしましたが、おばあちゃんの私には、携帯電話のような館内電話は？？？仕方がないので、フロントに直接「主人が急に腹痛を起こしたので、夕食、遅れます」と言いに行きました。フロントはすぐにどこかへ電話。「お薬ってないですよね」と訊くと「当ホテルには置いておりません。」「アレルギーのこともありますので。」さもありなん。さもありなん、なんですが、その前に言うことありませんか？お客が体調悪いと言っているんですよ‼ 冷や汗タラタラ、何度もトイレに往復した主人。食事を楽しみにしてきた私のことを思って、ふらふらながらやっとレストランに。そこで対応してくれたホール係の男性の優しく温かい接し方が、今までの気分を一蹴してくれました。「お寒いようでしたら、空調を変えますが」「フロントより遅れますとの連絡を受けましたが、大丈夫でしたか」「どうぞひざ掛けをお使いください」などなど、ひとつひとつの言葉が温かくて心地よかったです。お名前は佐藤さん。佐藤さんおかげでよい思い出ができました。本当にありがとうございました。フロントにも教えてやって。

I stayed in a general room for two people on the 3rd floor of the building where the lobby is. In the middle of the night, I woke up with a strange smell. At first, I thought it was the smell of my companion's toilet, but it was not the smell of sewage coming from the sink in the toilet. It was my first experience with a sewage smell that woke me up. The smell was also coming up from the toilet sink and the washbasin in the dressing room of the adjoining room bath. Although I wrote that in the questionnaire, I received only a template greeting and a thank you email for staying. Did it just happen to be us...? I thought that, but after looking around the accommodation reviews, it seems that some people have had the same experience. I don't know the situation of rooms in other buildings and detached rooms, but please be careful if you are planning to use a general room in the lobby building. It smells great. This time, the fact that the toilet door was not closed properly was also the cause of the smell in the room. Please close the toilet door completely. If the smell rises, taking measures such as leaving the water in the sink running may alleviate it. Also, other than the smell, the facility does not have a barrier-free concept, so it is not recommended for the elderly, those with weak legs, those who use wheelchairs, and those who are prone to falling. The public bath is an open-air bath only. This time I was staying in winter, so I went without knowing it, and I was quite frozen after washing my hair and body under the cold weather in the middle of winter. When the cold weather is severe, it is better to wash your hair and body in advance in the bath in your room, and only soak in the large bath.

Kanpo no yado, one of the good hotels around the Atami area, is a great place to stay for relaxation & well being. Upon arriving at the hotel, we we're welcomed warmly by the friendly staff. They made us feel so welcome and at home. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and clean, not to mention the spectacular view from our balcony, seeing the real beauty of the whole Atami! We absolutely love our stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Atami region.
